Dear Mr. Michael A. Giacobbe ,

Greetings on this glorious day!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health!  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Also, please remember the poor, and the working poor, today!!!  I received your letter dated 1/28/13, and am sending info. along with this letter explaining my pursuit of justice in requesting a refund for excess taxes paid to the State of New Jersey, with the Div. of Taxation (form A-3730 sent back on 11/10/12) on a foreign non-profit corp. that was terminated on 9/1/97.  I am also still awaiting the reissuing of a $415.00 check from the NJ Div. of Revenue (I had sent back the original check on 12/6/12, a check issued by the Div. of Revenue in the old corp. name that has been nonexistent since 9/1/97).  Aren't New Jersey "public servants" supposed to help New Jersey residents?  Aren't we our brothers' keepers?
