Now is the time to change the presidency

Now that Senator Barack Obama is President-elect the Constitution should be changed to allow for more than two terms in office, and the term of President should be changed from four years to five. This will allow the President to serve more years in office, and also will cut down on the long primary seasons, and shorten future Presidential campaigns. Let's do these changes as soon as possible so that it would be avaialble for President-elect Barack Obama.

Let Us Change The Justice System

How about changing the present system with trials by volunteer juries to a system where part of the jury is volunteer, and the other part being a professional jury? Also, how about having more jurors - let's say 30 jurors - and a conviction would require the approval of 27 or more jurors, and an acquittal would require the approval of 27 jurors or more, otherwise it would be considered a hung jury.

A Net Asset Tax On The Wealthy

Dear Assemblyman Gary Chiusano,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope you and the loved ones are in good health! I am writing to you about the New Jersey Gasoline Tax, and on increasing the aid to the disabled in the State Budget, and on instituting a net asset tax on wealthy individuals, businesses, and organizations. Funds would be raised by instituting a net asset tax so that the NJ Gasoline Tax could be eliminated, and the Stat Budget could be modified so that more help would go those that are disabled. The net asst tax on wealthy individuals could be as follows: There would be a standard deduction for oneself of $5.5 million, and a $5.5 million deduction for one's spouse, and there would be a $1.65 million deduction for each dependent under 19 years of age living at home. Only those individuals with net assets, after deductions, of $35 million would owe any taxes the first year the tax was instituted. Another feature of the tax would be that the tax would expire after nine years, and each year the deductions would increase by 33% automatically.

Net Assets (millions of $'s) - - - / - - Tax
35 - 126 - - - - - - - - .5% (half a percent)
126 - 453.6 - - - - - $455,000 plus 1% over $126 million
over 453.6 - - - - $3,731,000 plus 1.25% over $453.6 million

For the net asset tax on wealthy businesses and organizations there would be a standard deduction of $92 million, plus $179,000 per employee deduction. Also, all pension assets would be deductible. The net asset tax on wealthy businesses and organizations would look something like:
Net Assets (millions of $'s) - - -/ - - -Tax
252 - 907.2 - - - - - .5% (half a percent)
907.2 - 3,265.92 - - $3.276 million plus 1% over $907.2 million
over 3,265.92 - - $26,863,200 plus 1.25% over $3,265.92 million

I urge you to support a net asset tax on wealthy individuals, businesses, and organizations, and to eliminate the NJ Gasoline Tax, and increase the funding to the disabled in the State Budget. Thank you for your time and consideration. Mat the good Lord bless you and the loves ones greatly, and grant you much wisdom also!

A Change In The Justice System Is Required

A CHANGE IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IS REQUIRED

Alleged criminals are given certain rights, but if the individual is poor or not rich the individual does not have the same options as the rich do. In addition to the current rights that an alleged criminal has, the alleged criminal should have the same option that a rich alleged criminal has - not just a lawyer appointed by the court, but should have the monies available to afford an expensive lawyer. The more serious the alleged violation/crime and penalty, the more money that should be available for the defendant. Capital crimes where the death penalty could be carried out would be where the alleged criminal would be granted the most money to hire a strong defense team. Other felonies is where the alleged criminal would be granted the second most money. Misdemeanors the defendant would be granted less money, and for disorderly persons violations the defendant would be granted even less money.

We love, because He first loved us. 1John 4:19

God is love.

End The Gas Tax

Let's end the gas tax - both state and federal, and institute a net asset tax on wealthy individuals, businesses and organizations. Also, the federal tax code should be changed to simplify it, and to make it a fair tax. One of the tax breaks should be for those who purchase higher efficiency vehicles. Those who purchase lower efficient vehicles should have to pay a surcharge. Let's say the federal government were to come up with a yearly efficiency figure (in miles per gallon [MPG]). The cars that exceed the yearly federal efficiency figure (FEF) would be granted a tax break, let's say $300 for every MPG greater than the FEF. The cars that are less efficient would pay a surcharge, let's say $200 for every MPG less than the FEF. Each year the FEF should increase, something like:
Year - - - - - FEF
1: - - - - - - - - 19
2: -- --- - - - - 21
3: -- -- -- - - - 24
4: - - - - - - - - 28
5: - - - - - - - - 32
6: - - - - - - - - 37.5
7: - - - - - - - - 43
8: - - - - - - - - 50
9: - - - - - - - - 58

The federal government could require that the cars that it purchases need to be more efficient than the current FEF.

We Need A Fair Tax

The federal tax code with all the allowances, and deductions needs to be overhauled - and a new fair tax should be instituted!

How about national gun insurance

How about requiring people with guns to have a minimum amount of insurance on each and every gun? Like in New Jersey we're required to have a minimum amount of insurance on our vehicles, why not require those who own guns to have a bare minimum amount of insurance (maybe theft, and liability)?

Another Tax Rebate

Dear Congressman Scott Garrett,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope you and the loved ones are in good health! How is your spirit on this glorious day? I am writing to you to ask that you propose another tax rebate. How about giving out a tax rebate based on a percentage of what one has paid in federal taxes over one's lifetime? The percentage one would receive would be based on what that person had received in income over the last ten years, with those on the lower income levels receiving a higher percentage of the taxes that the person had paid (over one's lifetime), such as:
Income rcvd. over last 10 yrs. - - - / - - - % of taxes paid for rebate
less than $200,000: - - - - - -3.8
$200,000 - $387,500: - - - -2.53
$387,500 - $7550,750: - - - 1.27
$750,750 - $1,035,000: - - - .66
more than $1,035,000: - - - - .211 (about two-tenths of a perc.)

This rebate check could go out starting in August; it would be a big help to millions of taxpayers. I ask you to propose, or support, a new tax rebate that will give millions of taxpayers more money back than the first tax rebate. Thank you for your time and consideration. Hope you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day! May the good Lord bless you and the loved ones immensely!

A New Tax Rebate

U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg
One Gateway Center - 23rd fl.
Newark, NJ 07102

Dear Senator Lautenberg,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope you and loved ones are in good health! Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? I am writing to you on this glorious day about an idea for another tax rebate - another economic tax stimulus package. How about giving out a tax rebate based on a percentage of what one has paid in federal taxes over one's lifetime? The percentage the person would receive would be based on what the person had received in income over the last ten years, with those on the lower income levels receiving a higher percentage of the taxes that were paid, such as:
Income received over the last ten yrs. - - / - - perc. of taxes paid as rebate
less than $200,000: - - - - - 3.8
$200,000 - $387,500: - - - 2.53
$387,500 - $750,750: - - - 1.27
$750,750 - $1,035,000: - - - .633
more than $1,035,000: - - - - .211 (about two-tenths of a percent)

This rebate check could go out starting in August - it would be a big help to millions of taxpayers. Also, those taxpayers who have paid federal taxes over many years would receive more than the $600/$1200 checks that are being (or were) sent.

I ask you to propose a new tax rebate that will give millions of taxpayers more money back than the first tax rebate. Thank you for your time and consideration. Hope you and the loved ones have a wonderful and peaceful day! May the good Lord bless you the the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!

Now Is The Time To Do What FDR Proposed

Years ago President Franklin Roosevelt proposed to increase the number of Supreme Court justices to twelve. Now is the time to do it. A major benefit to this change would be to make the Court's decisions dependent on the approval of at least seven justices (when all justices are deciding). This would spread the power out among the Court - no longer would there be any 5-4 decisions.
Another idea that should be adopted was one proposed by ex-Chief Justice Warren Burger - that another level of Courts be instituted right below the Supreme Court to provide relief to the clogged judicial system.

To Whom It May Concern

To whom it may concern,

Greetings, and thank you for contacting me and asking for a donation. Although I have been blessed by the good Lord in so many ways over the years I will not be donating to you at this time, and I ask you to be patient at this time. I am not writing you at this time because of all the mail that you sent. Please be patient and ask again after two or three weeks. I don't have much in way of assets and/or money, which is alright because I am content at this time. Also, that which is seen is only temporary, however, what is unseen is eternal! I do, also, have the love and the comfort of the Eternal Father, creator of the Universe, and Savior, and have been redeemed by His only begotten Son. "The god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God." 2Corinthians 4:4 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6,7 "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind." James 1:5,6 "But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere." James 3:17 "Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law." Romans 13:10 "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs." 1Timothy 6:10

Thanks again for contacting me, and hope you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day! May the good Lord bless you and the loved ones immensely!

Dear President George Bush

Dear President George Bush,
Hello! I hope you and the loved ones are in good health! How is your spirit on this glorious day the Lord has made? How about creating a national asset tax on wealthy individuals, businesses, and organizations? This would be a tax that only the very wealthy would have to pay.
For the Individual Net Asset Tax there would be the following deductions: $13.75 million for oneself, $13.75 million for a spouse, and $4.125 million for each dependent under 19 years old living at home. The net asset tax would be as follows:
Net Assets (in millions of dollars) - - / - - Tax
79.7 - 328 : .5% (half a percent)
328 - 1,349.8 : $1.2415 million plus 1% over $328 million
1,349.8 - 5,555 : $11.46 million plus 1.25% over $1,349.8 million
5,555 - 22,861.2 : $64.025 million plus 1.5% over $5,555 million
more than 22,861.2 : $323.62 million plus 1.75% over $22.8612 billion

For the Business/Organization Net Asset Tax there would be the following deductions:
$247 million-standard deduction, $289,500 per employee, and all pension assets would be deductible. The net asset tax would be as follows:
Net Assets (in millions of dollars) - - / - - Tax
570 - 2,361.6 : .5% (half a percent)
2,361.6 - 9,784.4 : $8.958 million plus 1% over $2.3616 billion
9,784.4 - 40,538.6 : $83.186 million plus 1.25% over $9.7844 billion
40,538.6 - 167,958 : $467.61 million plus 1.5% over $40.5386 billion
more than 167,958 : $2.3789 billion plus 1.75% over $167.958 billion

The tax could expire in nine years, and the deductions could be increased automatically by 33% each year. This tax could take the place of the Inheritance Tax, and the national gas tax.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Hope you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day! May the good Lord bless you and the loved ones greatly!

To whom it may concern

To whom it may concern,

Hello and thank you very much for contacting me and asking for a contribution. Although I have been blessed by the good Lord over the years in all so many ways, I will not be donating to all of you who have asked at this time. I ask every one of you to be patient at this time, and to ask again at a later date (not within the next three or four weeks, please). I don't have much in way of assets and/or money, which is fine because I am content. Also, that which is seen is only temporary, however, what is unseen is eternal! I do, also, have the love and the comfort of the Father, creator of the Universe and Savior, and have been redeemed by His only begotten Son.
Thanks again and hope you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord bless you and the loved ones greatly!

Sincerely,

Dear Governor Corzine

Dear Governor Jon Corzine,

Please reconsider closing some of the State Parks, and please reconsider some of the proposed cutbacks in the State Budget to the disabled. Perhaps proposing and instituting a net asset tax on wealthy individuals, and a net asset tax on wealthy businesses and organizations would generate sufficient money so that the closings and cutbacks would not have to take place. The net asset tax on wealthy individuals would be as follows: there would be a standard deduction for oneself, and a spouse (if applicable) of $5.5 million each. There would be a $1.65 million deduction for each dependent, under 19 years old, living at home. Only those individuals with net assets, after deductions, of $35 million would owe any taxes (at .5%). Those having over $126 million would be taxed at a higher rate (at 1%), and those having over $453.6 million would be taxed at the highest rate (at 1.25%).
Net Assets - / - Tax
$35 million - $126 million : .5% (half a percent)
$126 million - 453.6 million : $455,000 plus 1% over $126 million
over $453.6 million : $3,731,000 plus 1.25% over $453.6 mil.

For the net asset tax on wealthy businesses and organizations there would be a standard deduction of $92 million, plus a $179,000/employee deduction. Also, all pension assets would be deductible. The net asset tax on wealthy businesses and organizations would look something like:
Net Assets - / - Tax
$252 million - $907.2 million : .5% (half a percent)
$907.2 million - $3,265,920,000 : $3.276 million plus 1% over $907.2 mil.
over $3,265,920,000 : $26,863,200 plus 1.25% over $3,265,920,000

The tax could be instituted so that after nine years it would no longer exist, and also the deductions could be automatically increased each year by 33%. By increasing the deductions each year by 33% some individuals/businesses/organizations would end up having only to pay the net asset tax maybe in the first, and second year of existence.
I urge you Governor Corzine, to propose and support a net asset tax on wealthy individuals, and on wealthy businesses and organizations like I have suggested. Please reconsider the closing of State Parks and the proposed cutbacks to the disabled in the State Budget. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
May the good Lord bless you and the loved ones, and grant you much wisdom at this time.

Sincerely,

A different kind of rebate

How about if taxpayers were to get a rebate from the federal government based on the total taxes the taxpayer had paid in federal taxes during his/her lifetime? What size rebate should it be? Should the government give a 15% rebate (up to a $75,000 maximum)? How about a 5% rebate?

Of-angels-miracles-and-demons

Of angels, miracles, and demons: There are some people among us who don't believe in the supernatural, only the natural. What these people miss is self-evident. Not all beings on earth, however, are human- some are angels. You have evolutionists who believe that a creator didn't create the universe. They will not be able to answer how angels (both good and bad) "evolved". They will not be able to answer how the Messiah "evolved" (or why the Messiah came to earth). They will not be able to answer how the head of the demons (Satan, or the Devil) "evolved". They will not answer how the miracles that have taken place did take place. Those people who do not believe in the supernatural have not seen what is self-evident. They do not realize that angels (both good and bad) are among us. [It is interesting to note that even the demons believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob -and the demons shudder]. We should pray that the good Lord opens the eyes of the people who do not see, that they should see. We not only have to battle the sin within us, and not be corrupted (polluted) by the world, but also to resist the Devil and his angels. Of course, the Messiah did not "evolve", nor did the angels, and neither did the head of the bad angels "evolve". The Messiah did come to earth for a reason. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

We love, because He first loved us.

Love is the fulfilling of the Law.

Jesus is the Holy One of Israel!!!

All glory, honor, praise, and thanks be to our Creator lord - maker of heaven and earth!!!!!
