Greetings on this glorious day! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for this opportunity to write to you. I am also very thankful to our awesome, marvelous Creator Lord to be able to get up out of bed in the morning, and to go to work. I am writing to you on this glorious day that the Lord has made to ask for your help. Please let me know what the Eighth Amendment means when it says that "..., nor excessive fines imposed, ...." For the last 16 1/2 years, or so, I've have been living in relative poverty (I had a condo. but was out of work for a while and had no money to pay the mortgage, so the bank foreclosed on the condo. - it ended up being worth a lot less than the purchase price, and I also owed lots of money). Over the years I've worked to pay off my debts, and I believed that I'd paid back all my debts (all the ones that weren't forgiven, or that I couldn't track down) until I tried to withdraw a corporation that was formed in Virginia, and was always inactive, but I never filed the corporate returns because I didn't believe that I had to because the corporation was always inactive (just an FYI: there were years that I didn't make the federal minimum $ amount for paying income taxes, so I didn't file a 1040 for those years - I believe that is something that I was not required to do, please correct me if I'm wrong). Now I'm led to believe that I owe the government more money than I have (thousands of $'s more) in back taxes, penalties, and interest due to not paying, or not filing returns, for corporate taxes.
After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked you, and some other leaders, and the Supreme Court, what the Constitution means by the words "..., nor excessive fines imposed, ..." contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs (depending on how you look at it) - one full-time, and one part-time, (others are very infrequent, and one non-paying), but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a President, U.S. Senator, or a Representative, makes).

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 56 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to find out how much back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe to New Jersey, and the federal government, and am hoping to pay it off, the Lord willing, as soon as possible (and that I don't land in jail)! Please pray for me at this time!

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope that all is well. I am sorry to bother you again about the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. I have tried to contact the U.S. Dept. of Treasury to see if I owe any back taxes, penalties, and interest on any of the three corporations that were formed in Virginia (all of them were always inactive) when I had lived there back in part of 1996, and part of 1997 (see copy of latest letter to the U.S. Dept. of Treasury). Also, I am trying, with my sister's help, trying to explain to Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation that since Virginia terminated the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. (as well as the other two corporations that were formed in VA.) and according to the U.S. Constitution Article IV, Section 1 (Full faith and credit), and according to NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-12 (d) [... "its authority or existence is otherwise terminated or cancelled in the jurisdiction of its incorporation."] and Title 14A:13-5 ("Such authority shall continue so long as it retains its authority to transact such business in the jurisdiction of its incorporation ...") the Certificate of Authority filed on April 7, 1997 with the State of New Jersey should be null and void. I intend to send out a letter to Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation stating these facts and hope that the issue of what year (or years) of back taxes, penalties, and interest I should be liable for will be resolved (my sister, who works at a tax attorney's law office in NY (and, I will admit, is probably biased in my favor), thinks I should be liable only for 1997). Lauren Musser, at the Div. of Taxation, had asked for a Certificate of Dissolution from Virginia, but I believe that the U.S. Constitution in Article IV, Section 1 holds that the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence issued by Virginia, and that New Jersey Statutes Title 14A:13-12(d) and Title 14A:13-5 clearly, to me, nullify the Certificate of Authority issued by the State of New Jersey on April 7, 1997.
I appreciate all the help that you, and others, have provided thus far. This process has seemed to move so slowly (anyone may see for themselves if they check out the highlights/low-lights on the blog ablogbyken@blogger.com or at blogspot.com - please see family, friends, and all others concerned - please help). I do not have much in the way of assets, and just to make copies and send letters out concerning this matter hasn't been easy - every dollar is important at this time and as in the past - having spent the last 16 1/2 - 17 years in relative poverty.

Lauren Musser, at the Div. of Taxation, had asked for a Certificate of Dissolution from Virginia, but I believe that the U.S. Constitution in Article IV, Section 1 holds that the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence issued by Virginia, and that New Jersey Statutes Title 14A:13-12(d) and Title 14A:13-5 clearly, to me, nullify the Certificate of Authority issued by the State of New Jersey on April 7, 1997.
I appreciate all the help that you, and others, have provided thus far. This process has seemed to move so slowly (anyone may see for themselves if they check out the highlights/low-lights on the blog ablogbyken@blogger.com or at blogspot.com - please see family, friends, and all others concerned - please help). I do not have much in the way of assets, and just to make copies and send letters out concerning this matter hasn't been easy - every dollar is important at this time and as in the past - having spent the last 16 1/2 - 17 years in relative poverty.

I am sorry to bother you again about the matter that I've written to you before about: I am trying to dissolve three corporations that I formed while living in Virginia in part of 1996 - part of 1997: Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. (I have since found out that the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated the existence the corporations in September of 1997 because they were inactive, and I had not filed the proper reports and/or corporate tax returns). I am also trying to find out if I owe the U.S. government any back taxes, fees, and/or penalties for failure to file, and non-payment of corporate taxes (although all three corporations were always inactive - no revenues, and salaries paid). I am also trying to find out what the statute of limitations say about failure to file the proper paperwork, and for non-payment of corporate taxes to the U.S. government. I may need to try to make a payment plan because I do not have much in way of assets. I had contacted my Congressman, Congressman Scott Garrett awhile back, and he'd told me not too long ago that this issue is still under investigation (I'm not sure who's been contacted in the federal government, but I've been sending a small portion of what the NJ Div. of Taxation says that I owe them [NJ] to the NJ Div. of Taxation). I have been trying to keep a running summary of the situation on a blog, ablogbyken@blogger.com, or @blogspot.com.
I have visited two lawyers already, way back in October. They may (or may not) have my best interests at heart (just an F.Y.I.: they haven't contacted me in months - maybe not since November), however, things have been moving slowly and I don't want to end up in jail, or end up with paying a lot of penalties, and I want to withdraw/dissolve the corporations as soon as possible. I signed with one of the lawyers back in the early part of November. The lawyer contacted an accountant, and the accountant filled out corporate tax forms (CBT-100) for New Jersey. I am praying about whether I should release my lawyer, for only the good Lord knows what is being done on my behalf. I hope that I have contacted the proper authorities and let them know that it is my intention to pay what is due New Jersey, and the U.S. government, and have let them know that I'm trying to follow through on everything (things are moving slowly). Awhile back I'd received from the Virginia State Corporation Commission Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence for two of the three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc., and NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and more recently (but still awhile back) have received the Certificate of Fact of all three corporations (I am enclosing the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence and the Certificate of Fact for Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.).

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? Let's not forget about the poor and the working poor. The good Lord hears the cries of the poor day by day, and He looks out over them always. What should we do to help those that are in need - ration health care? Should we say that abortion is health care as some have already done? God forbid! Should we allow the government to pay for abortions? God forbid! Should we try to change or repeal the problems with the health care law? Should we spend more time with the poor and the working poor to find out what they really need, and then help them? Some of the working poor and poor can not afford to go to the doctor, or the hospital, or to specialists, or to any health facility even with the new health care law - let alone get any medicine that might be recommended by a doctor. The new health care law will probably hurt the working poor the most, and that is a shame!
Please pray for our leaders - our Lord cares for them and us! Please pray that our good Lord will grant them much wisdom to help the poor and the working poor today! Please pray that our good Lord will grant them much wisdom and courage to change or repeal all the bad things in the health care law (all the things that will hurt the poor and the working poor)! looking for a church home
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 56 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to find out how much back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe to New Jersey, and the federal government, and am hoping to pay it off, the Lord willing, as soon as possible (and that I don't land in jail)! Please pray for me at this time!
After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked some leaders, and the Supreme Court, what the Constitution means by "excessive fines shall not be imposed" contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs (depending on how you look at it) - one full-time, and one part-time, (others very infrequent and/or non-paying), but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Vice President, or a lawyer, or an assistant in a law firm, makes).
Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to find out how much back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe to New Jersey, and the federal government, and am hoping to pay it off, the Lord willing, as soon as possible (and that I don't land in jail)! Please pray for me at this time!
After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked some leaders, and the Supreme Court, what the Constitution means by "excessive fines shall not be imposed" contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs (depending on how you look at it) - one full-time, and one part-time, (others very infrequent and/or non-paying), but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Vice President, or a lawyer, or an assistant in a law firm, makes).
Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! For the last 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years I have been dealing with poverty first hand. Most of the 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years I had been in poverty, and I suppose some would say that I was in relative poverty for all those 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years. Some people may have gotten out of poverty faster than 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years, but some (if not a lot of) people think that it should take only a short period of time. It doesn't always work that way! Whether I die poor, or with some money, only the good Lord, our Creator Lord, knows at this point. Also true is, no one can take any money with them when they die, and go into the next world! Let's just say that I haven't been trying to stay destitute for the last 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years, but have had my share of salad dressing sandwiches (bacon ranch salad dressing sandwich is not too bad)!
The good Lord, our Creator Lord, has provided comfort and peace. I am content, and am thankful to our loving, gracious Father. I can testify that our Creator Lord is wonderful, faithful, gracious, loving, holy and just! Our Heavenly Father loves us so much that He sent His only beloved Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! I can testify that Jesus is the Lamb of God, the Light of the World, the Bread of Life. I can testify that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever! I can testify that Jesus is Lord!
Please help the poor, and the working poor today! Please pray for our leaders so that they may help the poor, and the working poor today. Write letters to our leaders and urge them to help the poor, and the working poor today!
I call on the rich to help the poor, and the working poor today. I call on the middle class to help the needy today! There is too much poverty in the United States, and the world, today.

I am also very thankful to our awesome, marvelous Creator Lord to be able to get up out of bed in the morning, and to go to work. For the last 16 1/2 years, or so, I've have been living in relative poverty (I had a condo. but was out of work for a while and had no money to pay the mortgage, so the bank foreclosed on the condo. - it ended up being worth a lot less than the purchase price, and I also owed lots of money). Over the years I've worked to pay off my debts, and I believed that I'd paid back all my debts (all the ones that weren't forgiven, or that I couldn't track down) until I tried to withdraw a corporation that was formed in Virginia, and was always inactive, but I never filed the corporate returns because I didn't believe that I had to because the corporation was always inactive (just an FYI: there were years that I didn't make the federal minimum $ amount for paying income taxes, so I didn't file a 1040 for those years - I believe that is something that I was not required to do, please correct me if I'm wrong). Now I'm led to believe that I owe the government more money than I have (thousands of $'s more) in back taxes, penalties, and interest due to not paying, or not filing returns, for corporate taxes.

Over the years I've worked to pay off my debts, and I believed that I'd paid back all my debts (all the ones that weren't forgiven, or that I couldn't track down) until I tried to withdraw a corporation that was formed in Virginia, and was always inactive, but I never filed the corporate returns because I didn't believe that I had to because the corporation was always inactive (just an FYI: there were years that I didn't make the federal minimum $ amount for paying income taxes, so I didn't file a 1040 for those years - I believe that is something that I was not required to do, please correct me if I'm wrong). Now I'm led to believe that I owe the government more money than I have (thousands of $'s more) in back taxes, penalties, and interest due to not paying, or not filing returns, for corporate taxes.
After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked you, and some other leaders, and the Supreme Court, what the Constitution means by the words "..., nor excessive fines imposed, ..." contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs (depending on how you look at it) - one full-time, and one part-time, (others are very infrequent, and one non-paying), but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a President, U.S. Senator, or a Representative, makes).

Dear President Barack Obama,
Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! I am very thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and to be able to go to work, and for having the work (it is a wonderful blessing also), and for this opportunity to write and update this and other blogs. How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Below is an abbreviated synopsis of what it is an attempt, a mere human's attempt - a sinner man's attempt, to withdraw/dissolve three corporations, and pay off all back taxes, fees, penalties, and file all the necessary forms with Virginia, New Jersey, and the federal government as soon as possible. Timeline: Three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc.
1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.
Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________
Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________
In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________
Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________
Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________
April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________
Mid April – May: Still haven’t put much effort into dissolving corporation other than saving up for a lawyer.____________________________________________________________________
Around 8/10/11: Started writing to lawyers about the situation having saved about $675 thus far (only two respond). Also, didn’t get a better idea as to how much this would cost.________

I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr., and the cost of an accountant is expensive)!!!

Dear President Barack Obama,
Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! I am very thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and to be able to go to work, and for having the work (it is a wonderful blessing also), and for this opportunity to write and update this and other blogs. How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Below is an abbreviated synopsis of what it is an attempt, a mere human's attempt - a sinner man's attempt, to withdraw/dissolve three corporations, and pay off all back taxes, fees, penalties, and file all the necessary forms with Virginia, New Jersey, and the federal government as soon as possible. Timeline: Three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc.
1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.
Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________
Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________
In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________
Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________
Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________
April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________
Mid April – May: Still haven’t put much effort into dissolving corporation other than saving up for a lawyer.____________________________________________________________________
Around 8/10/11: Started writing to lawyers about the situation having saved about $675 thus far (only two respond). Also, didn’t get a better idea as to how much this would cost.________

Discover that there is a minimum corporation tax even for corporations that are inactive! Chiusano, responding to a letter asking what "excessive fines shall not be imposed" mean within the U.S. Constitution.

1/30/12: Received letter from Lauren Musser stating that showing Termination of Corporate Existence is not sufficient evidence, and that she'd received the letter from Mr. Stephen N. Froehlich asking for an abatement, and that the State of NJ can abate all the penalties and interest associated with the penalties for corp. business tax returns (1997-2010), and that a check made payable to the NJ Div. of Taxation, in the amount of $4,106.22 to satisfy total balance due as of 1/26/12.

2/10/12: Received letter dated 2/8/12 from Lauren Musser about the interest rate on the balance of the back taxes (New Jersey charges the Prime Rate of interest plus 3%).
2/14/12: Letter to U.S. Congressman Scott Garrett telling him about the multiple attempts to reach the Dept. of the Treasury, and about Mr. Stephen N. Froehlich's statement about not needing to file any federal returns (letter to be mailed late 2/15/12).

3/24/12: Updated blog with letter to Lauren Musser asking if the Certificate of Authority issued to Some Choices Are Evil -There is the Way, Inc. by the State of NJ (filed on 4/7/'97) should be null and void because of Article IV, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-12(d) and Title 14A:13-5 state basically that the Certificate of Authority becomes null and void when a corporation is terminated (or loses its authority to conduct business) in the jurisdiction of its incorporation - which is Virginia.

I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr., and the cost of an accountant is expensive)!!!
