     Below is a letter similar to one that was sent previously.

Re:  request for a return of taxes, penalties, fees, and interest for the terminated corp. Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. from the State of New Jersey.  Please issue any refund check in my name and not in a corp. name that doesn't exist.

Greetings!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  Please issue any refund check in my name, Kenneth Miller, and not in the corp. that was terminated on 9/1/97 because it doesn't exist (the bank won't allow me to deposit the money because I'd need a corp. bank account and a corp. bank account doesn't exist because the corp. doesn't exist).

Thank you very much for all your help!  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day!  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!
