NJ Div. of Revenue - please reissue the $415.00 sent made out to a corp. that no longer exists.

      Below is a letter sent out previously, dated 11/17/12.

re:  check # 001075589 made out to Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc., attn:  Kenneth Miller

To whom it may concern,

Greetings on this glorious day.  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood.  Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights.  I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help.  Please see the copy of check # 0011075589, made out to the order of Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc., and to my attention (Kenneth A. Miller).  Also, please see a copy of a previous letter to Diane Primerana asking the Div. of Revenue to check and verify that the $415.00 is correct.  I tried to deposit the check into my checking account (at Chase Bank) and was told that it is made out to the business and, according to federal law, must be deposited into a business account.  I told the bank that the corporation doesn't exist anymore, but they said to contact the State to change the check.  There is no business account (the corp. was terminated in 9/1/97 - please accompanying paperwork).

Please help me by reissuing a check in my name, Kenneth A. Miller, only.  Thank you very much for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good LOrd, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!
