re:  Please help me to receive justice!!!

Dear Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei,

Greetings on this glorious day.  Hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  I am seeking justice from the State of New Jersey and have been over many months now.  The "public servants" that I've contacted have not answered the questions about justice, and questions to Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation have gone unanswered, and letters sent even to her supervisor, and his supervisor, have gone unanswered.  Please let me know whom to contact to get back all the excess corp. business taxes, penalties, and interest that have been paid to the State of New Jersey (the corp. was always inactive, and, I believe, was always a non-profit corp. and was terminated in 1997!) .  This money is important to me seeing that I am a poor man, and cannot afford a lawyer at this time, or in the foreseeable future (I can't afford a doctor, or dentist at this time).  The telephone that I was graciously given by the good Lord has broke, and I am without a phone for a bit.  Please do not try to contact me by phone!

Thank you very much for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!

Sincerely,

Dear Lee J. Evans,

Greetings on this glorious day!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord. our Creator Lord!  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  I am still seeking justice and have written to Lauren Musser, and to her supervisor Mr. Joseph C. Minch.  I hope, the good Lord willing, to write also to Deputy Director Michael R. Ermilio about the disheartening responses from "public servants".  Please below some of the letters to Lauren Musser at the Div. of Taxation that have gone unanswered.

Thank you very much for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day!  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!!!

Dear Lauren Musser,

Greetings on this glorious day!!!  I hope that all is well!  Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood.  Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!!!  I am still seeking justice, and will, the good Lord willing, persevere.  I will also write to your supervisor, Mr. Joseph C. Minch, and to his supervisor, Lee J. Evans (including a copy of a letter that was sent almost a month ago - see below).  Also, I have not received an answer as to why there was a discrepancy in the 8/8/12 paperwork from the NJ Div. of Taxation.  The response from "public servants" in the last 8 -10 months has been disheartening!  See below for a sample of letters that have gone answered.

Thank you very much for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!

Sincerely,

Re: Letter dated 9/5/12 on corp. Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. that was terminated on 9/1/97.

Dear Lauren Musser,

Hello!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood!  I'd received your letter dated 9/5/12 on 9/8/12, and am sending you info. stating that I need not send any exemption letter.  Also, a copy of the corp.'s Certificate of Authority shows that it was dated 4/4/97, and Filed stamped on 4/7/97, and states that the corp. hereby applies for the Authority to conduct business/activities in New Jersey.  This corp. was terminated on 9/1/97.  Thanks for letting me know that I cannot appeal the NJ Div. of Taxation's determination at this late date - it would have been nice to have received that info. 9 months ago (or at least, 7, or 8, months ago).  I am letting the NJ Div. of Revenue know that because I am protected by NJ Statute 14A:13-3. Admission of foreign corporation, and the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 (if it was a non-profit corp.), that the Certificate of Authority would have been null and void, as of 9/1/97.  If it wasn't a non-profit corp., then does that mean that it was a for profit corp (in which case I would be protected by NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5. Effect of certificate of authority., and the U.S. Constitution).  By the way, I was told that non-profit corps. are not taxed (maybe I am mistaken).  I have asked the Div. of Revenue if the corp. was a non-profit, or not (again, not ot belabor a point, on a corp. that was always inactive).

Thanks again for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings.

Sincerely,

Re:  Future payments to the NJ Div. of Taxation will be slim to none.

Dear Lauren Musser,

Greetings on this glorious day!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you.  I'd received your letter dated 9/5/12 on 9/8/12, and was surprised to read I cannot appeal the NJ Div. of Taxation's determination at this late date - it would have been nice to have received that info. 9 months ago (or at least, 7, or 8, months ago).  Sending money to the NJ Div. of Taxation in the past was something that I thought that I should do - that the lawyer (or should I say angel), and accountant, that I paid lots of money to, did what was right (and all that could have been done) and had my best interest at heart.  Now I am not sure that what has happened has been in my best interest, or better yet, that justice was served (I definitely believe that justice was not served).  By the way, I was told by my sister that the check that the Div. of Revenue sent should not be cashed.  So to let you know in advance, future payments to the NJ Div. of Taxation will be slim to none (again, not to belabor a point, on a corp. that was always inactive [maybe non-profit], but I am a poor working fellow, and have lived in relative poverty for the last 16 1/2 - 17 years).

Thanks again for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!

Sincerely,

Re:  Please let me know what the total payments to the NJ Div. of Taxation, and the NJ Div. of Revenue have been.

Dear Lauren Musser,

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you. Please let me know what the total payments to the NJ Div. of Taxation, and to the Div. of Revenue, have been for the corp. Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.  I am trying to clarify what the status of the corp. is with the NJ Secretary of State, and the NJ Div. of Revenue.  Does a foreign non-profit corp. have to pay taxes?  Please let me know.

Thanks again for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!!!

Dear Lauren Musser,

Greetings!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you. Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  I had received your letter dated 9/5/12 on 9/8/12.  Please let me when, if ever, I was advised of, or told of how, I could, or could not, appeal a NJ Div. of Taxation decision (I believe that the first that I had heard anything about an appeal was when Mr. Joseph C. Minch called [on 8/22/12] and said that he'd call me back - within two days).  Also in your first paragraph you mention "that Revenue has now made your corporation a non-profit ...  Please see a copy of the Certificate of Authority that is dated 4/4/97, and Filed stamped 4/7/97, issued by the State of New Jersey.  Was the corp. a non-profit back in 1997, or not?  In the second paragraph you state that I cannot appeal the filing of the tax returns and the tax plus penalty and interest that has been sent in thus far due to the fact that the tax returns and taxes plus penalty and interest were voluntarily sent in.  When I went to the lawyer (or was she an angel?) I was advised to do something a certain way.  I believed then, and still believed (until recently) that I was under a legal obligation to send the money in.  I can, and do, denounce Satan, and his minions, voluntarily; and I can, and do, praise the good Lord, and exclaim that Jesus is Lord!, voluntarily.  The money sent in to the State of New Jersey (both the Div. of Taxation and the Div. of Revenue) was sent in not voluntarily, but because I believed that I was under a legal obligation to do so.  The corp. was terminated in the State of its incorporation (Virginia) back in 1997 (9/1/97), and by the U.S. Constitution Article IV, Section 1, and by NJ Statutes, the corp. no longer had authority to transact business in Virginia, or any other State after 9/1/97.  I am trying to clarify what the status of the corp. is with the NJ Secretary of State, and the NJ Div. of Revenue, and I believe that I will contact them again about the withdrawal, not to mention that I'll continue to pursue justice.  Does a foreign non-profit corp. have to pay taxes?  Please let me know.  I will send a copy of something regarding non-profit corps. that says that the corp. is exempt from the New Jersey corporation business tax without any exemption letter (see page entitled Nonprofit Corporations).  I will continue to seek justice.  I will continue to seek the return of excess taxes paid to the NJ Div. of Taxation, and the Div. of Revenue.  Please let me know how much was paid to the Div. of Taxation.

Thanks again for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!!!
