return of taxes, penalties, fees, and interest for the corp. Some Choices Are
Evil – There is the Way, Inc. from the State of New Jersey
To whom it may concern,
Greetings on this
glorious day! I hope that you and the
loved ones are in good health. Good
health is such a wonderful blessing
from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!
Please see below a listing of all taxes, penalties, fees, and interest
paid to the State of New Jersey for the corp. Some Choices Are Evil – There is
the Way, Inc. The corporation was a
foreign, non-profit corp. that was terminated in the Commonwealth of Virginia on
9/1/97 (see copies of Certificate of Fact and Notice of Termination of
Corporate Existence). As per a lawyer’s
request, and then an accountant’s recommendation, I signed for tax returns for
a profit corp., and then proceeded to send in monies (over a period of time) to
the NJ Div. of Taxation. I’d did some
research, and was advised by my sister that non-profit corporations do not have
to pay as profit corps. do, so I am requesting a refund of all monies that I am
not (was not) liable for.
