re:  protected by the U.S. Constitution, and NJ Statutes, or not?

Dear Vice President Joseph Biden,

Greeting!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  I am trying to get some "public servant" to help me pursue justice, and I apologize bothering you again, however, I intend to persevere until justice prevails.  I am not asking for legal advice!!!  Am I protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, and shouldn't the Constitution and NJ Statutes be applied fairly, and justly?  A corporation was formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia on 9/4/96, and was always inactive, and pursuant to Virginia law was terminated on 9/1/97.  New Jersey issued a Certificate of Authority to the corporation on 4/7/97 as a foreign corporation.  According to the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 (Full faith and credit clause) the Certificate of Authority that NJ issued should be null and void (as of 9/1/97) because Virginia terminated the corporation on 9/1/97.  Also, according to NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-5, 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d) NJ's Certificate of Authority should be null and void (the statutes speak of a termination in the jurisdiction of its incorporation, which happened on 9/1/1997, in the Commonwealth of Virginia).  Again, I am not asking for legal advice - I am seeking justice.  Should the Constitution and NJ Statutes be applied justly, and fairly?  Shouldn't they be applied, or should they be overlooked so that the State of New Jersey can bring in more revenue from a person, who at first didn't know about the statutes?  None of the "public servants" that I've contacted have answered the issue of justice.  Whom should I contact to find out about the application of the Constitution, and NJ Statutes?  Again, I ask for your help - not for legal advice (I can't afford an attorney at this time), but to see to it that justice prevails! I am looking for someone to contact the NJ Div. of Revenue to issue a certificate of authority for the corp. dated 9/1/1997, and to tell the NJ Div. of Taxation that I am liable only for back taxes, penalties, and interest for the year 1997, which I've already paid.  Also, the NJ Div. of Taxation needs to refund money that it has collected so far that is in excess of that I am liable for.

Please look over the other info. and please let me know whom to contact about receiving justice! Many letters to public servants have been unaddressed (unanswered) in the last 5 - 7 months, and the response from some public servants has been disheartening.  I have contacted the U.S. Postmaster General to see if any mail tampering has been going on.  Have you noticed any mail tampering?

The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should help the poor and the working poor, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life.  The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken!!!  Our Creator Lord is love.  Love always hopes.  Love always protects.  Love does not delight in evil. Love always trusts.  Love always perseveres.  Love is not easily angered.  Love is not rude.

Are we to abide by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, or not?  Or are we to ignore the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes when it benefits the State of New Jersey (in the case of more revenue for its coffers)?  The NJ Div. of Taxation told me to send the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence to the Div. of Revenue, which I did months ago, but still haven't heard back from the NJ Div. of Revenue.

Thank you very much for all of your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!!!

Sincerely,

Dear family, friends, and all others concerned about justice,

Shouldn't we abide in Christ's Law?  Shouldn't we abide in the laws of the U.S. Constitution and the State's Constitution in which we live?  Shouldn't we also abide in the State Statutes in which we live?  I seek justice with the State of New Jersey.  Shouldn't I be protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes.  The U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 calls for states to give full faith and credit to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State.  The Commonwealth of Virginia (in which a corporation was formed on September 4, 1996) terminated the corporation on September 1, 1997 by operation of law.  The Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence states in part, "AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS TERMINATION MEANS THAT THE CORPORATION CAN NO LONGER LAWFULLY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND ITS DIRECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO LIQUIDATE ITS BUSINESS AFFAIRS."  If this wasn't sufficient to invalidate NJ's Certificate of Authority to the corp. (dated April 4, 1997, filed Apr. 7, 1997 with the Secretary of State) as of 9/1/97, then NJ Statute Title 14A: 13-5. Effect of certificate of authority specifically mentions that the corp. shall be authorized to transact [any] business and shall continue, "... so long as it retains its authority to transact such business in the jurisdiction of its incorporation ..."  The corp. ceased to exist on 9/1/97 in Virginia (the jurisdiction of its incorporation).  There are two other laws on NJs' Statutes that mention, or include the wording, "its authority or existence is otherwise terminated or cancelled in the jurisdiction of its incorporation" and they are 14A:13-9(1). Termination of existence of foreign corporation, and 14A:13-12(d). Injunction against foreign corporation.

Am I protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, or not?  Whom should I contact to receive justice.  The NJ Div. of Taxation told me months later to send the NJ Div. of Revenue the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence, which I did.  I still haven't heard back from the NJ Div. of Revenue, or from most of the "public servants" that I've contacted looking to receive justice.  Has there been mail tampering going on???  I will persevere, the good Lord willing, until justice is obtained.

Thank you very much for all your help.  I covet your prayers!!!  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!

In hope, peace, and love,

Dear Lauren Musser,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope that you and the loved ones are well, and are getting along. Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood! I am writing to you on this glorious day, as I plan to write Governor Chris Christie, and NJ's Secretary of State as well, in regards to Virginia State Corporation Commission's Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence, and Certificate of Fact, for the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. I had not read the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence closely and/or all the way through until more recently. In the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence it states, "AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS TERMINATION MEANS THAT THE CORPORATION CAN NO LONGER LAWFULLY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND ITS DIRECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO LIQUIDATE ITS BUSINESS AFFAIRS". According to the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 "Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state". If the corporation was automatically terminated on September 1, 1997 by Virginia Law, and by Virginia Law the termination means that the corporation can no longer lawfully conduct business ..., then I don't know how the business could conduct business when it wasn't in existence (according to Virginia Law) after September 1, 1997.

New Jersey Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1), and Title 14A:13-12(d) refer to a corporation's "authority or existence is otherwise terminated or cancelled in the jurisdiction of its incorporation." The Commonwealth of Virginia terminated the existence of Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. on September 1, 1997 (per Notice of Termination of Existence from the VA. Corporation Commission, dated 9/18/'97). I believe that NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5 Effect of certificate of authority states that "Such authority shall continue so long as it retains its authority to transact such business in the jurisdiction of its incorporation ...". Since the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. no longer has authority to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, NJ's Certificate of Authority is null and void.

Thank you very much for all your help. Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!

Sincerely,

re:  the validity NJ's Certificate of Authority on the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. and recent info. from the NJ Div. of Taxation.

Dear Senator Frank Lautenberg,

Greetings on this glorious day!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  I recently received a letter from Lauren Musser from the NJ Div. of Taxation regarding the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. (the letter is dated 5/29/12, and I had received the letter on 6/1/12 - see the back of this letter).  I apologize for bothering you again, but I had written to Lauren Musser stating why the NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void, but she didn't state why the U.S. Constitution, NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1) and 14A:13-12(d) should not be observed.  Also, recently I had asked Lauren Musser if the corp. is in good
standing in NJ according to NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1 (this was a recent request, but still have not heard word back yet).   Lauren Musser let me know in the most recent letter that her supervisor's name is Mr. Joseph C. Minch, and that his telephone number is (609)           .  She didn't state why the NJ Statutes and the U.S. Constitution that I'd written to her about should be followed, but stated that "... the NJ Div. of Revenue will set up a pending withdrawal date for a corporation when the entity files for withdrawal with the Div. of Revenue.  Revenue puts the final date of withdrawal when they receive the Tax Clearance from the Div. of Taxation."

"The Division of Taxation will issue a Tax Clearance Certificate once it receives an Application for Tax Clearance Certificate and taxes are then filed and paid up till the pending withdrawal date issued by the Division of Revenue."

"It does not appear that the Division of Revenue ever received the State of Virginia Termination by Voidance Certificate.  File the Certificate with them to see if they will change the pending withdrawal date to the termination date from Virginia.  You may contact the New Jersey Division of Revenue at (609) 292-9292."

I had also recently sent a letter to Lauren Musser asking if the corp. is still in good standing with the State of New Jersey.  According to NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1, if a corp. doesn't file taxes, or forms for two years, then the corp. is no longer in good standing with the State of NJ.  I don't have the money to use a lawyer, and no one told me about the above info. in quotations marks before Lauren Musser did on 6/1/12.  I had started saving up for a lawyer to get three corps. withdrawn back in April/May of 2011, and after spending thousands of dollars for a lawyer, accountant, and paying the NJ Div. of Taxation some of what it said that I owed, and additional monies for paying for copies, and mailings, I receive the letter from Lauren Musser that it appears that the NJ Div. of Revenue had never received the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination for the corp. (Virginia terminated the corp. back in 1997).  I don't have the money for a lawyer at this point, and the process is taking a lot of time and money - I don't have much money, and I don't make a lot of money, so trying to save up again for a lawyer (a new one???) at this point might be another 4-6 months, the good Lord willing.

Please review the information and please let me know how to proceed at this point.  Thank you very much for all your help in the past, and in the future, I hope.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!!!

re:  the validity NJ's Certificate of Authority on the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. and recent info. from the NJ Div. of Taxation.  Also, why did it take months for the NJ Div. of Taxation to tell me that it is the NJ Div. of Revenue that should have received the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence in the first place?  Why is the NJ Div. of Taxation not bound by NJ Statutes, and the U.S. Constitution?

Dear NJ Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno,

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Sorry to bother you about this again.  I'd  received a letter from Lee J. Evans, Chief Audit Activity from the NJ Div. of Taxation regarding the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. (the letter is dated 6/5/12, and I had received the letter on 6/7/12 - see the back of this letter). Also, recently I had asked Lauren Musser if the corp. is in good standing in NJ according to NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1 (this was a recent request, but still have not heard word back yet).   Lauren Musser let me know in the most recent letter that her supervisor's name is Mr. Joseph C. Minch, and that his telephone number is (609)           .  She didn't state why the NJ Statutes and the U.S. Constitution that I'd written to her about shouldn't be followed, but stated that "... the NJ Div. of Revenue will set up a pending withdrawal date for a corporation when the entity files for withdrawal with the Div.

I had started saving up for a lawyer to get three corps. withdrawn back in April/May of 2011, and after spending thousands of dollars for a lawyer, accountant, and paying the NJ Div. of Taxation some of what it said that I owed, and additional monies for paying for copies, and mailings, I'd receive the letter from Lauren Musser that it appears that the NJ Div. of Revenue had never received the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination for the corp. (Virginia terminated the corp. back in 1997), although NJ Div. of Taxation had received it.  Also, Lee J. Evans mentions that the establishment of corporate existence begin and end date reside with the Division of Revenue, Commercial Recording Section.  Also stated is, "The Division of Taxation, which does not administer New Jersey Statutes under title 14A, can not provide legal advice regarding your decision to dissolve or not."  I never asked for legal advice from anyone, except from lawyer(s) and/or angel(s), and I don't know why the NJ Div. of Taxation is not bound by NJ Statutes, and by the U.S. Constitution, for that matter.  Why did it take months (a running synopsis of the process is on ablogbyken@blogger.com, or ablogbyken@blogspot.com - see family, friends, and all others concerned about justice) for the NJ Div. of Taxation to tell me that it's the NJ Div. of Revenue, Commercial Recording Section that I should have sent the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence to in the first place.  I started saving up for a lawyer back in April of 2011 (I believe), and I didn't think it would take thousands of dollars more than I eventually saved up for (and the NJ Div. of Taxation claims that I owe another $1,776.57, as of 5/29/12) and that the process would continue on for this long!!!  Now I don't have the money for a lawyer at this point (actually, now I am another step closer to being out on the streets again), and the process is taking a lot of time and money - I don't have much money, and I don't make a lot of money, so trying to save up again for a lawyer (a new one???) at this point might be another 4-8 months, the good Lord willing.

Please review the information and please let me know how to proceed at this point (I am not asking for legal advice!!!).  Thank you very much for all your help in the past, and in the future, I hope.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!!!
