re: please help me receive justice.

Dear Assemblyman Gary Chiusano,

Greetings on this glorious day!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood!!!  I apologize bothering you again, however, I hope to contact the legislative office on Thursday, 7/26/12, the Lord willing, and intend to persevere until justice prevails.  I am not asking for legal advice!!!  Whom should I contact to find out about the application of the Constitution, and NJ Statutes?  Again, I ask for your help - not for legal advice (I can't afford an attorney at this time), but to see to it that justice prevails!  Months ago the NJ Div. of Taxation had asked for a certificate of dissolution for the corp. from the Commonwealth of Virginia, and then I sent them the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence, and the Certificate of Fact.  Awhile later (in May) the Div. of Taxation wrote me and said that it did not appear that the Div. of Revenue ever received the State of Virginia Termination by Voidance Certificate, and then adds, "File the Certificate with them to see if they will change the pending date to the termination date from Virginia."  Shortly after that I did send the information to the Div. of Revenue, but still haven't heard back from them.  I am looking for someone to contact the NJ Div. of Revenue to issue a certificate of authority for the corp. dated 9/1/1997, and to tell the NJ Div. of Taxation that I am liable only for back taxes, penalties, and interest for the year 1997, which I've already paid.  Also, the NJ Div. of Taxation needs to refund money that it has collected so far in excess that I am liable for.

Are we to abide by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, or not?  Or are we to ignore the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes when it benefits the State of New Jersey (in the case of more revenue for its coffers)?  The NJ Div. of Taxation told me to send the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence to the Div. of Revenue, which I did months ago, but still haven't heard back from the NJ Div. of Revenue.

Thank you very much for all of your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!!!

Sincerely,

Ken Miller
