Dear Elaine,

Greetings on this glorious day!  Thanks for the letter, and hope all is well.  Here is the info. that was sent to the Div. of Revenue, but still have not heard anything yet.  Congressman Scott Garrett wrote me, and basically said that he thought it was a state matter, but I called his legislative aide, Mr. Scott Bissey, and explained to him that the U.S. Constitution, and NJ Statutes protect me.  He suggested calling my state representatives, which I did, and have left messages already.  I am scheduled to call them again after finishing this.  I'll let you know what happens.
