re:  Is the NJ's Certificate of Authority for the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There  is the Way, Inc. still valid?  Is the corporation still in good standing???  Please look over the info. and get back to me as soon as possible!

To whom it may concern,

Greetings!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from our loving, gracious, merciful good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights.  I am very thankful to our wonderful, faithful, perfect Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you.  I am writing to you on this glorious day seeking justice.  I am sorry to bother you again about this, but each day seems that I am one step closer to being out on the streets again, and I don't want that!!!  I have been  dealing with the NJ Div. of Taxation (I can't afford an attorney) and they think I should have contacted you about the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.     Please look over the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence and the Certificate of Fact from the Commonwealth of Virginia.  It's been over a year since I first started thinking of withdrawing/dissolving the corporation, and then saving for a lawyer to help with the process.  It was months until the NJ Div. of Taxation let me know that I should have sent the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence to you, instead of to them.  According to the U.S. Constitution Article IV, Section 1, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-5, 14A: 13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d) the Certificate of Authority should be null and void (see letter to Deputy Director of the NJ Treasury Michael R. Ermilio below).  Right now the cheapest way to communicate (and every penny counts) is through the mail (and even that is not cheap - every $.45 is important - and according to the NJ Div. of Taxation I still owe $1,469.22 (I just sent another check to them today), and I don't make a lot of money, nor do I have a lot of assets.  I am a poor working fellow!!!

I am sorry to bother you again about the process (something I thought that would take a week, or two, or maybe three) has gone on for over a year, and has wiped out my savings (I am a 56 year old man without any savings for retirement - I don't even have a house, nor a fancy car, no air conditioning, nor a refrigerator).  I am closer to living back on the streets again because of this process - I cannot afford a lawyer, but since I am a working poor person I am not eligible to receive Medicaid or food stamps (i cannot afford to see a doctor, or a specialist, or go to the hospital).   Please help me!!!  If you would be so kind to find out why I am not protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, then I would appreciate it.  Also, I intend to write to Governor Chris Christie to find out who it is that I should contact to find out who administers and protects us NJ residents according to the law, and provides justice.

I have been blessed by our Creator Lord throughout the process, and throughout my life.  Actually I have been sending the NJ Div. of Taxation a portion of what our awesome, marvelous Creator Lord has been blessing me with.  The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how He created us humans, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should help the poor, and the working poor, and how our Creator Lord loves us that he sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life!  The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken!

Please help a poor working fellow receive justice.  Please let me know whether the Certificate of Authority is still valid.  Also, please let me know if the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. is still in good standing.  Thank you very much for all your help!  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day!  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!!!

Sincerely,

re:  the validity NJ's Certificate of Authority on the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.

Dear Deputy Director Michael R. Ermilio,

Greetings!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.   I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help.  I apologize for bothering you again, and I apologize for the letter I sent to you yesterday about waiting for a determination from the NJ Div. of Taxation (I received a letter from Lauren Musser, dated 4/17/12, after sending out the letters to you, Treasurer Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff, and NJ Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa).  I had written to Lauren Musser (see below) stating why the NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void, but she didn't state why the U.S. Constitution, NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1) and 14A:13-12(d) should not be observed.  Please let me know if you agree that the U.S. Constitution, and the above NJ Statutes should be observed, and, therefore, that the NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void.  I am a poor working person, who really can't afford an attorney (especially at $375/hr.), so I've been trying to get this resolved without legal help.  I'd started saving up for a lawyer last April (2011), and after paying for a lawyer, an accountant, and some payments to the NJ Div. of Taxation, and for copies and mailings I am being told by the State of New Jersey that I owe thousands of dollars more.*

Please review the information and please let me know how you interpret the U.S. Constitution's Full Faith and Credit clause, and the referenced New Jersey State Statutes in respect to NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.  Thank you very much for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!

Sincerely,

*  Letters went out with a mistake in this sentence - originally it stated that I owe thousands of dollars more than I have in assets.  I apologize for this mistake - I owe, according to the NJ Div. of Taxation $1,469.22, as of 6/19/12.
