Dear Governor Chris Christie,

Greetings! I hope that you and the loved ones are well. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood! Please help me in the withdrawal/dissolution of a corporation named Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. I am writing to you on this glorious day, as I plan to write Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation, Corp. Svcs. Audit Grp. A, and NJ's Secretary of State as well, in regards to Virginia State Corporation Commission's Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence, and Certificate of Fact, for the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. Although Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation had requested a Certificate of Dissolution from Virginia, my repeated attempts to get a Certificate of Dissolution from the Virginia State Corporation Commission (or how to obtain one) were of no avail, they did send me the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence, and how to get a Certificate of Fact (and eventually they sent a Certificate of Fact on the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.). I had not read the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence closely and/or all the way through until more recently. In the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence it states, "AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS TERMINATION MEANS THAT THE CORPORATION CAN NO LONGER LAWFULLY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND ITS DIRECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO LIQUIDATE ITS BUSINESS AFFAIRS". According to the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 "Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state". If the corporation was automatically terminated on September 1, 1997 by Virginia Law, and by Virginia Law the termination means that the corporation can no longer lawfully conduct business ..., then I don't know how the business could conduct business after September 1, 1997 when it wasn't in existence (according to Virginia Law) after September 1, 1997. Please explain this to me.

Also, Lauren Musser had asked for a Certificate of Dissolution from Virginia for the corporation, but New Jersey Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1), and Title 14A:13-12(d) mention when a corporation's "authority or existence is otherwise terminated or cancelled in the jurisdiction of its incorporation". Virginia terminated the existence of Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. on September 1, 1997 (per Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence from the VA. Corporation Commission, dated 9/18/'97). According to NJ Statute 14A:13-5. Effect of certificate of authority "Such authority shall continue so long as it retains its authority to transact such business in the jurisdiction of its incorporation ...". Va. State Corporation Commission's Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence would make NJ's Certificate of Authority null and void.

Thank you very much for all your help. Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!

Sincerely,
