Greetings on this glorious day! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! How is your spirit on this glorious day? I had previously written to Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell, and to Virginia Attorney General Kenneth T. Cuccinelli, II, about this matter. I am sorry to bother you again, but I am trying to find out if I owe the Commonwealth of Virginia any money in back taxes, penalties and interest on any of the three corporations that were formed, I believe, when I lived in Virginia during part of 1996 - part of 1997. The corporations were always inactive, and I believed (rightly or wrongly) that for inactive corporations no forms needed to be filed with Virginia (or the federal government for that matter). The three corporations are Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. I recently received a copy of Notification of Termination of Corporate Existence on two of the three corporations (the State of New Jersey had asked if I had a Certificate of Dissolution on the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. from Virginia, and that's why I'd asked if i could get a Certificate of Dissolution from you - I don't know if it is possible to get such a certificate from Virginia). I had written to the Virginia Attorney General, and their office referred me to you. I've signed a contract with a lawyer and have been told by the office that I will have to pay between $10,000 and $12,000 - which is more money than I have! Please help for I have lived in relative poverty for the last 16 - 16 1/2 years and was close to living out on the streets again, and the process is still moving slowly!
