No more ridiculous rulings from the I.C.C.!!!

Another international criminal court that would overrule the I.C.C. made from the group 20 countries? Let's create another international criminal court from the group 20 countries that would only cost $29 - 32 million that could overrule the I.C.C. The I.C.C. spends $187 million and gives some ridiculous rulings. The new international court could be comprised on 18 judges and the judges could rule from 11 - 19 years.
