Dear Congressman Scott Garrett,

Greetings!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health!  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord. our Creator Lord!  Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Also, please remember the poor, and the working poor, today!!!  I am sorry to bother you about this again, but I am still seeking justice and have written to Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa, and to Helen Carew, and have filed a request for a refund for excess taxes paid to the State of New Jersey, with the Div. of Taxation (form A-3730).  I hope, the good Lord willing, to write also to U.S. Senator Robert Menendez about the disheartening responses from "public servants" and that the process has been taking over a year now, and the responses from "public servants" over the last two months has been terrible!  Please note that now I have telephone service - thanks be to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord!  Aren't New Jersey "public servants" supposed to help us New Jersey residents?  Aren't we our brothers' keepers?  Isn't the U.S. Constitution supposed to protect us U.S. citizens?  Aren't you on the Congressional Constitution Caucus?
