Dear Helen Carew,

Greetings on this glorious day!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along!  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord. our Creator Lord!  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Also, please remember the poor, and the working poor, today!!!  I am sorry to bother you about this again, but I am still seeking justice, and will continue to seek justice, and have written to Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa, and to Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno, and have filed a request for a refund for excess taxes paid to the State of New Jersey, with the Div. of Taxation (form A-3730).  I hope, the good Lord willing, to write also to U.S. Congressman Scott Garrett about the disheartening responses from "public servants" and that the process has been taking over a year now, and that I have not received much of a response from "public servants" within the last two months!  Also, I am writing again to Mr. Andrew Pantelides and Diane Primerana at the NJ Div. of Revenue, asking about the $415.00 check that was to be reissued in several weeks after returning the original check (which I did on 12/6/12).  Please note that now I have telephone service - thanks be to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord!  Aren't New Jersey "public servants" supposed to help us New Jersey residents?  Aren't we our brothers' keepers?
