re:  protected by the U.S. Constitution, and NJ Statutes, or not?

Dear NJ Supreme Court Justice Barry T. Albin,

Greetings on this glorious day!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  I am trying to get some "public servant" to help me pursue justice, and I apologize for bothering you again, however, I intend to persevere until justice prevails.  I am not asking for legal advice!!!  Am I protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, and shouldn't the Constitution and NJ Statutes be applied fairly, and justly?  A corporation was formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia on 9/4/96, and was always inactive, and pursuant to Virginia law was terminated on 9/1/97.  New Jersey issued a Certificate of Authority to the corporation on 4/7/97 as a foreign corporation (again, the corp. was always inactive).  According to the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 (Full faith and credit clause) the Certificate of Authority that NJ issued should be null and void (as of 9/1/97) because Virginia terminated the corporation on 9/1/97.  Also, according to NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-5, 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d) NJ's Certificate of Authority should be null and void (the statutes speak of a termination in the jurisdiction of its incorporation, which happened on 9/1/1997, in the Commonwealth of Virginia).  Again, I am not asking for legal advice - I am seeking justice.  Should the Constitution and NJ Statutes be applied justly, and fairly?  Shouldn't they be applied, or should they be overlooked so that the State of New Jersey can bring in more revenue from a person, who at first didn't know about the statutes?  None of the "public servants" that I've contacted have answered the issue of justice.  Whom should I contact to find out about the enforcement of the U.S. Constitution, and NJ Statutes?  Again, I ask for your help - not for legal advice (I can't afford an attorney at this time), but to see to it that justice prevails! I am looking for someone to contact the NJ Div. of Revenue to issue a Certificate of Withdrawal for the corp. dated 9/1/1997, and to tell the NJ Div. of Taxation that I am liable only for back taxes, penalties, and interest for the tax year 1997, which I've already paid.  Also, the NJ Div. of Taxation needs to refund money that it has collected so far that is in excess of that I am liable for.  I am a poor working fellow, and the amount that the State of New Jersey owes me is a lot!

Mr. Joseph C. Minch (Lauren Musser's supervisor at the NJ Div. of Taxation) called me the other day, and said that he get back to me by Thursday 8/24/12, and he didn't.  I might be getting the runaround from the State of New Jersey and am in need of help!!!  I have contacted the U.S. Postmaster General to see if any mail tampering has been going on.  Have you noticed any mail tampering?  Mr. Joseph C. Minch said that the NJ Div. of Taxation had sent me info. on how to protest the Division's decision, but I never received it (also, an item that Mr. Minch's supervisor, Lee J. Evans, had said that he sent, I also didn't receive).  There is also a side issue now (a discrepancy on how much the NJ Div. of Taxation says that I owe them), but I want the issue of justice addressed (Mr. Minch didn't state why the U.S. Constitution (Full faith and credit clause) shouldn't be followed (or other NJ State Laws for that matter).

The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should help the poor and the working poor, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life.  The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken!!!  Our Creator Lord is love.  Love always hopes.  Love always protects.  Love does not delight in evil. Love always trusts.  Love always perseveres.  Love is not easily angered.  Love is not proud.  Love does not envy.

Are we to abide by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, or not?  Or are we to ignore the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes when it benefits the State of New Jersey (in the case of more revenue for its coffers)?  The NJ Div. of Taxation told me to send the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence to the Div. of Revenue, which I did months ago, but still haven't heard back from the NJ Div. of Revenue.  Whom should I contact about the lack of enforcement of the NJ Statutes and the U.S. Constitution???

Thank you very much for all of your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!!!

Sincerely,

Ken Miller

All glory, honor, praise, and thanks be to our Creator Lord - maker of heaven and earth!!!!

Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.- in the pursuit of justice:

Very brief synopsis:
September 4, 1996:     Three corporations are formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1996, and were always inactive.
April 4, 1997:     New Jersey issues a Certificate of Authority to Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. dated:  April 4, 1997 (filed stamped Apr 7, 1997) as a foreign corporation.
September 1, 1997:     All three corporations are terminated by Virginia, 9/1/1997.
Circa March/April of 2011:     Ken Miller starts thinking/planning about withdrawing/dissolving the corporations in April of 2011, not knowing about New Jersey's Minimum Corporation Tax Law.
November 2011:     Visit lawyer(s) and/or angel(s) to  discuss withdrawal/dissolving all three corporations and pay all back taxes, penalties, and fees (still not knowing about the NJ Statutes talked about below, and about the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 [Full faith and Credit Clause]).
December 2011:     After reading the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence from the Commonwealth of Virginia more closely, and after prayer and a lot of the good Lord's grace, I discovered that because the corporation was terminated on 9/1/1997 (in the jurisdiction of its incorporation), and because of the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1, and NJ Statute Title 14A: 13-5. Effect of certificate of authority  NJ's Certificate of Authority should be null and void as of 9/1/1997, and, therefore, could not have conducted any business (it never did conduct any business anyway) and could not be liable for any taxes, penalties and fees except for the tax year of 1997.  A Certificate of Withdrawal from the State of New jersey should be issued as soon as possible to me, dated as of 9/1/1997.
January 2012 - present:     Numerous attempts to receive justice with the NJ Div. of Taxation, NJ Div. of Revenue, NJ Dept. of the Treasury, NJ Attorney General, NJ Secretary of State, NJ Lt. Governor, NJ Governor, NJ Supreme Court Justices, NJ Legislative Representatives, U.S. House and Senate representatives, U.S. Attorney General, the Vice President, the President, and the U.S. Supreme Court, but to no avail.  Still seeking justice, and Lord willing, will persevere until justice is achieved.
