Dear Senator Robert Menendez,

Hello!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you.  I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help.  Right now I've been trying to find out from the state of New Jersey why the U.S. Constitution (Full faith and credit clause) and New Jersey Statutes (Title 14A:13-5, 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d)) should not be obeyed.  The money is very tight (I cannot afford to see a doctor, or a specialist, nor go to a hospital) and I cannot afford an attorney, and I have been trying to resolve something with the NJ Division of Taxation over months now (with some help from a sister that works for a tax attorney in NY).  From what I can read from the U.S. Constitution Article 4, and from NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-5, 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d) that when the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. in September 1997, New Jersey's Certificate of Authority for Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. became null and void.  Lauren Musser, from NY Div. of Taxation stated that the termination of the corporation by the Commonwealth of Virginia is irrelevant.  She did not state why the U.S. Constitution, and NJ Statutes should not be obeyed.  Unfortunately I do not have the assets to maintain a lawyer (especially since they charge so much).

Please, I need your help.  A synopsis of what I've been trying to do my be found at ablogbyken@blogger.com, or at ablogbyken@blogspot.com.  Please let me know if what I read from the U.S. Constitution, and the NJ Statutes does uphold my belief that the NJ's Certificate of Authority should be null and void, and, therefore,  I should only have to pay for 1997 back taxes, penalties, and interest.
