still seeking...
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 55 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to find out how much back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe to New Jersey, and the federal government, and am hoping to pay it off, the Lord willing, as soon as possible (and that I don't land in jail)! I am seeking clarification on whether the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence that I sent to the Div. of Taxation is sufficient for the State of NJ to state that I don't need to pay the back taxes after the corporations nonexistence. Please pray for me at this time!
After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked what the Constitution means by "excessive fines shall not be imposed" contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two jobs - one full-time, and one part-time, but do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Vice President, or a lawyer, or an assistant in a law firm, makes).
Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! Greetings! Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the Light of the World! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created in our Creator Lord's image with inalienable rights. I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help. I hope and pray that our Creator Lord will grant you much wisdom and boldness to help the poor, and the working poor, in this country today. Please help those in need today! Poverty affects millions in this country day in and day out! Day in and day out people go to bed hungry, some don't have enough clothes to wear, and some are living out on the streets. As someone who has lived out on the streets I can testify that it's not the best place to be. As someone who has lived on less than three meals a day over an extended period of time (some times it was no meals, some times it was only bologna, or bologna sandwiches) I can testify that this isn't the best situation to be in. Over the last fourteen years I've had a condo foreclosed on me (I was unemployed at times and had no money), lived on less than three meals a day over extended periods of time, been unemployed for a period of time, and also had to work (when employed) many hours during the weeks to pay off massive debts (some were from credit cards that charged more than fourteen percent interest rates). Through it all I can testify that our Creator Lord watched out over me, and provided me with great comfort, and that He granted me wisdom and peace. I can testify that our loving, gracious, merciful, faithful Father loves us so much that He sent His only Begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! I can testify that He is the Lamb of God, the Holy One of Israel, the Light of the World, the Bread of Life, and that he shed His blood for us sinners, and that He arose from the dead, and ascended up to Heaven so that we might have eternal life. I can testify that Jesus is our Rock, our Shield, our Fortress, our Refuge, our Salvation, our Hope, our Comfort, our Redeemer, our Righteousness, our Savior! Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever! Jesus is Lord!
Right now it seems that some (if not many or all) of us working poor are not getting pay raises that keep up with the cost of living. Some (if not most) of us working poor put little money aside for savings, let alone money to buy a small house or condo. Please put more time and effort into helping the poor, and the working poor in this country, and the world today!
There is a great need to help those in need! The Holy Scriptures tell us much about how our Creator Lord created us in His image, and how we should help the poor and the needy and that we should value life. Getting out of poverty?????
To whom it may concern,
Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! For the last 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years I have been trying to get out of poverty. Some people may have gotten out of poverty faster than 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years, but a lot of people think that it should take only a short period of time. It doesn't always work that way! Whether I die poor or with some money, only the good Lord, our Creator Lord knows at this point. Also true is, no one can take any money with them when they die and go to the next world! Not that I hate being poor, but I am trying to get out of poverty!
The good Lord, our Creator Lord, has provided comfort and peace. I am content, and am thankful to our loving, gracious Father. I can testify that our Creator Lord is wonderful, faithful, gracious, loving, holy and just! Our Heavenly Father loves us so much that He sent His only beloved Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! I can testify that Jesus is the Lamb of God, the Light of the World, the Bread of Life. I can testify that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever! I can testify that Jesus is Lord!

Scripture tells us that Jesus is the Lamb of God, that He is our Rock, our shield, our Refuge, our Fortress, the Light of the World. God's Holy Word tells us that Jesus is the Holy One of Israel. Scriptures tell us that Jesus is Lord!
Thank you dear Lord for making the heavens and the earth, and for creating us too! Thank you for sending your dear Son into this world, and thank you for His death on the cross and His shed blood. Dear family, and friends, and all others concerned,
Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! For the last 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years I have been dealing with poverty first hand. Most of the 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years I had been in poverty, and I suppose some would say that I was in relative poverty for all those 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years. Some people may have gotten out of poverty faster than 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years, but some (if not a lot of) people think that it should take only a short period of time. It doesn't always work that way! Whether I die poor, or with some money, only the good Lord, our Creator Lord, knows at this point. Also true is, no one can take any money with them when they die, and go into the next world! Let's just say that I haven't been trying to stay destitute for the last 16 1/4 - 16 3/4 years, but have had my share of salad dressing sandwiches (bacon ranch is not too bad)!
The good Lord, our Creator Lord, has provided comfort and peace. I am content, and am thankful to our loving, gracious Father. I can testify that our Creator Lord is wonderful, faithful, gracious, loving, holy and just! Our Heavenly Father loves us so much that He sent His only beloved Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! I can testify that Jesus is the Lamb of God, the Light of the World, the Bread of Life. I can testify that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever! I can testify that Jesus is Lord!
Please help the poor, and the working poor today! Please pray for our leaders so that they may help the poor, and the working poor today. Write letters to our leaders and urge them to help the poor, and the working poor today!

P.P.P.S After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked some leaders, and the Supreme Court what the Constitution means by the words "excessive fines shall not be imposed" contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, or three, or four jobs (depending on how you look at it) - one full-time, and one part-time (and the others very infrequent, and/or non-paying work), but do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Governor, or a Supreme Court Justice, or what a lawyer makes).

Looking for a church body to attend
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 55 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to find out how much back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe to New Jersey, and the federal government, and am hoping to pay it off, the Lord willing, as soon as possible (and that I don't land in jail)! I am seeking clarification on whether the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence that I sent to the Div. of Taxation is sufficient for the State of NJ to state that I don't need to pay the back taxes after the corporations nonexistence. Please pray for me at this time!

The good Lord hears the cries of the poor day by day, and He looks out over them always. What should we do to help those that are in need - ration health care? Should we say that abortion is health care as some have already done? God forbid! Should we allow the government to pay for abortions? God forbid! Should we try to change or repeal the problems with the health care law? Should we spend more time with the poor and the working poor to find out what they really need, and then help them? Some of the working poor and poor can not afford to go to the doctor, or the hospital, or to specialists, or to any health facility even with the new health care law - let alone get any medicine that might be recommended by a doctor. The new health care law will probably hurt the working poor the most, and that is a shame!
Please pray for our leaders - our Lord cares for them and us! Please pray that our good Lord will grant them much wisdom to help the poor and the working poor today! Please pray that our good Lord will grant them much wisdom and courage to change or repeal all the bad things in the health care law (all the things that will hurt the poor and the working poor)! It's a shame that many don't know what's in the new law (it's over 1,000 pages long!), and it's also a shame that people don't want to change, or do away with, all the problems in the new law (and to say that there aren't any problems in the new law is like saying that there aren't any problems here in the United States!).
Government shouldn't ration health care. Also, government shouldn't be allowed to pay for abortions. Rationing health care is not protecting life. Rationing health care is not supporting life! Also, abortion is the destruction of life - life given as a gift from the Lord, our Creator Lord! The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Let's call on our Creator Lord, our loving, gracious, merciful Father and ask for His help at this time, and in the future! Let's try to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law. It's a shame that many don't know what's in the new law (it's over 1,000 pages long!), and it's also a shame that people don't want to change, or do away with, all the problems in the new law (and to say that there aren't any problems in the new law is like saying that there aren't any problems here in the United States!).
Government shouldn't ration health care. Also, government shouldn't be allowed to pay for abortions. Rationing health care is not protecting life. Rationing health care is not supporting life! Also, abortion is the destruction of life - life given as a gift from the Lord, our Creator Lord! The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable, and cannot be broken!

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! I am very thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and to be able to go to work, and for having the work (it is a wonderful blessing also), and for this opportunity to write and update this and other blogs. Below is an abbreviated synopsis of what it is an attempt, a mere human's attempt - a sinner man's attempt, to withdraw/dissolve three corporations, and pay off all back taxes, fees, penalties, and file all the necessary forms with Virginia, New Jersey, and the federal government as soon as possible. Timeline: Three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc.
1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.
Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________
Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________
In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________
Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________
Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________
April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________
Mid April – May: Still haven’t put much effort into dissolving corporation other than saving up for a lawyer.____________________________________________________________________
Around 8/10/11: Started writing to lawyers about the situation having saved about $675 thus far (only two respond). Also, didn’t get a better idea as to how much this would cost.________

I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr.)!!!

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! I am very thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and to be able to go to work, and for having the work (it is a wonderful blessing also), and for this opportunity to write and update this and other blogs. How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Below is an abbreviated synopsis of what it is an attempt, a mere human's attempt - a sinner man's attempt, to withdraw/dissolve three corporations, and pay off all back taxes, fees, penalties, and file all the necessary forms with Virginia, New Jersey, and the federal government as soon as possible. Please let me know where I've gone wrong, and/or why it is taking so much time (is justice delayed, justice denied?). I thank you for any and all help!!!

Timeline: Three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc.
1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.
Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________
Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________
In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________
Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________
Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________
April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________
Mid April – May: Still haven’t put much effort into dissolving corporation other than saving up for a lawyer.____________________________________________________________________
Around 8/10/11: Started writing to lawyers about the situation having saved about $675 thus far (only two respond). Also, didn’t get a better idea as to how much this would cost.________

I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr.)!!!

I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr.)!!!

1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.
Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________
Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________
In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________
Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________
Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________
April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________
Mid April – May: Still haven’t put much effort into dissolving corporation other than saving up for a lawyer.____________________________________________________________________
Around 8/10/11: Started writing to lawyers about the situation having saved about $675 thus far (only two respond). Also, didn’t get a better idea as to how much this would cost.________

12/28/11: Receive call from sister Elaine explaining that the corporation was incorporated in April and dissolved in Virginia on Sept. 18, '97. Said she was writing a letter to NJ Div. of Taxation.

circa 1/3/12: Received from the State of New Jersey (letter dated 12/29/12) stating that prior to issuance of a tax clearance certificate, the submission of the following is needed: A check for $7,204.49, and asking if I would like an abatement of penalties, then I should send a written request.
1/3/12: Made more copies of Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence.
Thinking about, and praying about sending copies to accountant and law office.
1/4/12: Sending a letter to Stephen N. Froehlich along with copies of Notice of Corporate Existence for two corporations, and asking if tax forms and other forms need to be sent to the federal government and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Chiusano, responding to a letter asking what "excessive fines shall not be imposed" mean within the U.S. Constitution.
1/28/12: Updated blog with letter to Lauren Musser asking if she had received previous letters about the tax abatement, and asking if the flexible payment plan for paying off the back taxes, penalties, and interest is acceptable to the State of NJ.

1/28/12: Updated blog with letter to Helen Carew asking what the NJ State Constitution, Article 1, Rights and Privileges #12, means when it says "excessive fines shall not be imposed", and whether I'm protected by the NJ State Constitution.
1/30/12: Received letter from Lauren Musser stating that showing Termination of Corporate Existence is not sufficient evidence, and that she'd received the letter from Mr. Stephen N. Froehlich asking for an abatement, and that the State of NJ can abate all the penalties and interest associated with the penalties for corp. business tax returns (1997-2010), and that a check made payable to the NJ Div. of Taxation, in the amount of $4,106.22 to satisfy total balance due as of 1/26/12.
1/31/12: Updated blog with letter to Lauren Musser about her letter dated 1/26/12.
1/31/12: Updated blog with letter to Mr. Stephen N. Froehlich send him part of what Lauren Musser sent, and a copy what I'll, the good Lord willing, be sending her.
I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr.)!!!
