Will costs go down when the government is allowed to pay for abortions?

What evidence is there that health care costs will go down when the government is allowed to pay for abortions? Abortion is the destruction of life - life given as a gift! Life is a gift of the Lord, and is precious! Abortion is not health care! There are people that claim that abortion is health care. Please help stop the destruction of life! Please help protect and support life!
