A New Tax Rebate

Dear Senator Lautenberg,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope you and loved ones are in good health! Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? I am writing to you on this glorious day about an idea for another tax rebate - another economic tax stimulus package. How about giving out a tax rebate based on a percentage of what one has paid in federal taxes over one's lifetime? The percentage the person would receive would be based on what the person had received in income over the last ten years, with those on the lower income levels receiving a higher percentage of the taxes that were paid, such as:
Income received over the last ten yrs. - - / - - perc. of taxes paid as rebate
less than $200,000: - - - - - 3.8
$200,000 - $387,500: - - - 2.53
$387,500 - $750,750: - - - 1.27
$750,750 - $1,035,000: - - - .633
more than $1,035,000: - - - - .211 (about two-tenths of a percent)

This rebate check could go out starting in August - it would be a big help to millions of taxpayers. Also, those taxpayers who have paid federal taxes over many years would receive more than the $600/$1200 checks that are being (or were) sent.

I ask you to propose a new tax rebate that will give millions of taxpayers more money back than the first tax rebate. Thank you for your time and consideration.
