Here are just a handful of cases in which we are facing off against the nation’s largest abortion provider: In Alabama, we filed a lawsuit against a medical clinic that fired two employees solely because of their pro-life views. The medical clinic is located next to a Planned Parenthood facility and in the process of litigating the case, we have learned some disturbing facts about PP’s operations. The case is going to trial in 2019. In an Indiana case, we filed an amicus brief asking the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold a law that forbids abortionists from treating aborted babies as medical waste. Planned Parenthood sued to block the law, but we will continue to fight to ensure that preborn human beings are not treated as trash. In Washington DC and Virginia, we represent Red Rose Rescuers who entered the facilities of some of the nation’s most notorious late-term abortionists to inform women about alternatives to abortion.
