Dear Kenneth,
It's been a busy month for us here at the Terri Schiavo Life
and Hope Network. We have been working hard on so many different
projects.
To start, I want to share with you some of the new
challenges we are up against.
The longer I work for the
right-to-life, advocating for the medically vulnerable, the more shocked
I am at the extremes to which our opponents will go in their disregard for
human life.
- A British woman
decided to take matters into her own hands when she helped a friend to commit
suicide, ordering gas online and having it delivered to her friend - who had a
history of depression and self-harm. Instead of condemning her atrocious
act, her prosecutors are calling it "misguided loyalty" ... because in
today's culture of death, "loyalty" somehow can be confused with
outright murder.
- A recent survey of
Dutch general practitioners showed that many would kill cancer patients,
and 1/3 would be willing to euthanize the mentally ill. When
killing is accepted as an appropriate response to human suffering, there is no
stopping point.
- Canada's Supreme Court
recently imposed euthanasia across the country, including for
"psychological pain" resulting from a diagnosable medical condition -
and doctors may not be able to opt out. The Canadian Medical
Association wants doctors protected, but the Ontario and Saskatchewan Colleges
of Doctors and Surgeons want to force doctors to refer patients for
euthanasia.
Medical professionals should protect and value human life
more than anyone - after all, saving lives is their job!
Instead, most doctors in the Netherlands are more than happy
to prescribe euthanasia to their patients - or should we say their victims?
- while Canadian doctors may not have any choice in the matter.
So many politicians and medical professionals have made it
clear that they hold human life to be cheap and expendable.
They see you and me as backwards, outdated, and
uncompassionate.
You
and I know that nothing could be further from the truth.
This is why the work we do is so important.
In the face of a culture that increasingly supports killing
as the only answer to suffering, pain, misery, and handicaps of any kind, the
Terri Schiavo Life and Hope Network continues to argue that all human
life is valuable and precious.
We could not continue to fight this critical battle without
your prayers and support.
I have had the opportunity to make our case not just in the
United States but also around the world, to other countries that desperately
need to hear our message of life and hope.
Just this month I completed a speaking tour across
Australia.
First I spoke at the Cherish Life
Quennsland's "Hope For the Future" Conference in
Brisbane. Then I traveled to the Bundaberg and Mackay branches of Cherish
Life Queensland. And finally I visited with the Family Council of Victoria.
In each of these cities, I shared my
sister Terri's devastating story.
I also testified to the
lifesaving work we are doing here at the Terri Schiavo Life and Hope Network.
It was an unforgettable experience
to visit with our brothers and sisters "down under" who are fighting
the same battles that you and I are fighting.
It was also an
occasion for encouragement and solidarity.
It's clear that the culture of death continues to grow
stronger, with increasing support from people in power.
Yet the work that
you and I are engaged in continues to bear fruit, and we can see clear signs of
hope.
Every day we read new stories of how life and hope triumph
over the culture of death. Let me share a sampling of such stories that have
been in the news lately, in case you missed them:
- When Hannah and Michael Boland found out their unborn son,
Stephen, had a rare brain abnormality and would not live very long, their
doctors pressured them to have an abortion. One physician even
suggested that Hannah and Michael should let their baby starve to death.
Instead, the Bolands persevered through the pregnancy and let their baby
live. They were able to enjoy 47 precious hours with their son before he
died, and experience that Hannah has written about in her book, 47 Hours
with a Prince.
- An East Tennessee woman
whose baby was born while she was in a coma is now awake! Sharista
Giles was on her way home from a concert in Nashville with friends in early
December when the driver of her car fell asleep at the wheel, crashing into a
concrete barrier - leaving Giles in a coma. Her baby was born prematurely
in January and Giles was taken to a care and rehab center. In April
the center called her family to tell them Sharista was awake!
- 19-year-old Lauren
Hill was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Instead of promoting the
message that suffering is a good reason for assisted suicide - the message that
a lot of people in our culture want to hear - Lauren advocated for living
with dignity and told the world that hospice helped her to continue living
with terminal illness. She received far more subdued news coverage than
did Brittany Maynard, who advocated for "death with dignity", but Lauren
inspires us with her example and gave an unmistakable witness of the
dignity of every human life.
- A neurosurgeon
told Noah Conley's mother that her son might never recover from his
traumatic brain injury. The boy was on life support and in a coma
for six days. But now, two years later, Noah not only woke up from his
coma but also returned to school and he will graduate high school this month
with plans to attend college in the fall and study medicine.
Don't these stories fill you with
hope?
Thanks to brave and determined family members who
stood up to the medical profession, each of these lives was saved or allowed to
come to a natural end.
And thanks to your generous support of the Terri Schiavo
Life and Hope Network. we can make more stories like this possible every day.
Won't you consider renewing
your support today?
You see, when we talk about the "culture of
life," we are talking about individuals: people like Sharista, Lauren,
and Noah. Each of these people is irreplaceable in the lives of their
families and friends.
Each of these people has infinite worth.
This is who we are
fighting for.
Despite the culture of death that continues to encroach, we
have made incredible gains and won resounding victories.
Will you continue to stand with us and fight for the right
of every human person?
Thank you, as always, for your
prayers and support. You give us the strength to continue this fight and
we remain incredibly grateful.
Sincerely,
Bobby Schindler
Executive Director
P.S. People like Noah, Sharista, and Lauren are our brothers
and sisters. There are thousands like them who need the life-saving
resources and support of the Terri Schiavo Life and Hope Network.
With your assistance, we're ready to provide that
help. I hope I can count on you to renew your support today.

In hope, peace, and love - to all concerned with justice : You're
very, very, very, very stupid s-tan!!! Stupid, stupid, stupid,
stupid are you!!! You will not prevail, nor your minions!!!!! Don't
have much compared to rich folk, or middle class folk, but have the peace
that Jesus gives! Why can't s-tan prevail??? Stupid, stupid, stupid are
you s-tan, and his minions!!!! Afraid of a mere Jew looking for a church
to worship the Messiah at!!! Jesus is Lord!!!!
Dear sisters and brothers in Messiah,
Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus
- the name above all names - Messiah and Lord!!! I hope that you
and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health
is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!
How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I
am very thankful to our good Lord, for being able to get out of bed, and
for the opportunity to write to you through this blog. His mercies are
new every morning!!! I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am
living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord
at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 21 years now, and am 59
years old (married multiple times prior to knowing the Lord - or should I
say prior to being known by the Lord, with children and how many wives
gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now
living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish
heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't
know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it
would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the past
have had problems with one leg (the left one), but more recently have had
a problem with my left shoulder (I do worship and praise, and thank the
good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to
our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I
am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to
rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living
on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed
by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was
labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician,
healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply
in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to
mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Please
pray for me at this time! Nothing can separate you from the love of
Christ Jesus. Love rejoices in the truth. Love does not envy. God is
love. Love is not proud. Love does not delight in evil. Love is not
easily angered. Love never fails! Love is the commandment from the
beginning. Love keeps no record of wrongs. Love is not self-seeking.
Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving,
gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the
Holy One of Israel daily! I appreciate your prayers, and any and all
Godly advise. Thank you and may the Holy of Israel bless you and the
loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!
In hope, peace, and love,

Did the Messiah, the Holy One of Israel, The Light
of the World, evolve from a lower life form??? Did Noah evolve from
a lower life form? Did Esther evolve from a lower life form?
Did Moses evolve from a lower life form? Did Abraham evolve from a
lower life form? Did Noah evolve from a lower life form? Did
Joshua evolve from a lower life form? Did Caleb evolve from a lower
life form? Did Rahab evolve from a lower life form? Did
Deborah evolve from a lower life form? Did Jacob (Israel) evolve
from a lower life form? Did Samson evolve from a lower life
form? Did King David evolve from a lower life form? Did the
virgin Mary evolve from a lower life form??? Did the angels evolve
from a lower life form?
Ask an evolutionist if whether he believes that all those (beings)
that have walked the earth (past and present) had evolved from a lower
life form (did the Messiah [Jesus] evolve from a lower life form???
No way - He was full of grace and truth - the Word made flesh, the Light
of the World, our Rock, our Shield, our Fortress, our Redeemer, our
Salvation, our Atonement!!!). Did the virgin Mary evolve from a
lower life form?
Of angels, miracles, and bad angels (demons):
There are some people among us who don't believe in the supernatural,
only the natural. What these people miss is self-evident. Not all beings
on earth, however, are human - some are angels. You have evolutionists
who believe that a Creator didn't create the universe, or perform
miracles - again, ask an evolutionist whether the Messiah did indeed
perform miracles, or when miracles occurred throughout history (Moses and
the parting of the sea, and the ten commandments, and the ten plagues,
and Sampson, and Gideon, and many more!) - what were the cause of them?
They will not be able to answer how angels (both good and bad)
"evolved". They will not be able to answer how the Messiah
"evolved" (or why the Messiah came to earth). They will not be
able to answer how the head of the demons (Satan, or the Devil)
"evolved". They will not answer how the miracles, that have
taken place, that our Creator Lord have done, did take place. Those
people who do not believe in the supernatural have not seen what is
self-evident. They do not realize that angels (both good and bad) are
among us. [It is interesting to note that even the demons believe in
the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (the Great I AM) - and the demons
shudder]. We should pray that the good Lord, our Creator Lord,
opens the eyes of the people who do not see, that they should see. We not
only have to battle the sin within us, and not be corrupted (polluted) by
the world, but also to resist the Devil and his angels. Of course, the
Messiah did not "evolve", nor did the angels (good and bad),
and neither did the head of the bad angels "evolve". The
Messiah did come to earth for a reason. I have worked along side of
angels, and have lived along side of angels (some good and some
bad). The Messiah came to the earth, from above, to shed His blood
for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life.
For God so loved the world that He gave His
only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but
have everlasting life (John 3:16).
We love, because He first loved us. (1John 4:19)
Love does no harm to his neighbor, therefore, love is the fulfilling of
the Law.
Jesus is the Holy One of Israel!!!
Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His
image, with inalienable rights!
Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood.
All glory, honor, praise, and thanks be to our Creator Lord - maker of
heaven and earth - Messiah and King!!!!!
How about justice for the unborn children??? Let's seek justice
for the unborn children - the preborn children!!!!!

Creation? Nye says nay ...Ham credits 'I AM'
by
Teddy James
For Ken Ham, founder of Answers in Genesis and
the Creation Museum, the much-anticipated debate with the noted scientist
Bill Nye "The Science Guy" began long before the two stood in
front of a sold out audience and millions of online viewers. Ham
hosted a meeting with members of the press 60 minutes before the
debate. Reporters took the opportunity to question him about
creation science and his motives behind the timing of the debate.
"Some have said it's not coincidental that
this debate comes as you are seeing funding deadlines for your Ark Park
project," one reporter said.
"How do you answer all the dating tests
that show rocks and trees are older than your purported age of the
earth," another pressed.
Ham answered each question with humility and
candor, even getting many of those present to laugh by saying that they
were making him let the cat out of the bag before the main event.
Clash of Ideas
When both scientists made it to the Creation
Museum stage in Petersburg, Kentucky, moderator Tom Foreman explained the
central question for discussion: "Is creation a viable model
of origins in today's modern scientific era?" He then
described the debate's format. Each man would have 5 minutes for
opening remarks, 30 minutes to present his beliefs, 5 minutes for
rebuttal, another 5 minutes for a counter rebuttal, then 45 minutes of
answering questions from the audience.
During his opening remarks, Ham drew a
distinction between observational or operational science and historical
science. Observational science is what scientists use to
experiment, innovate, invent and build. Historical science, in
Ham's view, is what scientists do to understand what happened in the
past. His assertion was that scientists have many assumptions about
the past, and if those assumptions are founded in evolution, then the
assumptions and thus the conclusions, are unreliable and wrong.
There appeared to be mutual respect between the
debaters with Nye even thanking Ham after his 30 minute presentation
saying, "i really learned something." However, his
gracious attitude abruptly disappeared.
Nye quickly made a distinction between
scientists who follow Ham's dichotomy of the sciences and those who do
not. He said, "There is no distinction made between historical
science and observational science. Those are constructs unique to Mr.
Ham." He proceeded with frequent references to mainstream
scientists, "outside" the Creation Museum, and therefore outside
Ham's belief system.
Nye later exemplified his view of the Bible
saying, "I understand that you take the Bible, as written in
English, translated many, many times over the last three millennia to be
a more accurate, more reasonable assessment of the natural laws we see
around us than what I and everybody in here can observe. That to
me, is unsettling."
Clash of worldviews
His unsettling is easy to explain. The
debate centered on evolution versus creation on its surface, but at its
core, it was a clash of worldviews. Ham bases his worldview and his
view of origins on the Bible. Nye bases his worldview and his view
of the origins on the material world and evidence he can see and
touch. Consequently, the two have little room for agreement.
Ham believes the earth is 6,000 years old.
He said, "Creation is the only viable model of historical science
confirmed by observational science in today's modern scientific
era." He later asserted that observational science must
logically borrow from a creationist worldview in order to make
discoveries and innovations.
This was followed by a question asking Ham
whether he interprets the Bible literally. "I interpret the
Bible naturally," he answered. "If a passage is written
as historical narrative, as Genesis is, you take it as history. If
it's poetry, as we find in the Psalms, you take it as poetry."
Nye responded: "It sounds to me that there
(are) certain parts of this document, of the Bible, that you embrace
literally and other parts you consider poetry. So it sounds to me
like you're going to take what you like and interpret it literally and
other passages you're going to interpret as poetic or descriptions of
human events. All that aside, I'll just say scientifically, or as a
reasonable man, it doesn't seem possible that when all these things that
contradict your literal interpretation of those first few passages, all
those things contradict that, I find that unsettling."
Nye insisted that creationism is not only wrong
but also backward. "What keeps the United States ahead, what
makes the United States a world leader is our technology," he
said. "If we continue to eschew science, and try to divide
science between observational science and historical science, we are
going to move forward. We will not embrace natural laws. We
will not make discoveries. We will not invent."
Clash of beliefs
It was the belief in the "danger" of
creationism that initially brought Nye to Kentucky. In his closing
remarks, he said, "I want to close by reminding everybody what's at
stake here. If we abandon all that we learned ... if we abandon the
process by which we know it ... if we stop looking for the next answer,
we in the United States will be out-competed by other countries, other
economies. That would be okay, I guess, but I was born here, I'm a
patriot, and so we have to embrace science education. We have to
keep science education in science classes."
Post-debate, much of the media seemed to agree
with Nye. In Ham's native Australia, Brisbane Times apologized to
Kentucky with acerbic mockery: "Well this is embarrassing ... I'm
sorry Kentucky. We could have kept (Ham) here, you know. We
have a large containment facility where we store all of our Ken Hams. ...
I'm not sure how Ham got out of the Queensland high school system where
[he] has been teaching - ahem - science, and made his way to your fair
shores."
Other news sources and websites joined in the
ridicule of Ham, his beliefs about the authority of Scripture, and anyone
who shares his views.
However the criticism failed to discourage
Ham. In a post-debate interview on the Answers in Genesis YouTube
channel, he declared the winner of the debate to be God's Word, which he
invoked numerous times. In at least three of those mentions, the
estimated five million people who watched the debate live on the Internet
heard Ham clearly identify Jesus Christ as Savior of mankind.
And that good news is not debatable.
end of story ...... (or is it?)
The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord,
and how we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how
we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how
the good Lord, our Creator Lord loves us tat he sent His only begotten
Son Jesus into this world to shed His blood and to die on the cross for
us sinners, so that we might have eternal life. The Holy Scriptures
are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine and teaching, and
cannot be broken!
The Good News:
The good Lord, our Creator Lord, loves us that He sent his only Begotten
Son Jesus into this world to shed His blood and to die for us sinners, so
that we might have eternal life!
On March 23, 2010, I sat down
at a table in the East Room of the White House and signed my name on a
law that said, once and for all, that health care would no longer be a
privilege for a few. It would be a right for everyone.
Five years later, after more
than 50 votes in Congress to repeal or weaken this law and multiple
challenges before the Supreme Court, here is what we know today:
This law worked. It's still
working. It has changed and saved American lives. It has set this country
on a smarter, stronger course.
And it's here to stay.
This morning, the Supreme
Court upheld one of the most critical parts of health reform -- the part
that has made it easier for Americans to afford health insurance, no
matter where you live.
If the challenges to this law
had succeeded, millions would have had thousands of dollars in tax
credits taken away. Insurance would have once again become unaffordable
for many Americans. Many would have even become uninsured again.
Ultimately, everyone's premiums could have gone up.
Because of this law, and
because of today's decision, millions of Americans will continue to
receive the tax credits that have given about 8 in 10 people who buy
insurance on the new Health Insurance Marketplaces the choice of a health
care plan that costs less than $100 a month.
If you're a parent, you can
keep your kids on your plan until they turn 26 -- something that has
covered millions of young people so far. That's because of this law. If
you're a senior, or have a disability, this law gives you discounts on
your prescriptions -- something that has saved 9 million Americans an
average of $1,600 so far. If you're a woman, you can't be charged more
than anybody else -- even if you've had cancer, or your husband had heart
disease, or just because you're a woman. Your insurer has to offer free
preventive services like mammograms. They can't place annual or lifetime
caps on your care.
And when it comes to
preexisting conditions -- someday, our grandkids will ask us if there was
really a time when America discriminated against people who got sick.
Because that's something this law has ended for good.
Five years in and more than 16
million insured Americans later, this is no longer just about a law. This
isn't just about the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare.
Today is a victory for every
American whose life will continue to become more secure because of this
law. And 20, 30, 50 years from now, most Americans may not know what
"Obamacare" is. And that's okay. That's the point.
Because today, this reform
remains what it always has been -- a set of fairer rules and tougher
protections that have made health care in America more affordable, more
attainable, and more about you.
That's who we are as
Americans. We look out for one another. We take care of each other. We
root for one another's success. We strive to do better, to be better,
than the generation before us, and we try to build something better for
the generation that comes behind us.
And today, with this behind
us, let's come together and keep building something better. That starts
right now.
Thank you,
President Barack Obama
So
much for transparency! Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the
Life! Jesus can be taken at HIS word! Jesus is the Word of God!
Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Jesus is
true. Jesus is faithful! Jesus cannot lie! Jesus is
good! Jesus is good all the time!
Please pray for President Barack Obama and for the rest of our leaders!
Why not move forward into the Light??? Jesus is the Light of
the world!!!
Dear family and friends, and all others concerned with justice,

Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our
Creator Lord! Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator
Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Also, please remember
that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Now is the time to
contact New Jersey's United States Senators and urge them to vote for the
Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Law that was passed by the House of
Representatives. Some states have already passed a Pain Capable
Unborn Child Protection Act. For more info contact New Jersey Right
to Life (see below). Let's call on our loving, gracious, merciful
Creator Lord's help, and help to enact a federal Pain Capable Unborn Child
Protection Act. Please help protect and support life!
On
June 18, 2013, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 1797, the
Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act by a 228 - 196 vote according to
New Jersey Right to Life NewsAlert, Vol. IX, No. II (the official
publication of New Jersey Right to Life,
www.njrtl.org).
The
bill would protect most unborn children - preborn children - nationwide
after 20 weeks (it's a travesty that so many unborn babies are destroyed
after 20 weeks - plus before 20 weeks!!!). The bill was introduced
and passed shortly after the trial and conviction of abortionist Kermit
Gosnell according to New Jersey Right to Life NewsAlert. Please see
a good article about Kermit Gosnell in the NewsAlert (Vol. IX, No. II on
page 1). Also according to New Jersey Right to Life a majority of
Americans support banning late abortions on a 2 to 1 margin as reported
by a recent Huffington Post poll. Kudos to the following U.S. Congressmen
from New Jersey for voting for this pro-life bill:
Congressman Frank LoBiondo
(R-2)
Congressman Scott Garrett (R-5)
Congressman Chris Smith
(R-4)
Congressman Leonard Lance (R-7)
Let's try to end the greatest human rights abuse

That starts
right now.
Thank you,

the good Lord, our Creator Lord! Good health is such a wonderful blessing
from our Creator Lord!!! How is your spirit on this glorious day?
Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His
image, with inalienable rights! Also, please remember that we humans are
more than flesh and blood, and that we struggle against principalities,
forces of darkness, and wickedness in high places (not flesh and blood).
Some people like to talk about choices, but some things are not up to
choosing. I didn't choose to be kidnapped, I didn't choose to be raped,
or robbed, or harassed, or not given justice. Some things are not seen -
there is a supernatural, and those that ignore it, or deny it, are losing
out on Jesus' help, love, comfort, and hope! God is love, and love always
protects.
Please don't over simplify, or avoid the tough tests, or trials - call on
the name of Jesus!!! There is evil, and God is good!!! Love does not
delight in evil. Love rejoices in the truth. Jesus is the Way, the Truth,
and the Life. It is our Heavenly Father's good pleasure to give us the
kingdom. Love always trusts. Love does not delight in evil. Love rejoices
in the truth. Jesus is here, always here, to comfort, to love, to give us
wisdom, and to give us hope!!! Nothing can separate us from the love of
Christ Jesus.
The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we humans are
created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life,
and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord
loves us that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus into this world to shed
His blood and to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal
life!!! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for
doctrine, and cannot be broken!!! Our Creator Lord is
love! Love is patient. Love is kind. Love does not envy.
Please put all your hope in Jesus. Jesus is the same yesterday, today,
and forever. Thank you for all your help. Hope that you and the loved
ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our loving,
gracious, merciful Father, bless you and the loved ones immensely!

Abortion is the greatest human rights abuse going on throughout the world
today!!! Abortion is a moral, social, political, and an economic
disaster here in the United States, and everywhere that it has been
mandated!!! Kudos to Ireland for not succumbing to the
pro-abortionists. Prior to 1973 here in the United States there
were Laws on the books in many states, and prior to the early 1960's, all
States had laws on the books banning abortion!!! Below is a summary
of great pro-life legislation from the States from the SUMMER 2013 RNC
For Life Report No. 85 (article entitled "Great Pro-Life Legislation
from the States"). According to Father Frank Pavone, of the
Priests For Life, there are now 42 states that have passed, or have
introduced, legislation that protects unborn children that are in the
safest place on earth (or is it the safest place on earth?) - their
mother's womb. Now in 2013, two states (Arkansas, and North Dakota)
have "Heartbeat Protection Laws" - laws that prohibit abortions
on unborn children (the preborn children) that have a heartbeat!
Ten states have passed a Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Law that
protects unborn children from being destroyed because scientists have
stated that the unborn feel terrible pain when an abortion is performed
on them at 20 weeks or longer. Nine states require an ultrasound
examination be performed on women prior to an abortion. Texas
requires abortionists to describe the physical appearance of the unborn
child to his mother, even if the mother does not wish to view her child
on the ultrasound screen. Twenty-four states require a waiting
period from the time a woman receives info. on abortion's risks (as
well as info. on alternatives to abortion) and the time she has the
abortion. Eight states passed laws requiring that physicians be
physically present when women are given RU-486 (an abortifacient), the
chemical compound used to destroy life in the womb.Nine states have
passed legislation to regulate abortion clinics more tightly. Five
states have laws that mandate that women must be informed of the link
between breast cancer and abortion. Louisiana requires abortion
clinics to post signs stating that women cannot be coerced into having
abortions ( a high percentage of women/girls are coerced into having
abortions by the dads or relatives of the dads). States have bans
on partial-birth abortions (this is where the abortionist would grab hold
of the baby in the womb by his/her legs, and then partially deliver the
child - legs first - until the child was delivered except for his/her
head, and then the abortionist would insert something into the back of
the baby's head and then suction the brains out of the baby - committing
a partial-birth abortion.). Kansas, Missouri, and Ohio
outlawed the abortion of babies who can survive outside the womb.
Florida has a law that requires abortionists to provide medical care to
babies that survive abortions!!! Two states have outlawed
sex-selection abortions (it's a wonder why all 50 states don't outlaw
sex-selection abortions). North Dakota also has banned the abortion
of babies diagnosed with conditions like Down's Syndrome. Seven states
require abortionists to have local hospital admitting privileges in case
their patients have complications (it's a wonder why all 50 states don't
require this). For all the details from the Great Pro-Life
Legislation from the States please read the article in the RNC For life

Let's
continue to call on our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord's help,
and help to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care
Law (the law that would help pay for abortions with federal funds, and
create health care rationing and near end of life(???) decision making
(or just cutting off of medical help).
Let's
continue to pray for the women thinking about, or planning or scheduling
to have an abortion, and for the abortionists (some abortionists can't
get admitting privileges at local hospitals). Let's continue
to help end governmental funding ( at all levels - federal, state and
local) of groups, and organizations that perform abortions.
Let's
continue to ask our legislators, both State and Federal, to pass laws
that will protect and support life. Life is a gift from the Lord,
and is precious. Let's continue to search the Scriptures (God's
Holy Word) and use the Word, to continue to live in the Spirit, and pray
for revival for the United States. Let's continue to pray that
hearts, souls, minds, and bodies turn to Jesus - our Messiah and

God's
Holy Word, the Scriptures, tell us about out Creator Lord, and how we
humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and that we are to
value life, and we should protect and support life, and that our Creator
Lord loves us so much that he sent His only Begotten Son Jesus into this
world to shed His blood, and to die, for us sinners, so that we might
have eternal life!
Legalized abortion is a moral, social, political, and an economic
disaster here in the United States, and everywhere that it has been
mandated!!!
On
June 18, 2013, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 1797, the
Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act by a 228 - 196 vote according to
New Jersey Right to Life NewsAlert, Vol. IX, No. II (the official
publication of New Jersey Right to Life,

Dear family, and friends, and all others concerned with justice,
mercy, peace, and love,
Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you
and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good health
is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!
How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we
humans are more than flesh and blood. Please remember that we humans are
created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Let's
call on our Creator Lord, our loving, gracious, merciful Father and ask
for His help at this time, and in the future! Let's try to repeal, or
change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law. It's a shame that
many don't know what's in the new law (it's over 1,000 pages long!), and
it's also a shame that people don't want to change, or do away with, all
the problems in the new law (and to say that there aren't any problems in
the new law is like saying that there aren't any problems here in the
United States!).
Government shouldn't ration health care. Also, government shouldn't be
allowed to pay for abortions. Rationing health care is not protecting
life. Rationing health care is not supporting life! Also, abortion is the
destruction of life - life given as a gift from the Lord, our Creator
Lord! The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we are
created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life,
and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord
loves us so much that He sent His only Begotten Son Jesus into this world
to shed His blood and to die for us sinners, so that we might have
eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable
for doctrine and teaching, and cannot be broken! Our Creator
Lord is love! Love always hopes. Love always
protects. Love always trusts. Love does not delight in
evil. Love is the commandment from the beginning.
The House of Representatives voted to repeal the new Health Care Law, and
the Senate has not chose the right path at this time (perhaps in the
future they might!). Please help to repeal, or change all the problems
with, the new Health Care Law!
Thank you very much for all your help! Hope that you and the loved ones
have a joyous and peaceful day. Please remember to pray for our leaders,
and the leaders of the world! Hope that you call on our Creator Lord for
help at this time, and may the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and

How
is our Health Care System? How can we improve it?
The Continued Deterioration of Our Health Care System
by Bobby Schindler
/ Washington DC / LifeNews.com / March 20,
2014
It was nine years ago, March 18, 2005, that my
sister, Terri Schiavo's feeding tube was removed by order of Pinellas
County Florida Court Judge, George W. Greer. It was by Greer's
order that Terri would slowly die by way of starvation and
dehydration. It took almost two weeks.
Since Terri's horrific death, the non-profit
organization established by my family, the Terri Schiavo Life and Hope
Network, works every day doing what we can to educate the public, raises
the desperately needed awareness on this widely misunderstood issue of
euthanasia, and more importantly, helps families that contact us.
The vast majority of families who do reach out to us are faced with
situations where their loved ones are in jeopardy of having their life
sustaining treatment denied.
What has become painfully obvious is that it
seems like almost every day, more examples of families' medical rights
are being denied when it comes to decisions they are making for their
loved ones. Indeed, we receive calls similar to what our family
experienced - a domestic dispute over the care of a family member.
However, more and more, we are getting calls from people who are fighting
physicians, ethic committees, or health care facilities where their loved
ones are being treated.
It can go as far as, if you can believe it, families
having their loved ones stripped away from their care by the hospital,
losing complete custody. When this does happen, there appears to be
a certain pattern that begins the process.
First, the hospital physicians, nurses or even the
staff will create or exaggerate a situation involving the family, most
times without any real evidence, or they will fault the parents or loved
one who is the caregiver with some type of mishap with the patient.
Often times what follows is the family member(s) who were making medical
treatment decisions are vilified, or accused of being the problem.
This gives the hospital a reason to intervene and subsequently take
action to deem the family incompetent as the caretaker.
The hospital can then go as far as restricting
visitation rights, or completely stopping any family member from visiting
their loved one, claiming that they are a "threat" to the care
of the patient. The hospital can then go to court in order to gain
control of the patient by requesting that a guardian be appointed or even
the hospital itself, in place of the family members who were caring for
their loved one.
The family who was once in the position of taking
care of their loved one is now on the outside looking in - having no
legal rights or any ability to help or even visit them. If you
think this cannot happen, then you haven't heard of three cases currently
taking place where the family has been removed as the care givers of
their child and / or spouse. The cases of Justina Pelletier in
Massachusetts, Bret Bohnin in Alaska, and the Gary Harvey case in New
York. All you need to do is look them up.
In each situation, the facility contends that these
patients were not being properly cared for by their family member and as
a result, the patients were removed from their custody. Although
these cases have their differences, there is one common
denominator. Despite the reasons specified, it appears that in each
instance proper care was being given. And in all of these
situations, the care of their loved one has been put in the hands of
strangers.
There have been countless warning signs with the
state of our health care system and its perilous direction when it comes
to caring for those who are unable to speak for themselves. Perhaps
much of it started with the death of my sister, Terri. It is
because of this that over the next two weeks, Terri's Life and Hope
Network website will post stories of the events that occurred on each of
those horrific days of Terri's inhumane death. Not only to remember
Terri, but also to keep in mind the countless people who, as we speak,
are suffering slow, agonizing deaths in hospices, nursing homes, and
hospitals in America and around the world. Not to mention that
every one of us needs to understand that no longer are we the ones who
will be making medical decisions for our loved ones if we ever find
ourselves in a situation where a hospital decides it knows better.

New note (added info. Not from the article):
Any
Health Care Law should protect life, support life, and should further the
healing of human life and do no harm to human life, and should not force
anyone to dishonor the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We humans
are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, for His glory! We
humans are more than flesh and blood! Any such Health Care Law
should be discussed by, supported and agreed upon by, independents,
republicans, and democrats alike and should be presented to the
public before voted upon Congress and signed by the President of the
United States. Any Health Care Law should show the public that all
those involved with the writing of the Health Care Law value human life -
life made in the image of our Creator -life given as a gift of the Lord.

Vice President Joseph Biden
The White House
Wash., D.C. 20500
Dear Vice President Joseph Biden,
Greetings on this glorious day the Lord has
made! Each new day the good Lord gives us is glorious! I hope that
you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good
health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator
Lord! Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in
HIS image, for HIS glory! I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask
for your help. The national debt continues to climb and the U.S. Budget continues
to run at deficits. Money to pay day down the national debt and/or to pay
off the interest is in the hundreds of billions of dollars, and we continue see
the economic toll (not to mention the moral, social, and political disaster it
has been to the nation) that legalized abortion has done to our country.
Has the economic toll that legalized abortion has brought upon this country
been over $10 trillion??? Has the economic toll throughout the world that
legalized abortion has brought been over $110 trillion??? The economic
toll will continue to rise while we have an abortion-on-demand policy here
in the United States.
Please help turn the country around. The biggest
thing to turn the United States around would be to protect life from conception

On March 23, 2010, I sat down at a table in the East Room of
the White House and signed my name on a law that said, once and for all, that
health care would no longer be a privilege for a few. It would be a right for
everyone.
Five years later, after more than 50 votes in Congress to
repeal or weaken this law and multiple challenges before the Supreme Court,
here is what we know today:
This law worked. It's still working. It has changed and
saved American lives. It has set this country on a smarter, stronger course.
And it's here to stay.
This morning, the Supreme Court upheld one of the most
critical parts of health reform -- the part that has made it easier for
Americans to afford health insurance, no matter where you live.
If the challenges to this law had succeeded, millions would
have had thousands of dollars in tax credits taken away. Insurance would have
once again become unaffordable for many Americans. Many would have even become
uninsured again. Ultimately, everyone's premiums could have gone up.
Because of this law, and because of today's decision,
millions of Americans will continue to receive the tax credits that have given
about 8 in 10 people who buy insurance on the new Health Insurance Marketplaces
the choice of a health care plan that costs less than $100 a month.
If you're a parent, you can keep your kids on your plan
until they turn 26 -- something that has covered millions of young people so
far. That's because of this law. If you're a senior, or have a disability, this
law gives you discounts on your prescriptions -- something that has saved 9
million Americans an average of $1,600 so far. If you're a woman, you can't be
charged more than anybody else -- even if you've had cancer, or your husband
had heart disease, or just because you're a woman. Your insurer has to offer
free preventive services like mammograms. They can't place annual or lifetime
caps on your care.
And when it comes to preexisting conditions -- someday, our
grandkids will ask us if there was really a time when America discriminated
against people who got sick. Because that's something this law has ended for
good.
Five years in and more than 16 million insured Americans
later, this is no longer just about a law. This isn't just about the Affordable
Care Act, or Obamacare.
Today is a victory for every American whose life will
continue to become more secure because of this law. And 20, 30, 50 years from
now, most Americans may not know what "Obamacare" is. And that's
okay. That's the point.
Because today, this reform remains what it always has been
-- a set of fairer rules and tougher protections that have made health care in
America more affordable, more attainable, and more about you.
That's who we are as Americans. We look out for one another.
We take care of each other. We root for one another's success. We strive to do
better, to be better, than the generation before us, and we try to build
something better for the generation that comes behind us.
And today, with this behind us, let's come together and keep
building something better. That starts right now.
Thank you,
President Barack Obama

And finally I visited with the Family Council of
Victoria.
Let me share a sampling of such stories that
have been in the news lately, in case you missed them:
Life and Hope Network, we can make more stories like this possible every day.

How is our Health Care System?
How can we improve it?
Below is an article about a travesty of justice - here in
the United States!! How did this
happen - what can we do to stop it from happening again? The
following is an article from life and hope, a publication of the Terri Schiavo
Life and Hope Network, volume 6 / 1st Edition / www.lifeandhope.com, pg. 8.
Nine Years Ago My Sister
Terri Schiavo was Dehydrated
and Starved to Death
As Our Health Care System Continues to Worsen
by Bobby Schindler / Washington DC /
LifeNews.com / March 20, 2014
It was nine years ago, March 18,
2005, that the feeding tube of my sister Terri Schiavo was removed by order of
Pinellas County Florida Court Judge, George W. Greer. It was by Greer's
order that Terri would slowly die by way of starvation and dehydration.
It took almost two weeks.
Since Terri's horrific death, the
non-profit organization established by my family, the Terri Schiavo Life and
Hope Network, works every day doing what we can to educate the public, raises
the desperately needed awareness on this widely misunderstood issue of euthanasia,
and more importantly, helps families that contact us. The vast majority
of families who do reach out to us are faced with situations where their loved
ones are in jeopardy of having their life sustaining treatment denied.
What has become painfully obvious
is that it seems like almost every day, more examples of families' medical
rights are being denied when it comes to decisions they are making for their
loved ones.
Indeed, we receive calls similar to
what our family experienced - a domestic dispute over the care of a family
member. However, more and more, we are getting calls from people who are
fighting physicians, ethic committees, or health care facilities where their
loved ones are being treated.
It can go as far as, if you can believe
it, families having their loved ones stripped away from their care by the
hospital, losing complete custody.
When this does happen, there
appears to be a certain pattern that begins the process.
First, the hospital physicians, nurses or
even the staff will create or exaggerate a situation involving the family, most
times without any real evidence, or they will fault the parents or loved one
who is the caregiver with some type of mishap with the patient.
Often times what follows is the
family member(s) who were making medical treatment decisions are vilified, or
accused of being the problem. This gives the hospital a reason to
intervene and subsequently take action to deem the family incompetent as the
caretaker.
The hospital can then go as far as
restricting visitation rights, or completely stopping any family member from
visiting their loved one, claiming that they are a "threat" to the
care of the patient.
The hospital can then go to court
in order to gain control of the patient by requesting that a guardian be
appointed or even the hospital itself, in place of the family members who were
caring for their loved one.
The family who was once in the position
of taking care of their loved one is now on the outside looking in - having no
legal rights or any ability to help or even visit them.
If you think this cannot happen,
then you haven't heard of three cases currently taking place where the family
has been removed as the care givers of their child and / or spouse. The
cases of Justina Pelletier in Massachusetts, Bret Bohnin in Alaska, and the
Gary Harvey case in New York. All you need to do is look them
up.
In each situation, the facility
contends that these patients were not being properly cared for by their family
member and as a result, the patients were removed from their custody.
Although these cases have their differences, there is one common
denominator. Despite the reasons specified, it appears that in each
instance proper care was being given. And in all of these situations, the
care of their loved one has been put in the hands of strangers.
There have been countless warning signs
with the state of our health care system and its perilous direction when it
comes to caring for those who are unable to speak for themselves. Perhaps
much of it started with the death of my sister, Terri.
It is because of this that over the
next two weeks, Terri's Life and Hope Network website will post stories of the
events that occurred on each of those horrific days of Terri's inhumane
death. Not only to remember Terri, but also to keep in mind the countless
people who, as we speak, are suffering slow, agonizing deaths in hospices,
nursing homes, and hospitals in America and around the world.
Every one of us needs to understand
that no longer are we the ones who will be making medical decisions for our
loved ones if we ever find ourselves in a situation where a hospital decides it
knows better.

Health Care Law should protect life, support life, and should further the

supported and agreed upon by independents, republicans, and democrats alike and
should be presented to the public before voted upon by Congress, and signed by
the President of the United States. Any Health Care Law should show the
public that all those involved with the writing of the Health Care Law value
human life - life made in the image of our Creator -life given as a gift of the
Lord. Let's call on our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord's

Recent Case ...
Recently the Life and Hope Network received a call from a
young man in his 20s. His fiancée experienced an asthma attack and went
into cardiac arrest two weeks prior to him contacting us. Physicians
initially diagnosed her as brain dead and she needed a ventilator to help with
her breathing. According to the young man, physicians re-diagnosed her
after she began to show signs of improvement.
Despite this, her parents asked
physicians to remove her from the ventilator, with the understanding it would
lead to their daughter's death.
The physicians were wrong. When
her ventilator was removed, she began to breathe on her own and at that point,
was only being sustained by food and water (via feeding tube). According
to her fiancée there were times when she was attempting to communicate.
In spite of the signs of progress this
young woman appeared to be making, and the desperate pleas from her fiancée,
her parents made the decision to remove their daughter's feeding tube and she
was subsequently administered morphine and Ativan.
We received a message just recently,
letting us know that this young woman had died. Just one more example of
how euthanasia is being practiced every day.

Unilateral Non-Resuscitation at Massachusetts General
By Wesley J. Smith
National Review Online / 05/12/14
Can this have something to do with Romney/Obamacare?
According to a medical study, since 2006, Massachusetts
General Hospital's Bioethics Committee has forced people to not receive wanted
resuscitation by imposing unilateral DNRs. And apparently, it's all done
in Star Chamber secrecy. From Thaddeus Pope's blog (quoting from a
medical symposium presentation).
"Unilateral Do-Not-Resuscitate
(DNR) orders are a specific type of medical futility decision in which
clinicians withhold advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in the event
of cardiopulmonary arrest despite objections of patients or their
surrogates. There is little information on how often and to whom
unilateral DNR orders are applied. The ethics committee at Massachusetts
General Hospital has had a unilateral DNR policy since 2006.
We investigated the incidence, sociodemographic and clinical
predictors, and outcomes of patients with unilateral DNR orders.
If I read this correctly, thirty-eight
percent of those upon whom the unilateral DNRs appear not to have been at the
end stage of a terminal disease:
Patients for whom unilateral DNR was
recommended were more likely to have conditions judged to be endstage rather
than potentially reversible (62% versus 41 %, p=0.05)"
And who can be surprised that
non-whites were more likely to have an involuntary DNR imposed?
This is medical tyranny. People are
refused potentially life-saving treatment based on the secret views of
strangers in committee who have given themselves the power to so dictate.
Litigate!

Just because a law has existed on
the books for five years does not mean much - remember William Wilberforce's

years he attempted to get rid of the horrible laws, and finally, after many
more years than just five years, he was successful! Love always

Are the profoundly disabled and frail elderly living too
long?

According to research reviewed by board certified medical
geneticist and Co-Director of the Down Syndrome Program at Massachusetts
General Hospital, Dr. Skotko, it is estimated that 92 percent of all women who
receive a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome abort their baby.
World famous atheist proselytizer
and Oxford professor, Richard Dawkins, made headlines when he called it
"immoral" not to abort Down babies "and try again."
Belgium has legalized euthanasia
(with no age limits) for children who have been diagnosed as terminal and with
death expected to occur "within a brief period." If this
criteria is met, then the parents - and child! - may ask in writing for a
lethal injection.
The head of Canada's largest doctors'
group has called child euthanasia an "appropriate" choice under
certain circumstances.
Northern Ireland Minister of Justice,
David Ford, is considering a change in the law so that it is legal to kill
pre-born babies suspected of being disabled.
Professor of Bioethics at Princeton
University, Peter Singer, believes we should be permitted to lethally inject
Alzheimer's "non-persons," even if they never asked to be killed.
Currently, there is a strong push
advocating the removal of spoon feeding from Alzheimer's patients if they so
requested in an advance directive.
In 2012, a prominent doctor in the
UK made the chilling claim that the (NHS) - the publicly funded healthcare
systems in the UK (and what most likely Obamacare will look like for us here in
the US) - "kills off 130,000 elderly patients every year."
In a March 2008, New York Times
article titled, "Terminal Options for the Irreversibly Ill", Judith
Schwartz, a registered nurse and clinical coordinator for Compassion and
Choices of New York (formerly known as the Hemlock Society) openly stated that
over one million people die each year in American hospitals as a "a
consequence of someone's decision to withhold or withdraw life-sustaining
treatment."
In the same article, Dr. Sidney
Wanzer and Dr. Joseph Glenmullen of Harvard University Health Services noted
that in situations where a person is going to stop receiving food and water,
"refusal of hydration is faster and less distressing than starvation in
hastening death."
Sadly, these are just a few more
recent examples of the life-threatening prejudices plaguing the disability
community and countless others who are medically vulnerable. Indeed, this
terrible toll does not arise in a cultural vacuum, but reflects attitudes that
assume dead is better than disabled. And, there is no doubt, that
included in the number of patients dying in this sobering New York Times
article, regardless of its title are those with cognitive disabilities who,
every single day, are being starved and hydrated to death - persons who are not
dying, but who are simply living with their disability, and only need basic
care (food and water, via a feeding tube) to live.
It was not long ago that feeding
tubes were considered basic and ordinary care and therefore it was illegal, an
act of euthanasia, to stop feeding and hydrating a person in need of a feeding
tube. Today, however, feeding tubes have been redefined as
"artificial nutrition and hydration" - and therefore a form of
"medical treatment." Consequently, the removal of food and
water from the cognitively disabled patients, and countless other medically
vulnerable people, is now legal and routine in fifty states.
In his book, Culture of Death:
The Assault on Medical Ethics in America, author and bioethicist Wesley J.
Smith writes that, "defining 'artificial nutrition' as treatment instead
of human care was a crucial step in the development of the culture of
death." According to Smith, as far back as the early 80s,
bioethicists began to debate out loud whether or not "the profoundly
disabled and frail were living too long." In particular, bioethicist
Daniel Callahan - who saw the feeding tube as a serious hurdle - boldly stated
that changing its classification from "basic care" to "medical
treatment" would be "the only effective way to make certain that a
large number of biologically tenacious patients actually die."
Eventually, more bioethicists agreed
with Callahan's view, as well as health care professionals, politicians,
judges, and others, ultimately accomplishing their goal of redefining the
administration of food and hydration via a feeding tube.
Today, either the general public is
unaware of this change, or they just don't care. But if you think
dehydrating to death our medically vulnerable isn't happening, then you are not
paying attention.
Whatever the reason, the mainstream
media does very little to properly clear up any confusion that may exist, as
they continue to report that persons who receive food and water via feeding
tubes are receiving "artificial life support," giving the perception
that these people are aided by machines.
Tragically, too many of us today
have become disconnected and desensitized to our own dignity and intrinsic
worth. It seems we no longer know how to love, and we place more
significance and value on what a a person can or cannot do, instead of
understanding the value and dignity of the human person simply because they are
human.
As a consequence, every single day
decisions are being made for our medically defenseless to be barbarically
starved and dehydrated to death. Not to mention the offensive claim that
to slowly dehydrate persons to death over a period of weeks is "an act of
compassion;" that they are somehow experiencing death in a dignified
way. This is not compassion. This is not love. This is
intentionally killing, and in the most undignified way.
Recently, Germany made the decision
to inaugurate a memorial for the people with physical and mental disabilities
who, because of their disabilities, were killed by the Nazis after their lives
were deemed "worthless." Estimates are that over 200,000 were
killed.
Perhaps we should consider erecting
one here in the United States.

Rest in Peace, Jennifer and Madison
Late term abortionist LeRoy Carhart began an abortion
procedure in early February on 29-year-old Jennifer Morbelli, who was about 33
weeks pregnant with her daughter Madison. These abortions are
legal, and he performs them at his killing center in Germantown, MD. She
developed complications. The abortionist could not be reached. She
was taken to the emergency room by private vehicle, and she died.
Fr. Frank helps lead prayer vigil and press
conference outside of Carhart's mill in MD
after Jennifer and her baby were killed.
Three things need to happen here. First, the state of
Maryland has to shut down Carhart's killing business. Second, every
person who cares about this needs to spread the word immediately about this
tragedy, to awaken the consciences of our neighbors. This includes
pastors speaking out about the harm abortion does, and it includes all of us
telling the stories of those harmed and killed by abortion (see RecallAbortion.com).
Third, we need to redouble our efforts to mobilize people in
the pro-life cause. If this latest tragedy isn't enough evidence that the
time to end abortion is now, then what is?

Instead of condemning her atrocious
act, her prosecutors are calling it "misguided loyalty" ... because in
today's culture of death, "loyalty" somehow can be confused with out
right murder.
And finally I visited with the Family Council of
Victoria.
In each of these cities, I shared my
sister Terri's devastating story.
I also testified to the
lifesaving work we are doing here at the Terri Sciavo Life and Hope Network.
Let me share a sampling of such stories that
have been in the news lately, in case you missed them:
- When Hannah and Michael Boland found out their unborn son,
Stephen, had a rare brain abnormality and would not live very long, their
doctors pressured them to have an abortion. One physician even
suggested that Hannah and Michael should let their baby starve to death.
Instead, the Bolands persevered through the pregnancy and let their baby
live. They were able to enjoy 47 precious hours with their son before he
died, and experience that Hannah has written about in her book, 47 Hours
with a Prince.
- An East Tennessee woman
whose baby was born while she wa in a coma is now awake!
Instead of promoting the
message that suffering is a good reason for assisted suicide - the message that
a lot of people in our culture want to hear - Lauren advocated for living
with dignity and told the world that hospice helped her to continue living
with terminal ilness.
Don't these stories fill you with
hope?
Thanks to brave and determined family members who stood
up to the medicalprofession, each of these lives was saved or allowed to come
to a natural end.
With your assistance, we're ready to provide that
help. I hope I can count on you to renew your support today.

for the opportunity to write to you through this blog.
I have been greatly blessed
by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was
labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician,
healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was
deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"]
- to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord.
Please pray for me at this time! Nothing can separate you from the love
of Christ Jesus.

Ask an evolutionist if whether he believes that all those (beings)
that have walked the earth (past and present) had evolved from a lower
life form (did the Messiah [Jesus] evolve from a lower life
form??? No way - He was full of grace and truth - the Word made
flesh, the Light of the World, our Rock, our Shield, our Fortress, our
Redeemer, our Salvation, our Atonement!!!). Did the virgin Mary
evolve from a lower life form?
Those
people who do not believe in the supernatural have not seen what is self-evident.
They do not realize that angels (both good and bad) are among us. [It
is interesting to note that even the demons believe in the God of
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (the Great I AM) - and the demons shudder].
We should pray that the good Lord, our Creator Lord, opens the eyes of
the people who do not see, that they should see. We not only have to
battle the sin within us, and not be corrupted (polluted) by the world,
but also to resist the Devil and his angels. Of course, the Messiah did
not "evolve", nor did the angels (good and bad), and neither
did the head of the bad angels "evolve". The Messiah did come
to earth for a reason. I have worked along side of angels, and have
lived along side of angels (some good and some bad). The Messiah
came to the earth, from above, to shed His blood for us sinners, so that
we might have eternal life.

Creation? Nye says nay ...Ham credits 'I AM'
by Teddy
James
Ham." He proceeded with frequent references to mainstream
scientists, "outside" the Creation Museum, and therefore
outside Ham's belief system.

Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Also, please remember
that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Now is the time to

Representatives. Some states have already passed a Pain Capable
Unborn Child Protection Act. For more info contact New Jersey Right
to Life (see below). Let's call on our loving, gracious, merciful
Creator Lord's help, and help to enact a federal Pain Capable Unborn
Child Protection Act.
Congressmen from New Jersey for voting for this pro-life bill:
Congressman Frank LoBiondo
(R-2)
Congressman Scott Garrett (R-5)
Congressman Chris Smith
(R-4)
Congressman Leonard Lance (R-7)
Let's try to end the greatest human rights abuse
going on throughout the world today! Let's try to end the war on

Twenty-four states require a waiting period
from the time a woman receives info. on abortion's risks (as well
as info. on alternatives to abortion) and the time she has the
States have bans
on partial-birth abortions (this is where the abortionist would grab hold
of the baby in the womb by his/her legs, and then partially deliver the
child - legs first - until the child was delivered except for his/her
head, and then the abortionist would insert something into the back of the
baby's head and then suction the brains out of the baby - committing a
partial-birth abortion.).

Let's
continue to call on our wonderful, faithful, perfect Creator Lord's help
to help end the destruction of life, and continue to pray for our
leaders, and the leaders of the world to help equip them with what is
needed to help end the greatest human rights abuse going on throughout
the world today!!!
Let's
continue to call on our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord's help,
and help to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care
Holy Word) and use the Word, to continue to live in the Spirit, and pray for
revival for the United States. Let's continue to pray that hearts,
souls, minds, and bodies turn to Jesus - our Messiah and King!
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
IX, No. II (the official
publication of New Jersey Right to Life,
www.njrtl.org).
Hope that you call on our Creator Lord for
help at this time, and may the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and
the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience, and with the wisdom
and understanding needed to help to repeal, or change all the problems
with, the new Health Care Law! !

How
is our Health Care System?
This gives the hospital a reason to intervene and subsequently take action
to deem the family incompetent as the caretaker.

Let's call on our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord's help, and
help to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care
Law!!!

Wash., D.C.
Budget
continues to run at deficits. Money to pay day down the national debt
and/or to pay off the interest is in the hundreds of billions of dollars, and
we continue see the economic toll (not to mention the moral, social, and
political disaster it has been to the nation) that legalized abortion has done
to our country. Has the economic toll that legalized abortion has brought
upon this country been over $10 trillion??? Has the economic toll
throughout the world that legalized abortion has brought been over $110
trillion??? The economic toll will continue to rise while we have an
abortion-on-demand policy here in the United States.
Please help turn the country around. The biggest
thing to turn the United States around would be to protect life from conception
on. Life is a gift from the Lord, and it is precious. Also, we
shouldn't continue to borrow and continue to run deficits in the U.S.
Budget. The national debt should be paid down. We don't want to be
slaves to our lenders. The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord,

How is our Health Care System?
How can we improve it?
Below is an article about a travesty of justice - here in
the United States!! How did this
happen - what can we do to stop it from happening again? The
following is an article from life and hope, a publication of the Terri Schiavo
Life and Hope Network, volume 6 / 1st Edition / www.lifeandhope.com, pg. 8.
Nine Years Ago My Sister
Terri Schiavo was
Dehydrated
and Starved to Death
As Our Health Care System Continues to Worsen
by Bobby Schindler / Washington DC /
LifeNews.com / March 20, 2014
It was nine years ago, March 18,
2005, that the feeding tube of my sister Terri Schiavo was removed by order of
Pinellas County Florida Court Judge, George W. Greer. It was by Greer's
order that Terri would slowly die by way of starvation and dehydration.
It took almost two weeks.
Since Terri's horrific death, the
non-profit organization established by my family, the Terri Schiavo Life and
Hope Network, works every day doing what we can to educate the public, raises
the desperately needed awareness on this widely misunderstood issue of
euthanasia, and more importantly, helps families that contact us. The
vast majority of families who do reach out to us are faced with situations
where their loved ones are in jeopardy of having their life sustaining
treatment denied.
When this does happen, there appears
to be a certain pattern that begins the process.
First, the hospital physicians, nurses
or even the staff will create or exaggerate a situation involving the family,
most times without any real evidence, or they will fault the parents or loved one
who is the caregiver with some type of mishap with the patient.
Often times what follows is the
family member(s) who were making medical treatment decisions are vilified, or
accused of being the problem. This gives the hospital a reason to intervene
and subsequently take action to deem the family incompetent as the caretaker.

Any
Health Care Law should protect life, support life, and should further the
healing of human life and do no harm to human life, and should not force anyone
to dishonor the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We humans are created
by our Creator Lord, in His image, for His glory! We humans are more than
flesh and blood! Any such Health Care Law should be discussed by,
supported and agreed upon by independents, republicans, and democrats alike and
should be presented to the public before voted upon by Congress, and signed by
the President of the United States.

People are
refused potentially life-saving treatment based on the secret views of strangers
in committee who have given themselves the power to so dictate.
Litigate!

- may ask in writing for a lethal
injection.
In 2012, a prominent doctor in the
UK made the chilling claim that the (NHS) - the publicly funded healthcare systems
in the UK (and what most likely Obamacare will look like for us here in the US)
- "kills off 130,000 elderly patients every year."
It was not long ago that feeding
tubes were considered basic and ordinary care and therefore it was illegal, an
act of euthanasia, to stop feeding and hydrating a person in need of a feeding
tube. Today, however, feeding tubes have been redefined as "artificial
nutrition and hydration" - and therefore a form of "medical
treatment." Consequently, the removal of food and water from the
cognitively disabled patients, and countless other medically vulnerable people,
is now legal and routine in fifty states.

Perhaps we should consider erecting
one here in the United States.

'Sadly, these are just a few more recent examples of
the life-threatening prejudices plaguing the disability community and countless
others who are medically vulnerable. Indeed, this terrible toll does not
arise in a cultural vacuum, but reflects attitudes that assume dead is better
than disabled.'

newsletter (Vol.23 Number 2):

Abortion is the greatest human rights abuse going on
throughout the world today!!!
Please contact your U.S. Senators, and President Barack
Obama to get them to enact the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act that
the U.S. House of Representatives passed1
