Dear Governor Chris Christie,

Hello!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Please remember that we humans are made by our Creator Lord, in His image, for HIS glory!  How is your spirit on this glorious day? I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help.  Please let me know if there are any laws on the books to help individuals with disabilities that are in group homes, or under the direct care of staff, and if the individuals are not receiving enough sleep during a given time period, that they’re protected by law, and that they should be examined by a doctor to see if the lack of sleep is due to a medical problem.

Shouldn’t individuals that aren’t receiving sufficient sleep be taken to the doctor to see if the lack of sleep is due to a medical problem? If there aren’t any laws on the books to help individuals with disabilities, then please let me know if you’d support a law that would require staff take the individuals to a doctor for an examination if the individual isn’t receiving sufficient sleep throughout a given time period. Please help the individuals with disabilities that aren’t receiving a sufficient amount of sleep over a given time period. I’d worked at group homes where individuals weren’t receiving 7 or 8 hours of sleep (sometimes only 5 ½ - 6 hours) during the night (I don’t know over extended periods of time whether the individuals would finally get 7 – 8 hours of sleep.). The individuals weren’t brought to their doctors, as far as I know, to see if the lack of sleep was caused by medical problems. The enactment of a law that would require caretakers of individuals with disabilities to take the individuals to a doctor for an examination to see if the individuals have a medical problem would be beneficial to the individual with disabilities. Please help individuals with disabilities that don’t get sufficient sleep today.

Thank you very much for your help. Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day! May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the love ones greatly!

In hope, peace, and love,
