LOVE NEVER FAILS

Love never fails!!!

Love one another.

We love, because He first loved us.

Love is the fulfilling of the Law.

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Faith, hope, love - the greatest of these are love.

God is love.

Love does no harm to your neighbor

Jesus is the spotless Lamb of God!

Jesus is the Holy One of Israel!!

Jesus is the Light of the World!!!

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life!!!

Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever!!!!

Jesus is the Bread of Life!!!!!

Jesus is Lord!!!!!

Jesus is the Great I AM!!!!!

Who is perfect but our Creator?

Who is spotless, but our Creator??

Who created heaven and earth, but our Creator???

Who made all that which has been made, but our Creator Lord, our God????

Who is Lord, but our Creator?????

Who is Lord of lords, but our God??????

Who is King of kings, but our Creator Lord???????

Who is Lord? Jesus is Lord!!!

Love each other dearly!

Love is the commandment from the beginning!!!!

Who was from the beginning???

The Lord is from the beginning!!!

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us (full of grace and truth).

Who is our Savior, but our God???

Who is our Redeemer, but our God????

Who is our Atonement - Jesus the Lamb without blemish - perfect!!!

Therefore laying down one's life is love! No love is greater!

Love never fails!!!

Let's call on our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord's help, and help to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law!!!!

Dear family, and friends, and all others concerned,

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Let's call on our Creator Lord, our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord, and ask for His help at this time, and in the future! Let's try to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law. It's a shame that many don't know what's in the new law (it's over 1,000 pages long!), and it's also a shame that people don't want to change, or do away with, all the problems in the new law (and to say that there aren't any problems in the new law is like saying that there aren't any problems here in the United States!).

Government shouldn't ration health care. Also, government shouldn't be allowed to pay for abortions. Rationing health care is not protecting life. Rationing health care is not supporting life! Also, abortion is the destruction of life - life given as a gift from the Lord, our Creator Lord! The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable, and cannot be broken!

The House of Representatives voted to repeal the new Health Care Law, and the Senate has not chose the right path at this time (perhaps in the future they might!). Please help to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law!

Thank you very much for all your help! Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. Please remember to pray for our leaders, and the leaders of the world! Hope that you call on our Creator Lord for help at this time, and may the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience, and with the wisdom and understanding needed to help to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law! !

In hope, peace, and love,

The saga continues .....

Dear family, friends, and all others concerned,

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! I am very thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and to be able to go to work, and for having the work (it is a wonderful blessing also), and for this opportunity to write and update this and other blogs. How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Below is an abbreviated synopsis of what it is an attempt, a mere human's attempt - a sinner man's attempt, to withdraw/dissolve three corporations, and pay off all back taxes, fees, penalties, and file all the necessary forms with Virginia, New Jersey, and the federal government as soon as possible. Please let me know where I've gone wrong, and/or why it is taking so much time (is justice delayed, justice denied?). I thank you for any and all help!!!

11/24/11 page 1: Timeline is started (the process is moving slowly)

Timeline: Three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc.

1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.

Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________

Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________

In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________

Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________

Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________

April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________

Mid April – May: Still haven’t put much effort into dissolving corporation other than saving up for a lawyer.____________________________________________________________________

Around 8/10/11: Started writing to lawyers about the situation having saved about $675 thus far (only two respond). Also, didn’t get a better idea as to how much this would cost.________

9/2/11: Still saving money for a lawyer ($692 saved).___________________________________

Page 2

Around 9/18/11: Saw forms on-line for withdrawing/dissolving corporations. Start to file forms from off computer site. Discover that there is a minimum corporation tax even for corporations that are inactive! Thinking that I should check to see if the other two corporations need to be dissolved also.__________________________________________________________________

9/18/11: Write to Governor Chris Christie, and Assemblywoman Alison McHose to explain the situation and what I want to do (dissolve the corporations, pay any back taxes, fees, penalties, and make arrangements to make payments if it’s more money than I have).________________

9/19/11: File (mail) paperwork with the State of New Jersey for withdrawing Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc._______________________________________________________

Letter dated 9/28/11: Receive response back from Assemblywoman Alison McHose’s office (from Helen Carew, director of constituent casework) asking for the names of the corporations and the EIN number._____________________________________________________________

10/1/11: Sent letter to Helen Carew stating that I didn’t believe that I’d gotten an EIN number for the corporations (if I had, I didn’t keep the paperwork, or don’t know where it is), but had NJ’s 10 digit # 0100-7036-80.______________________________________________________

10/24/11 3pm: Visited lawyer Cynthia Collins in Hamburg, NJ about withdrawal/dissolution of three corporations and paying all the back taxes, fees, penalties, and filing any required form. Gave her most of the original/or copies of all the paperwork that I had. Get charged $375 for the visit._______________________________________________________________________

2/22/12 ; Updated blog with letter to Mr. Stephen N. Froehlich, the accountant, stating that I won't probably come up with the $4,106.22 in the next few days, and that Congressman Scott Garrett stated that the situation regarding owing back taxes to the federal government is under review.

2/22/12: Updated blog with letter to Elaine similar to the one to the accountant.

I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr., and the cost of an accountant is expensive)!!!

Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!!

In hope, peace, and love,

looking for a church home

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 55 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to find out how much back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe to New Jersey, and the federal government, and am hoping to pay it off, the Lord willing, as soon as possible (and that I don't land in jail)! Please pray for me at this time!

After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked what the Constitution means by "excessive fines shall not be imposed" contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs - one full-time, and one part-time, (others very infrequent and/or non-paying), but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Vice President, or a lawyer, or an assistant in a law firm, makes).

Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! I appreciate your prayers, and any and all Godly advise. Thank you and may the Holy of Israel bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!

In hope, peace, and love,

still one of working poor - if only in spirit

After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked some leaders, and the Supreme Court, what the Constitution means by "excessive fines shall not be imposed" contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs (depending on how you look at it) - one full-time, and one part-time, one job is but two or three times a year, one is work for no pay, but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Vice President, or a lawyer, or an assistant in a law firm, makes).

Love one another.

God is love.

Love is the fulfilling of the Law.

Jesus is the Holy One of Israel!

All glory, honor, praise, and thanks be to our Creator Lord - maker of heaven and earth, King of kings, and Lord of lords!!!!!!

Dear Editors, The New York Times,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. How is your spirit on this glorious day? I would like to submit an article to the The Star Ledger for publication from a working poor person's perspective. Please review some of the blog postings that I have posted on ablogbyken@blogger.com (ablogbyken@blogspot.com). Years ago I lived out on the streets, and many years ago while in elementary school I lost the ability to talk, and was labeled autistic (only the good Lord knows for sure as to what really happened). I have been unemployed in the past, had a condo. foreclosed on me, was sued by companies when I couldn't pay off massive credit card debts.

FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs (depending on how you look at it)- one full-time, and one part-time, one that I do maybe two or three times a year, one is work for no pay, but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Vice President, or a lawyer, or an assistant in a law firm, or a newspaper editor makes).

Please let me know if you are interested as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your consideration. Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!

Sincerely,

Dear Editors, The Wall Street Journal,

Greetings!

FYI: I am presently blessed with two, or three, or four, or five jobs (depending on how you look at it)- one full-time, and one part-time, one that I do maybe two or three times a year, one is work for no pay, but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S.

Sincerely,

Don't become complacent - there's still racism and AntiSemitism here in the United States!

Dear family and friends, and all others concerned,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights. Also, please remember to help the poor, and the working poor, today! I am writing to you on this glorious day to remind you not to become complacent against racism and Antisemitism - both still exist in the United States, and the world today! Both are still in existence, and are more prevalent than some would like to admit to, or care enough to anything about it!!! We should not stick our heads into the sand, nor should we be complacent. We must be ever vigilant in opposing, and doing our best to eliminate racism and Antisemitism, here in the U.S., and throughout the world!!! Tell others about Jesus - the name above all names! Jesus is the Holy One of Israel! Love is the commandment from the beginning. Jesus told us to love one another - LOVE NEVER FAILS!!!!

Thank you very much for all your help. Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!

Sincerely,

Love is the fulfilling of the Law.

We love, because He first loved us.

All glory, honor, praise, and thanks be to our Creator Lord - maker of heaven and earth, Lord of lords, and King of kings!!!!!!!!

Let's help fight AntiSemtism!!!!

To whom it may concern,

There are people who have become like ostriches and don't see the Antisemitism that exists in the world, and there are people who pretend that they don't see it happening, but Antisemitism is still a threat in the world today. What percentage of the white, voting age people are anti-Semitic and/or prejudiced?
a. less than 1 percent
b. 1 - 3 percent
c. 3 - 9 percent
d. 9 - 12 percent
e. 12 - 15 percent
f. 15 - 19 percent
g. 19 - 24 percent
h. 24 - 29 percent
i. 29 - 35 percent
j. 35 - 42 percent
l. 42 - 50 percent
m. 50 - 61 percent
n. 61 - 71 percent
o. 71 - 81 percent
p. 81 - 91 percent
q. 91 - 97 percent
r. 97 - 99 percent
s. more than 99 percent

We all can do our part to help stop Antisemitism in the world today. The world needs more love, and Jesus, our Rock, our Shield, our Refuge, our Deliverer and Savior, told us to love one another!

Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!

Sincerely,

Jesus is the Holy One of Israel!!!!

Please help if you can!!!
