What's a working poor person to do if the money's too tight for him to go to the doctor, Vice President Joseph Biden?

Dear Vice President Joseph Biden,

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we are created by our Creator Lord in His image with inalienable rights. I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help. Please let me know what a working poor person could do if he's too poor to go to the doctor, or a specialist, or a hospital? I am a working poor person, and according to the government, am not eligible for Medicaid. Please help change the eligibility requirements for Medicaid so that working poor people that have been through financial difficulties such as a foreclosure would be eligible. Also, please let me know if the new Health Care Law has provisions in it to allow those that have been through foreclosures to go to the doctor for treatment for free. I do not have much in way of assets, and money is very tight at the moment, but have been through a foreclosure.

Please help change Medicaid as soon as possible. I have not gone to a doctor because of money, and I have been in pain in the past. Thank you very much for all your help!
