Senator Robert Menendez, another tax rebate, or tax cut, please!

Dear Senator Robert Menendez,

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope you and the loved ones are in good health! Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! I am writing to you to ask that you propose, and try to enact, another tax rebate, or tax cut. How about giving out a tax rebate based on a percentage of what one has paid in federal taxes over one's lifetime? The percentage one would receive would be based on what that person had received in income over the last ten years, with those on the lower income levels receiving a higher percentage of the taxes that the person had paid (over one's lifetime), such as:

The Holy Scriptures tell us about how we are created by our Creator Lord, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how we should help the poor and the needy, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken.

This rebate check could go out starting in August; it would be a big help to millions of taxpayers (including poor, and working poor persons). I ask you to propose, or support, a new tax rebate that will give millions of taxpayers more money back than the first tax rebate (the one given out years ago).
