When does a working poor person become a working "no longer poor" person?

Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we are more than flesh and blood! I wonder, when does a working poor person become a working "no longer poor" person? If the working person gets enough assets that "bump" that person from being poor, then that person is no longer poor. Also, the income of that working person comes into play.
