The short version:  Synopsis of a non-profit corp. that was terminated 9/1/97, and was always inactive:

Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. - in the pursuit of justice:

Very brief synopsis:

September 4, 1996:     Three corporations are formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1996, and were always inactive.
April 4, 1997:     New Jersey issues a Certificate of Authority to Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. dated:  April 4, 1997 (filed stamped by the NJ Secretary of State Apr 7, 1997) as a foreign, non-profit corporation.
September 1, 1997:     All three corporations are terminated by Virginia, 9/1/1997.
Circa March/April of 2011:     Ken Miller starts thinking/planning about withdrawing/dissolving the corporations in April of 2011, not knowing about New Jersey's Minimum Corporation Tax Law.
November 2011:     Visit lawyer(s) and/or angel(s) to discuss withdrawal/dissolving all three corporations and pay all back taxes, penalties, and fees (still not knowing about the NJ Statutes talked about below, and about the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 [Full faith and Credit Clause])
December 2011:     After reading the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence from the Commonwealth of Virginia more closely, and after prayer and a lot of the good Lord's grace, I discovered that because the corporation was terminated on 9/1/1997 (in the jurisdiction of its incorporation), and because of the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1, and NJ Statute Title 14A: 13-5. Effect of certificate of authority NJ's Certificate of Authority should be null and void as of 9/1/1997, and, therefore, could not have conducted any business (it never did conduct any business anyway) and could not be liable for any taxes, penalties and fees except for the tax year of 1997.  A Certificate of Withdrawal from the State of New jersey should be issued as soon as possible to me, dated as of 9/1/1997.   
January 2012 - present:     Numerous attempts to receive justice with the NJ Div. of Taxation, NJ Div. of Revenue, NJ Dept. of the Treasury, NJ Secretary of State, NJ Attorney General, NJ Lt. Governor, NJ Governor, NJ Legislative Representatives, U.S. House and Senate representatives, U.S. Attorney General,  NJ Supreme Court Justices, the Vice President, the President, and the U.S. Supreme Court Justices, but to no avail.  Still seeking justice, and Lord willing, will persevere until justice is achieved.
November 10, 2012:  Submitted request for refund form A-3730 with additional info. to the NJ Div. of Taxation.
December 6, 2012:  Sent $415.00 check to NJ Div. of Revenue asking them to reissue a check in my name not in a corp. name that hasn't existed since 9/1/97.   
January 31, 2013:  Still no word back from "public servants", no word about the request for a refund with the NJ Div. of Taxation, and no word back from the NJ Div. of Revenue about the $415.00 check!!!
February 5, 2013:  Received a telephone call from a Mr. Joe Peluso from the NJ Div. of Taxation stating that he was working on the request for refund form A-3730 and that it would probably take three weeks, and that he was looking for non-profit records for the terminated corp.
February 6, 2013:  Received $415.00 check from the NJ Div. of Revenue.
February 7, 2013:  Sent fax to a Mr. Joe Peluso at the NJ Div. of Taxation about the terminated corp.
February 11, 2013:  Received letter dated 2/7/13 from Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei about the conversation with Mr. Joe Peluso from the NJ Div. of Taxation, and that the refund claims have been received, reviewed and approved.

February 19, 2013:  Received checks from the Div. of Taxation for the tax years 1997 - 2011.  Double checked and found, I believe, errors on six that were too much, and one that was too little (2011).  Called Mr. Joe Peluso, and he stated that I should write him.
February 19, 2013:  Faxed info. to Mr. Joe Peluso concerning the problems.
February 19, 2013:  Sending letters to Mr. Joe Peluso, and Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei about the discrepancies on tax years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2011.
February 23, 2013:  Writing to Mr. Joe Peluso, Assistant Michele Bartolomei again I hope, and to Deputy Director Michael R. Ermilio seeking justice, Lord willing.
March 1, 2013:  Still awaiting word from Mr. Joe Peluso (or Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei) about the checks from the NJ Div. of Taxation.
March 6, 2013:  Still awaiting word from Mr. Joe Peluso (or Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei) about the checks from the Div. of Taxation.
March 7, 2013:  Received letter from Mr. Joe Peluso from the Div. of Taxation asking for the incorrect checks back and stating that corrected ones will be issued.  Also asked for a copy of the cancelled check for $500.00 (#4347), and that he would investigate it.
March 8, 2013:  Made copies of incorrect checks, and copies of cancelled check (#4347) and prepared letter to go to Mr. Joe Peluso at the Div. of Taxation.
March 11, 2013:  Received letter from Mr. Joe Peluso dated 3/6/13 stating that he'd received copies of letters sent to him, and to Deputy Director Michael R. Ermilio and Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei.  Also stated that he'd tried to call numerous times, but couldn't get through.
March 12, 2013:  Prepared letter to Mr. Joe Peluso stating that I don't have voice mail (and that the phone is usually off from 6:30 AM - 2:45 PM), and that I'd received his letter on 3/7/13 about sending the checks back that were in error.  Again I'd asked him to let me know about his investigation as soon as possible.
March 15, 2013:  Prepared letter to U.S. Congressman Scott Garrett asking for his help to receive justice!
March 20, 2013:  Prepared letter to Mr. Joe Peluso at the NJ Div. of Taxation seeking justice.
March 20, 2013:  Prepared letter to U.S. Senator Robert Menendez asking about the letter to Mr. Joe Peluso.
March 22, 2013:  Prepared letter to U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg seeking justice.
March 23, 2013:  Prepared letter to Mr. Joe Peluso at the NJ Div. of Taxation stating that his letter dated 3/18/13 was received on 3/22/13, and that justice was still being pursued.
March 23, 2013:  Prepared letter to President Barack Obama seeking justice!!!

For we struggle not against flesh and blood ...

Dear family, friends, and all others concerned about justice,

Greetings on this glorious day!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from our Creator Lord!!!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Also, please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood, and that we struggle against principalities, forces of darkness, and wickedness in high places (not flesh and blood).  Some people like to talk about choices, but some things are not up to choosing.  I didn't choose to be kidnapped, I didn't choose to be raped, or robbed, or harassed, or not given justice.  Some things are not seen - there is a supernatural, and those that ignore it, or deny it, are losing out on Jesus' help, love, comfort, and hope!  God is love, and love always protects.

Please don't over simplify, or avoid the tough tests, or trials - call on the name of Jesus!!!  There is evil, and God is good!!!  Love does not delight in evil.  Love rejoices in the truth.  Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.  It is our Heavenly Father's good pleasure to give us the kingdom.  Love always trusts.  Love does not delight in evil.  Love rejoices in the truth.  Jesus is here, always here, to comfort, to love, to give us wisdom, and to give us hope!!!  Nothing can separate us from the love of Christ Jesus.

The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus into this world to shed His blood and to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life!!!  The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken!!!  Our Creator Lord is love!  Love is patient.  Love is kind.  Love does not envy.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus - the name above all names - Messiah and King!   I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along!   Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made?  I am very thankful to our good Lord, for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you through this blog.  His mercies are new every morning!!!  I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at.  I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 57 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones).  I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship.  I have in the past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day).  I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning.   Also, I am on a very tight budget.   I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot!   I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm pursuing justice (a process that is taking over a year already) to get dollars back from the State of New Jersey that I paid in overpayment of back taxes, fees, penalties, interest, and fees (businesses/corporations).  Please pray for me at this time!  Nothing can separate you from the love of Christ Jesus.  Love rejoices in the truth.  Love does not envy.  God is love. Love is not proud.  Love does not delight in evil.  Love is not easily angered.  Love never fails!  Love is the commandment from the beginning.  Love keeps no record of wrongs.  Love is not self-seeking.


Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for this opportunity to write to you. I am writing to you on this glorious day that the Lord has made to ask for your help. Please help end the biggest human rights abuse going on in the world today - the war on the unborn children!!!  There is a war going on in this country, and throughout the world today. It is the war on the unborn children - the preborn children (who are defenseless) - over 52 million surgical abortions have been performed here in this country since 1973 alone. Over 14 million surgical abortions are performed in just one year throughout the world (oh what a travesty)! Only the good Lord, our Creator Lord, knows how many surgical and non-surgical abortions are performed throughout the world in one year!!! Life is a gift of the Lord, our Creator Lord, and is precious! The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord,  and how our Creator Lord created us humans, in His image, and that we should value life, and that we should protect and support life, and that our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son (Jesus) into this world to shed His blood and to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for this opportunity to write to you. I am writing to you on this glorious day that the Lord has made to ask for your help. Please help end the biggest human rights abuse going on in the world today - the war on the unborn children - both girls and boys!!!  There is a war going on in this country, and throughout the world today. It is the war on the unborn children - the preborn children (who are defenseless) - over 52 million surgical abortions have been performed here in this country since 1973 alone. Over 14 million surgical abortions are performed in just one year throughout the world (oh what a travesty)! Only the good Lord, our Creator Lord, knows how many surgical and non-surgical abortions are performed throughout the world in one year!!! Life is a gift of the Lord, our Creator Lord, and is precious! The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord,  and how our Creator Lord created us humans, in His image, and that we should value life, and that we should protect and support life, and that our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus into this world to shed His blood and to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine and teaching, and cannot be broken!  Our Creator Lord is love!

Our Creator Lord's way is life. Our Creator Lord's will is life! The Declaration of Independence tells of how we are created by our Creator Lord with the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!  While the war on the unborn children continues, many lives are in jeopardy - thousands daily!!!

Please take a strong stand for life. Please help protect and support life! Please help end the war on the unborn children - the preborn children, today!  Our Creator Lord sees our efforts to help end the war on the girls and boys!!!

What is a working poor Jew to do? What is a person to do if he's too poor, or if the money's too tight, to afford to go to the dentist, or a doctor, or a specialist, or to the hospital? Did the new Health Care Law take into account the hundreds of thousands (to millions?) of us working poor that are too poor, but not poor enough to qualify for Medicaid, or special provisions in the new Health Care Law, or food stamps? Please President Barack Obama, please Vice President Joseph Biden, please Senator Frank Lautenberg, please Senator Robert Menendez, please Congressman Scott Garrett, some of us working poor need help! Please help the poor, and the working poor, today!!!

My boss was a Jewish carpenter many years ago.  Are we our brothers' keepers?  What about us working poor?  Who will speak up for us?  Some of us need dental work, or need to go to the doctor but can't because of the money situation!  Please we need help!

How about the 3 Meals-A-Day Divide?  What side are you on?

Dear President Barack Obama, 

     Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood.  Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Also, please remember the poor, and the working poor, today!  I am very thankful to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write this blog.  Having been on both sides of the above divides (Digital, Cell, and the 3 Meals-A-Day) in recent years, and in some cases, today, I can tell you that it is the poor, and the working poor, that are hit hard by government actions that forget about those on the other side of the divides, and are implemented with no forethought whatsoever.  Also, is the lack of understanding of the vast majority of those on the other side of those divides to such a degree that they cannot relate, nor provide help to those in need.  The vast majority of politicians are rich, and an even higher majority (maybe over 99 %) are all on the side of the haves when it comes down to above mentioned divides.  President Barack Obama - please speak up for us poor, and working poor, today!  Please speak up for us on the other side of the divides Mr. President!  This is also a country with have-nots President Barack Obama!  Who will speak up for the poor, and the working poor, today!  Why have you implemented policies President Barack Obama that have hurt the poor, and the working poor?  Day in and day out the poor, and the working poor, have to live with policies that are hurtful to them.  Please be a merciful President!

     Please support measures that will help the poor, and the working poor President Barack Obama.  I hope and pray that others will stand up for the poor, and the working poor, today!

It's a shame that many don't know what's in the new law (it's over 1,000 pages long!), and it's also a shame that people don't want to change, or do away with, all the problems in the new law (and to say that there aren't any problems in the new law is like saying that there aren't any problems here in the United States!).

Government shouldn't ration health care.  Also, government shouldn't be allowed to pay for abortions. Rationing health care is not protecting life.  Rationing health care is not supporting life!  Also, abortion is the destruction of life - life given as a gift from the Lord, our Creator Lord!  The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son Jesus into this world to shed His blood and to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine and teaching, and cannot be broken!  Our Creator Lord is love.  Love always protects.  Love always hopes.  Love does not envy.  Love does not delight in evil.  Love is the commandment from the beginning.


The House of Representatives voted to repeal the new Health Care Law in the past, but the Senate did not chose the right path at this time (perhaps in the future they might!).  Please help to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law!

For we struggle not against flesh and blood ...

Dear family, friends, and all others concerned about justice,

Greetings on this glorious day!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from our Creator Lord!!!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Also, please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood, and that we struggle against principalities, forces of darkness, and wickedness in high places (not flesh and blood).  Some people like to talk about choices, but some things are not up to choosing.  I didn't choose to be kidnapped, I didn't choose to be raped, or robbed, or harassed, or not given justice.  Some things are not seen - there is a supernatural, and those that ignore it, or deny it, are losing out on Jesus' help, love, comfort, and hope!  God is love, and love always protects.

Please don't over simplify, or avoid the tough tests, or trials - call on the name of Jesus!!!  There is evil, and God is good!!!  Love does not delight in evil.  Love rejoices in the truth.  Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.  It is our Heavenly Father's good pleasure to give us the kingdom.  Love always trusts.  Love does not delight in evil.  Love rejoices in the truth.  Jesus is here, always here, to comfort, to love, to give us wisdom, and to give us hope!!!  Nothing can separate us from the love of Christ Jesus.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus - the name above all names - Messiah and King!   I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along!   Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made?  I am very thankful to our good Lord, for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you through this blog.  His mercies are new every morning!!!  I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at.  I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 57 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones).  I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship.  I have in the past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day).  I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning.   Also, I am on a very tight budget.   I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot!   I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm pursuing justice (a process that is taking over a year already) to get dollars back from the State of New Jersey that I paid in overpayment of back taxes, fees, penalties, interest, and fees (businesses/corporations).  Please pray for me at this time!  Nothing can separate you from the love of Christ Jesus.  Love rejoices in the truth.  Love does not envy.  God is love. Love is not proud.  Love does not delight in evil.  Love is not easily angered.  Love never fails!  Love is the commandment from the beginning.  Love keeps no record of wrongs.  Love is not self-seeking.


Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily!
