A moon station by 2032???

A Moon Station by 2032??? Now is the time to plan to build a moon space station to be occupied by scientists and paying visitors. This could be paid for by a group of 47 nations and private investors (maybe the top 200 billionaires). The project could run about $77.7 billion and be finished by 2032.
