Shouldn't we abide in Christ's Law???
Dear family, friends, and all others concerned about justice,
Shouldn't we abide in Christ's Law? Shouldn't we abide in the laws of the U.S. Constitution and the State's Constitution in which we live? Shouldn't we also abide in the State Statutes in which we live? I seek justice with the State of New Jersey. Shouldn't I be protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes - shouldn't they be enforced? The U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 calls for States to give full faith and credit to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. The Commonwealth of Virginia (in which a corporation was formed on September 4, 1996) terminated the corporation on September 1, 1997 by operation of law. The Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence states in part, "AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS TERMINATION MEANS THAT THE CORPORATION CAN NO LONGER LAWFULLY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND ITS DIRECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO LIQUIDATE ITS BUSINESS AFFAIRS." If this wasn't sufficient to invalidate NJ's Certificate of Authority to the corp. (Certificate of Authority is dated April 4, 1997, filed Apr. 7, 1997, with the Secretary of State) as of 9/1/97, then NJ Statute Title 14A: 13-5. Effect of certificate of authority specifically mentions that the corp. shall be authorized to transact [any] business and shall continue, "... so long as it retains its authority to transact such business in the jurisdiction of its incorporation ..." The corp. ceased to exist on 9/1/97 in Virginia (the jurisdiction of its incorporation). There are two other laws on NJs' Statutes that mention, or include the wording, "its authority or existence is otherwise terminated or cancelled in the jurisdiction of its incorporation" and they are 14A:13-9(1). Termination of existence of foreign corporation, and 14A:13-12(d). Injunction against foreign corporation.
Am I protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, or not? Whom should I contact to receive justice. The NJ Div. of Taxation told me months later to send the NJ Div. of Revenue the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence, which I did. Whom should I contact about the lack of enforcement of NJ Statutes? I still haven't heard back from the NJ Div. of Revenue, or from most of the "public servants" that I've contacted looking to receive justice. Has there been mail tampering going on??? I will persevere, the good Lord willing, until justice is obtained.

Life is a gift of the Lord, and is precious! The Holy Scriptures tell us much about our Creator Lord, and how we are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only Begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken! There is a war going on against life, against our Creator Lord's will! Please help end the destruction of life - life given as a gift of the Lord! Our Creator Lord is love. Love always protects. Love always perseveres. Love always hopes.

Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am very thankful to our good Lord, for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you through this blog. His mercies are new every morning!!! I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 56 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm pursuing justice to get dollars back from the State of New Jersey that I paid in overpayment of back taxes, fees, penalties, interest, and fees (businesses/corporations). Please pray for me at this time! Nothing can separate you from the love of Christ Jesus. Love rejoices in the truth. Love does not envy. God is love.
Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm pursuing justice to get dollars back from the State of New Jersey that I paid in overpayment of back taxes, fees, penalties, interest, and fees (businesses/corporations). Please pray for me at this time! Nothing can separate you from the love of Christ Jesus. Love rejoices in the truth. Love does not envy. God is love.
Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Also, please remember the poor, and the working poor, today! I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help. Please take a strong stand for life. Please help protect and support life! Some States have passed a Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act to help save lives! Please help pass, and then sign, a Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act into law!
Life is a gift of the Lord, and is precious! The Holy Scriptures tell us much about our Creator Lord, and how we are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only Begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken! There is a war going on against life, against our Creator Lord's will! Please help end the destruction of life - life given as a gift of the Lord! Our Creator Lord is love. Love always protects. Love always perseveres. Love always hopes.
Abortion is the destruction of life. There are 40 + million surgical abortions performed throughout the world in a year, and only the good Lord knows how many chemical and other abortions occur. Abortion is not health care, as some have already said. Our Creator Lord's way is life. Our Creator Lord's will is life! Please do all that you can to end the destruction of life!
