Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!
How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made?
I am very thankful to our good Lord, for being able to get out of bed,
and for the opportunity to write to you through this blog. His mercies
are new every morning!!! I am
writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and
am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known
by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 56 years old (married
multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? -
only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without
any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider
myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any
Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise
to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have
had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or
unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and
praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each
day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of
bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have
much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people
also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably
have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator
Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't
speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was
living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I
believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I
was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to fight for justice in
regards to how much
back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe
to New Jersey (and hope that I don't land in jail)!
Please pray for me at this time! Nothing can separate you from the
love of Christ Jesus. Love never fails. Love always hopes. Love
always protects. Love always perseveres. Love always trusts. Love
does not envy. Love is not proud. Love does not keep a record of
wrongs. Love is not easily angered. Love does not boast. Love is the
fulfilling of the Law. The victory is yours Jesus!!! Nothing can
separate you from the love of Christ Jesus. Love is the commandment
from the beginning. Love rejoices in the truth. These three remain -
faith, hope, and love - the greatest of these is love.
Please
let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious,
merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One
of Israel daily! I appreciate your prayers, and any and all Godly
advise. Thank you and may the Holy of Israel bless you and the loved
ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!

Greetings!!! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! I am trying to get some "public servant" to help me pursue justice, and I apologize bothering you again, however, I intend to persevere until justice prevails. I am not asking for legal advice!!! Am I protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, and shouldn't the Constitution and NJ Statutes be applied fairly, and justly? Whom should I contact to see to it that the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes are followed? A corporation was formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia on 9/4/96, and was always inactive, and pursuant to Virginia law was terminated on 9/1/97. New Jersey issued a Certificate of Authority to the corporation on 4/7/97 as a foreign corporation. According to the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 (Full faith and credit clause) the Certificate of Authority that NJ issued should be null and void (as of 9/1/97) because Virginia terminated the corporation on 9/1/97. Also, according to NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-5, 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d) NJ's Certificate of Authority should be null and void (the statutes speak of a termination in the jurisdiction of its incorporation, which happened on 9/1/1997, in the Commonwealth of Virginia). Again, I am not asking for legal advice - I am seeking justice. Should the Constitution and NJ Statutes be applied justly, and fairly? Shouldn't they be applied, or should they be overlooked so that the State of New Jersey can bring in more revenue from a person, who at first didn't know about the statutes, and who has been in relative poverty for the last 16 1/2 - 17 years??? None of the "public servants" that I've contacted have answered the issue of justice. Whom should I contact to find out about the application of the Constitution, and NJ Statutes? Again, I ask for your help - not for legal advice (I can't afford an attorney at this time), but to see to it that justice prevails! I am looking for someone to contact the NJ Div. of Revenue to issue a Certificate of Withdrawal for the corp. dated 9/1/1997, and to tell the NJ Div. of Taxation that I am liable only for back taxes, penalties, and interest for the year 1997, which I've already paid. Also, the NJ Div. of Taxation needs to refund money that it has collected so far that is in excess of that I am liable for.
Please look over the other info. and please let me know whom to contact about receiving justice! Many letters to public servants have been unaddressed (unanswered) in the last 5 - 7 months, and the response from some public servants has been disheartening. I have contacted the U.S. Postmaster General to see if any mail tampering has been going on. Have you noticed any mail tampering?
The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should help the poor and the working poor, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life. The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken!!! Our Creator Lord is love. Love always hopes. Love always protects. Love does not delight in evil. Love always trusts. Love always perseveres. Love is not easily angered. Love is not proud.
Are we to abide by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, or not? Or are we to ignore the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes when it benefits the State of New Jersey (in the case of more revenue for its coffers), at the expense of a poor working fellow? The NJ Div. of Taxation told me to send the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence to the Div. of Revenue, which I did months ago, but still haven't heard back from the NJ Div. of Revenue.

Shouldn't we abide in Christ's Law, shouldn't we abide in the laws of the U.S. Constitution, shouldn't we abide in New Jersey's Statutes????
Dear family, friends, and all others concerned about justice,
Shouldn't we abide in Christ's Law? Shouldn't we abide in the laws of the U.S. Constitution and the State's Constitution in which we live? Shouldn't we also abide in the State Statutes in which we live? I seek justice with the State of New Jersey. Shouldn't I be protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes. The U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 calls for states to give full faith and credit to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. The Commonwealth of Virginia (in which a corporation was formed on September 4, 1996) terminated the corporation on September 1, 1997 by operation of law. The Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence states in part, "AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS TERMINATION MEANS THAT THE CORPORATION CAN NO LONGER LAWFULLY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND ITS DIRECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO LIQUIDATE ITS BUSINESS AFFAIRS." If this wasn't sufficient to invalidate NJ's Certificate of Authority to the corp. (dated April 4, 1997, filed Apr. 7, 1997 with the Secretary of State) as of 9/1/97, then NJ Statute Title 14A: 13-5. Effect of certificate of authority specifically mentions that the corp. shall be authorized to transact [any] business and shall continue, "... so long as it retains its authority to transact such business in the jurisdiction of its incorporation ..." The corp. ceased to exist on 9/1/97 in Virginia (the jurisdiction of its incorporation). There are two other laws on NJs' Statutes that mention, or include the wording, "its authority or existence is otherwise terminated or cancelled in the jurisdiction of its incorporation" and they are 14A:13-9(1). Termination of existence of foreign corporation, and 14A:13-12(d). Injunction against foreign corporation.
Am I protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, or not? Whom should I contact to receive justice. The NJ Div. of Taxation told me months later to send the NJ Div. of Revenue the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence, which I did. Whom should I contact about the lack of enforcement of NJ Statutes? I still haven't heard back from the NJ Div. of Revenue, or from most of the "public servants" that I've contacted looking to receive justice. Has there been mail tampering going on??? I will persevere, the good Lord willing, until justice is obtained.

Looking for a church body.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am very thankful to our good Lord, for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you through this blog. His mercies are new every morning!!! I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 56 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to fight for justice in regards to how much back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe to New Jersey (and hope that I don't land in jail)! Please pray for me at this time! Nothing can separate you from the love of Christ Jesus. Love never fails. Love always hopes. Love always protects. Love always perseveres. Love always trusts. Love does not envy. Love is not proud. Love does not keep a record of wrongs. Love is not easily angered. Love does not boast. Love is the fulfilling of the Law. The victory is yours Jesus!!! Nothing can separate you from the love of Christ Jesus. Love is the commandment from the beginning. Love rejoices in the truth. These three remain - faith, hope, and love - the greatest of these is love.
