What does NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1 say about a corporation in good standing?  Is Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. still in good standing?

Is NJ's Certificate of Authority still valid???
 
Which is harder, living out on the streets or getting this resolved with the State of New Jersey, Div. of Taxation?  Is there justice to be found???


IS THERE A LAWYER OUT THERE THAT WOULD DO PRO BONO WORK TO HELP A POOR WORKING FELLOW????  I am a poor working fellow, and owe the State of New Jersey, according to the State of New Jersey, thousands of dollars more than I have in assets.  I am still trying to find out if I owe the federal government any back taxes, penalties, and interest.  I need help!!!  I can't afford to go to a doctor, specialist, or to the hospital - let alone afford a lawyer!!!  I've asked some people in the State of New Jersey, and some federal officials to help me to resolve the matter of three corporations that were formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1996, and were always inactive, and even the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated their existence in 1997, but the NJ Div. of Taxation is claiming that the fact that the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated their existence is irrelevant (now - 6/1/12 - NJ Div. of Taxation states that it appears that the Div. of Revenue never received the State of Virginia Termination by Voidance Certificate).  Dear family, friends, and all others concerned with justice - I cannot afford a lawyer (I can't afford a doctor, or specialist, or to go to the hospital)!!!!  Please help!!!!  Boy, are lawyers expensive!!!!!  I am a poor working fellow!!!!

I am very thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and to be able to go to work, and for having the work (it is a wonderful blessing also), and for this opportunity to write and update this and other blogs. Each day that I am blessed with health, and with sound mind and heart and soul is a glorious day!!!!  How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood.  I'd received your letter talking about inquiring about a lawyer, but at this point I am unable to afford a lawyer - the money is too tight and the State of New Jersey states that I still owe them money (more money that is available).  Below is an abbreviated synopsis of what it is an attempt, a mere human's attempt - a sinner man's attempt, to withdraw/dissolve three corporations, and pay off all back taxes, fees, penalties, and file all the necessary forms with Virginia, New Jersey, and the federal government as soon as possible (the Commonwealth of Virginia has told me that I don't owe any back taxes, penalties, and interest, and the NJ Div. of Taxation has gotten back to me with their latest decision stating that the fact that the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. existence was terminated by the Commonwealth of Virginia is irrelevant.). Please let me know where I've gone wrong, and/or why it is taking so much time (is justice delayed, justice denied?). I thank you for any and all help!!! I have been trying to resolve the matter without legal help because I am still one of the working poor and the money that I've already paid a lawyer, and an accountant, and to the State of New Jersey I really don't have any money (actually I owe more money, according to the State of New Jersey than what I have, and it's hard to afford $375/hr. for a lawyer).  Is justice delayed, justice denied???  Should the State of New Jersey observe the U.S. Constitution, and the New Jersey Statutes Title 14A:13-5, 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d)???

Timeline: Three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc.

1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.

Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________

Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________

In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________

Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________

Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________

April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________

Mid April – May: Still haven’t put much effort into dissolving corporation other than saving up for a lawyer.____________________________________________________________________

Around 8/10/11: Started writing to lawyers about the situation having saved about $675 thus far (only two respond). Also, didn’t get a better idea as to how much this would cost.________

Around 9/18/11: Saw forms on-line for withdrawing/dissolving corporations. Start to file forms from off computer site. Discover that there is a minimum corporation tax even for corporations that are inactive! Thinking that I should check to see if the other two corporations need to be dissolved also.__________________________________________________________________

9/18/11: Write to Governor Chris Christie, and Assemblywoman Alison McHose to explain the situation and what I want to do (dissolve the corporations, pay any back taxes, fees, penalties, and make arrangements to make payments if it’s more money than I have).________________

I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr., and the cost of an accountant is expensive)!!!

     Greetings!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Thank you for your help in the past.  I have been trying to find out if I owe the federal government any back taxes, penalties, and interest on any of three corporations that were formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia back in the 1990's, and I am trying to resolve the matter of whether NJ's Certificate of Authority is still valid with the State of New Jersey (Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation did not explain to me why the U.S. Constitution, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-5. 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d) should not be followed - see below).  Again I have contacted the federal government with the question of what I may owe them.  I would like to resolve the matters as soon as possible, and because I don't have much in way of assets, I will probably need to make arrangements with the federal government to make payments to them if I owe them any money.  I cannot afford an attorney at this time (and probably in the foreseeable future).  Money is very tight, I am still one of the working poor - that's why I'm trying to resolve the matter without an attorney (I started saving up for an attorney over a year ago to deal with this situation, but it's been months since any attorney has contacted me, and I'm trying to resolve the matters without an attorney, and the process is going very slowly).

Greetings!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.   I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help.  I apologize for bothering you again, and I apologize for the letter I sent to you yesterday about waiting for a determination from the NJ Div. of Taxation (I received a letter from Lauren Musser, dated 4/17/12, after sending out the letters to you, Treasurer Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff, and NJ Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa).  I had written to Lauren Musser (see below) stating why the NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void, but she didn't state why the U.S. Constitution, NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1) and 14A:13-12(d) should not be observed.  Please let me know if you agree that the U.S. Constitution, and the above NJ Statutes should be observed, and, therefore, that the NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void.  I am a poor working person, who really can't afford an attorney (especially at $375/hr.), so I've been trying to get this resolved without legal help.  I'd started saving up for a lawyer last April (2011), and after paying for a lawyer, an accountant, and some payments to the NJ Div. of Taxation, and for copies and mailings I am being told by the State of New Jersey that I owe thousands of dollars more.*

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope that you and the loved ones are well, and are getting along. Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood! I am writing to you on this glorious day, as I plan to write Governor Chris Christie, and NJ's Secretary of State as well, in regards to Virginia State Corporation Commission's Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence, and Certificate of Fact, for the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. I had not read the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence closely and/or all the way through until more recently. In the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence it states, "AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS TERMINATION MEANS THAT THE CORPORATION CAN NO LONGER LAWFULLY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND ITS DIRECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO LIQUIDATE ITS BUSINESS AFFAIRS". According to the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 "Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state". If the corporation was automatically terminated on September 1, 1997 by Virginia Law, and by Virginia Law the termination means that the corporation can no longer lawfully conduct business ..., then I don't know how the business could conduct business when it wasn't in existence (according to Virginia Law) after September 1, 1997.

New Jersey Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1), and Title 14A:13-12(d) refer to a corporation's "authority or existence is otherwise terminated or cancelled in the jurisdiction of its incorporation." The Commonwealth of Virginia terminated the existence of Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. on September 1, 1997 (per Notice of Termination of Existence from the VA. Corporation Commission, dated 9/18/'97). I believe that NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5 Effect of certificate of authority states that "Such authority shall continue so long as it retains its authority to transact such business in the jurisdiction of its incorporation ...". Since the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. no longer has authority to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, NJ's Certificate of Authority is null and void.

Minch, and that his telephone number is (609) 984-4124.  She didn't state why the NJ Statutes and the U.S. Constitution that I'd written to her about should be followed, but stated that "... the NJ Div. of Revenue will set up a pending withdrawal date for a corporation when the entity files for withdrawal with the Div. of Revenue.  Revenue puts the final date of withdrawal when they receive the Tax Clearance from the Div. of Taxation."

"The Division of Taxation will issue a Tax Clearance Certificate once it receives an Application for Tax Clearance Certificate and taxes are then filed and paid up till the pending withdrawal date issued by the Division of Revenue."

"It does not appear that the Division of Revenue ever received the State of Virginia Termination by Voidance Certificate.  File the Certificate with them to see if they will change the pending withdrawal date to the termination date from Virginia.  You may contact the New Jersey Division of Revenue at (609) 292-9292."

I had also recently sent a letter to Lauren Musser asking if the corp. is still in good standing with the State of New Jersey.  According to NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1, if a corp. doesn't file taxes, or forms for two years, then the corp. is no longer in good standing with the State of NJ.  I don't have the money to use a lawyer, and no one told me about the above info. in quotations marks before Lauren Musser did on 6/1/12.  I had started saving up for a lawyer to get three corps. withdrawn back in April/May of 2011, and after spending thousands of dollars for a lawyer, accountant, and paying the NJ Div. of Taxation some of what it said that I owed, and additional monies for paying for copies, and mailings, I receive the letter from Lauren Musser that it appears that the NJ Div. of Revenue had never received the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination for the corp. (Virginia terminated the corp. back in 1997).  I don't have the money for a lawyer at this point, and the process is taking a lot of time and money - I don't have much money, and I don't make a lot of money, so trying to save up again for a lawyer (a new one???) at this point might be another 4-6 months, the good Lord willing.

I had also recently sent a letter to Lauren Musser asking if the corp. is still in good standing with the State of New Jersey.  According to NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1, if a corp. doesn't file taxes, or forms for two years, then the corp. is no longer in good standing with the State of NJ.  I don't have the money to use a lawyer, and no one told me about the above info. in quotations marks before Lauren Musser did on 6/1/12.  I had started saving up for a lawyer to get three corps. withdrawn back in April/May of 2011, and after spending thousands of dollars for a lawyer, accountant, and paying the NJ Div. of Taxation some of what it said that I owed, and additional monies for paying for copies, and mailings, I receive the letter from Lauren Musser that it appears that the NJ Div. of Revenue had never received the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination for the corp. (Virginia terminated the corp. back in 1997).  I don't have the money for a lawyer at this point, and the process is taking a lot of time and money - I don't have much money, and I don't make a lot of money, so trying to save up again for a lawyer (a new one???) at this point might be another 4-6 months, the good Lord willing.

IS THERE A LAWYER OUT THERE THAT WOULD DO PRO BONO WORK TO HELP A POOR WORKING FELLOW????  I am a poor working fellow, and owe the State of New Jersey, according to the State of New Jersey, thousands of dollars more than I have in assets.  I am still trying to find out if I owe the federal government any back taxes, penalties, and interest.  I need help!!!  I can't afford to go to a doctor, specialist, or to the hospital - let alone afford a lawyer!!!  I've asked some people in the State of New Jersey, and some federal officials to help me to resolve the matter of three corporations that were formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1996, and were always inactive, and even the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated their existence in 1997, but the NJ Div. of Taxation is claiming that the fact that the Commonwealth of Virginia terminated their existence is irrelevant.  Dear family, friends, and all others concerned with justice - I cannot afford a lawyer (I can't afford a doctor, or specialist, or to go to the hospital)!!!!  Please help!!!!  Boy, are lawyers expensive!!!!!  I am a poor working fellow!!!!

Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood.  At this point I am unable to afford a lawyer - the money is too tight and the State of New Jersey states that I still owe them money (more money that is available).  Below is an abbreviated synopsis of what it is an attempt, a mere human's attempt - a sinner man's attempt, to withdraw/dissolve three corporations, and pay off all back taxes, fees, penalties, and file all the necessary forms with Virginia, New Jersey, and the federal government as soon as possible (the Commonwealth of Virginia has told me that I don't owe any back taxes, penalties, and interest, and the NJ Div. of Taxation has gotten back to me with their latest decision stating that the fact that the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. existence was terminated by the Commonwealth of Virginia is irrelevant.). Please let me know where I've gone wrong, and/or why it is taking so much time (is justice delayed, justice denied?). I thank you for any and all help!!! I have been trying to resolve the matter without legal help because I am still one of the working poor and the money that I've already paid a lawyer, and an accountant, and to the State of New Jersey I really don't have any money (actually I owe more money, according to the State of New Jersey than what I have, and it's hard to afford $375/hr. for a lawyer).  Is justice delayed, justice denied???  Should the State of New Jersey observe the U.S. Constitution, and the New Jersey Statutes Title 14A:13-5, 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d)???

1996: Contact cousin Stephen Smithers in Bealeton, VA. about coming down to look for work.

Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________

Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________

In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________

Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________

Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________

April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________

Mid April – May: Still haven’t put much effort into dissolving corporation other than saving up for a lawyer.____________________________________________________________________

Around 8/10/11: Started writing to lawyers about the situation having saved about $675 thus far (only two respond). Also, didn’t get a better idea as to how much this would cost.________

I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (totaled by the State of New Jersey to be $7,204.49 in a letter dated 12/29/12 - I have sent money since then to help pay off the back taxes, penalties, and interest) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing, (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate. The cost of a lawyer is expensive ($375/hr.) and the cost of a lawyer's assistant is expensive ($150/hr., and the cost of an accountant is expensive)!!!

     Greetings!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Thank you for your help in the past.  I have been trying to find out if I owe the federal government any back taxes, penalties, and interest on any of three corporations that were formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia back in the 1990's, and I am trying to resolve the matter of whether NJ's Certificate of Authority is still valid with the State of New Jersey (Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation did not explain to me why the U.S. Constitution, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-5. 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d) should not be followed - see below).  Again I have contacted the federal government with the question of what I may owe them.  I would like to resolve the matters as soon as possible, and because I don't have much in way of assets, I will probably need to make arrangements with the federal government to make payments to them if I owe them any money.  I cannot afford an attorney at this time (and probably in the foreseeable future).  Money is very tight, I am still one of the working poor - that's why I'm trying to resolve the matter without an attorney (I started saving up for an attorney over a year ago to deal with this situation, but it's been months since any attorney has contacted me, and I'm trying to resolve the matters without an attorney, and the process is going very slowly).

Greetings!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.   I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help.  I apologize for bothering you again, and I apologize for the letter I sent to you yesterday about waiting for a determination from the NJ Div. of Taxation (I received a letter from Lauren Musser, dated 4/17/12, after sending out the letters to you, Treasurer Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff, and NJ Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa).  I had written to Lauren Musser (see below) stating why the NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void, but she didn't state why the U.S. Constitution, NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1) and 14A:13-12(d) should not be observed.  Please let me know if you agree that the U.S. Constitution, and the above NJ Statutes should be observed, and, therefore, that the NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void.  I am a poor working person, who really can't afford an attorney (especially at $375/hr.), so I've been trying to get this resolved without legal help.  I'd started saving up for a lawyer last April (2011), and after paying for a lawyer, an accountant, and some payments to the NJ Div. of Taxation, and for copies and mailings I am being told by the State of New Jersey that I owe thousands of dollars more.*

Greetings on this glorious day! I hope that you and the loved ones are well, and are getting along. Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood! I am writing to you on this glorious day, as I plan to write Governor Chris Christie, and NJ's Secretary of State as well, in regards to Virginia State Corporation Commission's Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence, and Certificate of Fact, for the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. I had not read the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence closely and/or all the way through until more recently. In the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence it states, "AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS TERMINATION MEANS THAT THE CORPORATION CAN NO LONGER LAWFULLY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND ITS DIRECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO LIQUIDATE ITS BUSINESS AFFAIRS". According to the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1 "Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state". If the corporation was automatically terminated on September 1, 1997 by Virginia Law, and by Virginia Law the termination means that the corporation can no longer lawfully conduct business ..., then I don't know how the business could conduct business when it wasn't in existence (according to Virginia Law) after September 1, 1997.

New Jersey Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1), and Title 14A:13-12(d) refer to a corporation's "authority or existence is otherwise terminated or cancelled in the jurisdiction of its incorporation." The Commonwealth of Virginia terminated the existence of Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. on September 1, 1997 (per Notice of Termination of Existence from the VA. Corporation Commission, dated 9/18/'97). I believe that NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5 Effect of certificate of authority states that "Such authority shall continue so long as it retains its authority to transact such business in the jurisdiction of its incorporation ...". Since the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. no longer has authority to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, NJ's Certificate of Authority is null and void.

Greetings!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.   I recently received a letter from Lauren Musser from the NJ Div. of Taxation regarding the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. (the letter is dated 5/29/12, and I had received the letter on 6/1/12.  I apologize for bothering you again, and I apologize for the letter I sent to you recently about waiting for a determination from the NJ Div. of Taxation (I had received a letter from Lauren Musser, dated 4/17/12, after sending out the letters to you, Treasurer Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff, and NJ Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa).  I had written to Lauren Musser (see below) stating why the NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void, but she didn't state why the U.S. Constitution, NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1) and 14A:13-12(d) should not be observed.  Also, recently I had asked Lauren Musser if the corp. is in good standing in NJ according to NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1 (this was a recent request, but still have not heard word back yet).   Lauren Musser let me know in the most recent letter that her supervisor's name is Mr. Joseph C. Minch, and that his telephone number is (609) 984-4124.  She didn't state why the NJ Statutes and the U.S. Constitution that I'd written to her about should be followed, but stated that "... the NJ Div. of Revenue will set up a pending withdrawal date for a corporation when the entity files for withdrawal with the Div. of Revenue.  Revenue puts the final date of withdrawal when they receive the Tax Clearance from the Div. of Taxation."

"The Division of Taxation will issue a Tax Clearance Certificate once it receives an Application for Tax Clearance Certificate and taxes are then filed and paid up till the pending withdrawal date issued by the Division of Revenue."

"It does not appear that the Division of Revenue ever received the State of Virginia Termination by Voidance Certificate.  File the Certificate with them to see if they will change the pending withdrawal date to the termination date from Virginia.  You may contact the New Jersey Division of Revenue at (609) 292-9292."

I had also recently sent a letter to Lauren Musser asking if the corp. is still in good standing with the State of New Jersey.  According to NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1, if a corp. doesn't file taxes, or forms for two years, then the corp. is no longer in good standing with the State of NJ.  I don't have the money to use a lawyer, and no one told me about the above info. in quotations marks before Lauren Musser did on 6/1/12.  I had started saving up for a lawyer to get three corps. withdrawn back in April/May of 2011, and after spending thousands of dollars for a lawyer, accountant, and paying the NJ Div. of Taxation some of what it said that I owed, and additional monies for paying for copies, and mailings, I receive the letter from Lauren Musser that it appears that the NJ Div. of Revenue had never received the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination for the corp. (Virginia terminated the corp. back in 1997).  I don't have the money for a lawyer at this point, and the process is taking a lot of time and money - I don't have much money, and I don't make a lot of money, so trying to save up again for a lawyer (a new one???) at this point might be another 4-6 months, the good Lord willing.

Greetings!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.   I recently received a letter from Lauren Musser from the NJ Div. of Taxation regarding the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. (the letter is dated 5/29/12, and I had received the letter on 6/1/12.  I apologize for bothering you again, and I apologize for the letter I sent to you recently about waiting for a determination from the NJ Div. of Taxation (I had received a letter from Lauren Musser, dated 4/17/12, after sending out the letters to you, Treasurer Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff, and NJ Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa).  I had written to Lauren Musser (see below) stating why the NJ's Certificate of Authority on Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void, but she didn't state why the U.S. Constitution, NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-9(1) and 14A:13-12(d) should not be observed.  Also, recently I had asked Lauren Musser if the corp. is in good standing in NJ according to NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1 (this was a recent request, but still have not heard word back yet).   Lauren Musser let me know in the most recent letter that her supervisor's name is Mr. Joseph C. Minch, and that his telephone number is (609) 984-4124.  She didn't state why the NJ Statutes and the U.S. Constitution that I'd written to her about should be followed, but stated that "... the NJ Div. of Revenue will set up a pending withdrawal date for a corporation when the entity files for withdrawal with the Div. of Revenue.  Revenue puts the final date of withdrawal when they receive the Tax Clearance from the Div. of Taxation."

"The Division of Taxation will issue a Tax Clearance Certificate once it receives an Application for Tax Clearance Certificate and taxes are then filed and paid up till the pending withdrawal date issued by the Division of Revenue."

"It does not appear that the Division of Revenue ever received the State of Virginia Termination by Voidance Certificate.  File the Certificate with them to see if they will change the pending withdrawal date to the termination date from Virginia.  You may contact the New Jersey Division of Revenue at (609) 292-9292."

I had also recently sent a letter to Lauren Musser asking if the corp. is still in good standing with the State of New Jersey.  According to NJ Statute Title 14A:12-1, if a corp. doesn't file taxes, or forms for two years, then the corp. is no longer in good standing with the State of NJ.  I don't have the money to use a lawyer, and no one told me about the above info. in quotations marks before Lauren Musser did on 6/1/12.  I had started saving up for a lawyer to get three corps. withdrawn back in April/May of 2011, and after spending thousands of dollars for a lawyer, accountant, and paying the NJ Div. of Taxation some of what it said that I owed, and additional monies for paying for copies, and mailings, I receive the letter from Lauren Musser that it appears that the NJ Div. of Revenue had never received the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination for the corp. (Virginia terminated the corp. back in 1997).  I don't have the money for a lawyer at this point, and the process is taking a lot of time and money - I don't have much money, and I don't make a lot of money, so trying to save up again for a lawyer (a new one???) at this point might be another 4-6 months, the good Lord willing.


Please review the information and please let me know how to proceed at this point.  Thank you very much for all your help in the past, and in the future, I hope.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!!!

Dear family and friends, and all others concerned,

Greetings on this glorious day that the good Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? Let us praise and give thanks to our Creator Lord! Let us honor and bring glory to our Lord of lords, and King of kings! God's Holy Word tells us of His amazing love for us. Scriptures tell us about how our gracious Creator Lord created the heavens and the earth, and that He created us in His Holy image (and not just in Genesis - see below for a small sample)! God's Holy Word is perfect, pure, powerful, and profitable for us all.

Psalm 14:1: The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Psalm 53:1: The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity; there is none that doeth good.

John 1:1-3: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made.

John 1:10: He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not.

John 1:14: And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Scriptures tell us that God so loved the world that He sent His only Begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, and that he shed His blood for us sinners so that we might have eternal life. God's Holy Word tells us that we love because He first loved us. God's Holy Word tells us that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Scripture tells us that Jesus is the Lamb of God, that He is our Rock, our shield, our Refuge, our Fortress, the Light of the World. God's Holy Word tells us that Jesus is the Holy One of Israel. Scriptures tell us that Jesus is Lord!

Thank you dear Lord for making the heavens and the earth, and for creating us too! Thank you for sending your dear Son into this world, and thank you for His death on the cross and His shed blood. Thank you for your tender mercies dear Lord, and thank you for giving us the Bread of Life - the Way, the Truth, and the Life!

Hope you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day! May the good Lord bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience.

Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! Let's call on our Creator Lord, our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord and ask for His help at this time, and in the future! Let's try to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law. It's a shame that many don't know what's in the new law (it's over 1,000 pages long!), and it's also a shame that people don't want to change, or do away with, all the problems in the new law (and to say that there aren't any problems in the new law is like saying that there aren't any problems here in the United States!).

Government shouldn't ration health care. Also, government shouldn't be allowed to pay for abortions. Rationing health care is not protecting life. Rationing health care is not supporting life! Also, abortion is the destruction of life - life given as a gift from the Lord, our Creator Lord! The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable, and cannot be broken!

The House of Representatives voted to repeal the new Health Care Law, and the Senate has not chose the right path at this time (perhaps in the future they might!). Please help to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law!

Looking for a church body

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am very thankful to our good Lord, for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you through this blog.  His mercies are new every morning!!!  I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 56 years old (married multiple times, with children and how many wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church (I do worship and praise, and thank the good Lord each and every day). I am blessed each day, and am thankful to our Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed in the morning. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to find out how much back taxes, penalties, and interest (businesses/corporations) that I owe to New Jersey, and the federal government, and am hoping to pay it off, the Lord willing, as soon as possible (and that I don't land in jail)! Please pray for me at this time!

After about 43 years of starting out to work (albeit not always full time, and not always above the minimum wage, and not always being gainfully employed) I believe, from what I'm being told, that I will still owe the government thousands of dollars more than what I have. If I'm able to make arrangements with the government to pay off what I owe, then after I pay off the government, the Lord willing, I can start saving up for retirement (for full disclosure: D.O.B. 3/23/56). That is why I've asked what the Constitution means by "..., nor excessive fines imposed, ..." contained within the Eighth Amendment. FYI: I am presently blessed with two, three, four, or five jobs - one full-time, and one part-time, (others very infrequent and/or non-paying), but I do not make a lot of money (definitely a lot less than what a U.S. Senator, or a Vice President, or a lawyer, or an assistant in a law firm, makes).

Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily!
