Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the name above all names! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along! Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? I am writing to you to ask for your help. I am living in Sussex County and am looking for a place to worship the Lord at. I have come to be known by the Lord for about 17 years now, and am 55 years old (married multiple times, six children and three wives gone until heaven? - only the good Lord knows at this point!, and now living alone without any of the little loved ones). I am of Jewish heritage and consider myself to be a Jewish Christian, or a Jew. I don't know of any Messianic congregations around here, and I don't think it would be wise to travel great distances for worship. I have in the recent past have had problems with one leg (the left one), and have been hurt or unmotivated to risk walking and/or going to church. Also, I am on a very tight budget. I don't have much in way of assets compared to rich people (or middle class people also), but compared to those living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot! I have been greatly blessed by the good Lord, our Creator Lord, over my entire life (one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak [the good Lord, the Great Physician, healed me], one time I was living out on the streets, and one time I was deeply in debt [not that I believe in the "prosperity Gospel"] - to mention only three times that I was blessed by the Lord. Right now I'm trying to find out how much back taxes and fees (businesses/corporations) that I owe (maybe $10,000 - $12,000), and am hoping to pay it off, the Lord willing, as soon as possible (the process has been moving slowly)!
Please let me know if I could join you in the worship of our loving, gracious, merciful Father, and our Lord and Savior - for I worship the Holy One of Israel daily! I appreciate your prayers, and any and all Godly advise. Thank you and may the Holy of Israel bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!

Greetings! Greetings in the matchless name of Jesus - the Light of the World! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created in our Creator Lord's image with inalienable rights. I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help. I hope and pray that our Creator Lord will grant you much wisdom and boldness to help the poor, and the working poor, in this country today. Please help those in need today! Poverty affects millions in this country day in and day out! Day in and day out people go to bed hungry, some don't have enough clothes to wear, and some are living out on the streets. As someone who has lived out on the streets I can testify that it's not the best place to be. As someone who has lived on less than three meals a day over an extended period of time (some times it was no meals, some times it was only bologna, or bologna sandwiches) I can testify that this isn't the best situation to be in. Over the last fourteen years I've had a condo foreclosed on me (I was unemployed at times and had no money), lived on less than three meals a day over extended periods of time, been unemployed for a period of time, and also had to work (when employed) many hours during the weeks to pay off massive debts (some were from credit cards that charged more than fourteen percent interest rates). Through it all I can testify that our Creator Lord watched out over me, and provided me with great comfort, and that He granted me wisdom and peace. I can testify that our loving, gracious, merciful, faithful Father loves us so much that He sent His only Begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! I can testify that He is the Lamb of God, the Holy One of Israel, the Light of the World, the Bread of Life, and that he shed His blood for us sinners, and that He arose from the dead, and ascended up to Heaven so that we might have eternal life. I can testify that Jesus is our Rock, our Shield, our Fortress, our Refuge, our Salvation, our Hope, our Comfort, our Redeemer, our Righteousness, our Savior! Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever! Jesus is Lord!
Right now it seems that some (if not many or all) of us working poor are not getting pay raises that keep up with the cost of living. Some (if not most) of us working poor put little money aside for savings, let alone money to buy a small house or condo. Please put more time and effort into helping the poor, and the working poor in this country, and the world today!
There is a great need to help those in need! The Holy Scriptures tell us much about how our Creator Lord created us in His image, and how we should help the poor and the needy and that we should value life. The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, and are profitable for doctrine! There is too much poverty in this country, and the world, today!

Out of work, go to Virginia in 1996, looking for engineering work (at this point not able to pay the mortgage and other credit card bills).___________________________________________
Part of 1996/ part of 1997 (about 8 1/2 months total) live in Virginia (Bealeton w/cousin and then mostly in McLean, VA.). While in McLean, VA. went to a lawyer, and I believe, formed three corporations: Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc., NOVA Christians For Life, Inc., and KM Enterprises, Inc. Had hopes of doing much with all three corporations, but ended up doing no business with all three. Never filed any returns, reports, or kept records (I believe), etc. because didn’t believe that I had to.________________________________________________
In early part of 1997, leave McLean, VA. in a snowstorm, and arrive back in New Jersey (living in Hidden Village, Vernon in a condo. – bank goes through with foreclosure, and credit card companies (some of them) are suing for money + penalties._____________________________
Move to The Sussex Inn, Sussex, NJ, room 103, in late Oct. 1997. Never do anything with the corporations, nor hear from the State of New Jersey (or from Commonwealth of Virginia, or from U.S. government).___________________________________________________________
Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________
April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________
Mid April – May: Still haven’t put much effort into dissolving corporation other than saving up for a lawyer.____________________________________________________________________
Around 8/10/11: Started writing to lawyers about the situation having saved about $675 thus far (only two respond). Also, didn’t get a better idea as to how much this would cost.________

Discover that there is a minimum corporation tax even for corporations that are inactive! I again ask those to whom I owe money to (estimated by the accountant to be between $10,000 and $12,000) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate.

Before April 2004, 2005, 2006 (? – not sure of which year) Receive from the State of New Jersey info. on filing annual reports for Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc. on-line for $50 (New Jersey is now doing annual reports on-line it says in the info.). I’m still thinking that corporate taxes aren’t required because the corporation was always inactive. I comply with the on-line filing requirement.________________________________________________________
April 2011: Each year thereafter, before I believe, the April 7th filing date, I filed on-line and paid the $50. Started thinking that I should dissolve the corporation and not have to file each year (since the corporation was still inactive)._________________________________________

I'll keep updating the synopsis, the good Lord willing, when new events arise. Thank you very much for all your help. I again ask those to whom I owe money to (estimated by the accountant to be between $10,000 and $12,000) to please be patient - I want to resolve this as soon as possible and having been trying to do what is the wisest and right thing, and try to pay off the back taxes, fees, penalties, plus file all the required forms so that all three corporations could finally be dissolved!!! I don't have much money so I probably will have to make payments, the Lord willing (I don't want to have to spend the next seven years paying it off though). I won't have any savings left (not that I have a lot now) if what the accountant states is close to accurate.

Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! For the last 16 - 16 1/2 years I have been dealing with poverty first hand. Most of the 16 - 16 1/2 years I had been in poverty, and I suppose some would say that I was in relative poverty for all those 16 - 16 1/2 years. Some people may have gotten out of poverty faster than 16 - 16 1/2 years, but some (if not a lot of) people think that it should take only a short period of time. It doesn't always work that way! Whether I die poor, or with some money, only the good Lord, our Creator Lord, knows at this point. Also true is, no one can take any money with them when they die, and go into the next world! Let's just say that I haven't been trying to stay destitute for the last 16 - 16 1/2 years!
The good Lord, our Creator Lord, has provided comfort and peace. I am content, and am thankful to our loving, gracious Father. I can testify that our Creator Lord is wonderful, faithful, gracious, loving, holy and just! Our Heavenly Father loves us so much that He sent His only beloved Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! I can testify that Jesus is the Lamb of God, the Light of the World, the Bread of Life. I can testify that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever! I can testify that Jesus is Lord!

Most of the 16 - 16 1/2 years I had been in poverty, and I suppose some would say that I was in relative poverty for all those 16 - 16 1/2 years. Some people may have gotten out of poverty faster than 16 - 16 1/2 years, but some (if not a lot of) people think that it should take only a short period of time. It doesn't always work that way! Whether I die poor, or with some money, only the good Lord, our Creator Lord, knows at this point. Also true is, no one can take any money with them when they die, and go into the next world! Let's just say that I haven't been trying to stay destitute for the last 16 - 16 1/2 years!
The good Lord, our Creator Lord, has provided comfort and peace. I am content, and am thankful to our loving, gracious Father. I can testify that our Creator Lord is wonderful, faithful, gracious, loving, holy and just! Our Heavenly Father loves us so much that He sent His only beloved Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! I can testify that Jesus is the Lamb of God, the Light of the World, the Bread of Life. I can testify that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever! I can testify that Jesus is Lord!
Please help the poor, and the working poor today! Please pray for our leaders so that they may help the poor, and the working poor today. Write letters to our leaders and urge them to help the poor, and the working poor today!
I call on the rich to help the poor, and the working poor today. I call on the middle class to help the needy today! There is too much poverty in the United States, and the world, today.

Let's call on our Creator Lord, our loving, gracious, merciful Father and ask for His help at this time, and in the future! Let's try to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law. It's a shame that many don't know what's in the new law (it's over 1,000 pages long!), and it's also a shame that people don't want to change, or do away with, all the problems in the new law (and to say that there aren't any problems in the new law is like saying that there aren't any problems here in the United States!).
Government shouldn't ration health care. Also, government shouldn't be allowed to pay for abortions. Rationing health care is not protecting life. Rationing health care is not supporting life! Also, abortion is the destruction of life - life given as a gift from the Lord, our Creator Lord! The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how we are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable, and cannot be broken!
The House of Representatives voted to repeal the new Health Care Law, and the Senate has not chose the right path at this time (perhaps in the future they might!). Please help to repeal, or change all the problems with, the new Health Care Law!
