How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Please remember the poor, and the working poor, today! Although I have been blessed greatly by the good Lord over the years (over my entire life actually - one time I was living out on the streets, one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak, and one time I was deeply in debt - to mention just three times that the good Lord has blessed me), I will not be donating at this time. I ask that you would be patient please, and ask again in maybe seventy-five, or seventy-six, weeks. I don't have much money or assets (compared to rich people, or compared to middle class people, but compared to people living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot). Hello! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day that the Lord has made? Please let me know if there is any law on the books that would prevent disabled individuals from being sleep deprived, and/or directs the caretakers (such as Willowglen Academy, or SCARC)to bring individuals to a doctor when they continually receive less than six, or seven, hours of sleep a night. I had worked for Willowglen Academy and they would, at certain group homes, try to keep individuals up at night (maybe 'till 11:30, or sometimes later) to try and get them to sleep through in the morning to maybe 6:30, or 7:00 am. Some of the individuals would still only receive five or six hours of sleep at night. These individuals, to the best of my knowledge, were not brought to a doctor to see if they had a medical condition that caused their shorter than normal sleep.
Please let me know if there is any law on the books that protects the disabled individual from sleep deprivation, and/or that requires the caretakers to take the individuals to a doctor when they continually receive less than an healthy amount of sleep. Thank you very much for all your help!

You must stick to the prison's mailing guidelines: (1) Don't use stickers (address, return, pro-life) on the envelope or card (2) Don't send any laminated cards, bookmarks, prayer cards, pro-life pamphlets. Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood. Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! For the last 15 - 16 years I have been dealing with poverty first hand. Most of the 15 - 16 years I had been in poverty, and I suppose some would say that I was in relative poverty for all those 15 - 16 years. Some people may have gotten out of poverty faster than 15 - 16 years, but some (if not a lot of) people think that it should take only a short period of time. It doesn't always work that way! Whether I die poor, or with some money, only the good Lord, our Creator Lord, knows at this point. Also true is, no one can take any money with them when they die, and go into the next world! Let's just say that I haven't been trying to stay destitute for the last 15 -16 years!
The good Lord, our Creator Lord, has provided comfort and peace. I am content, and am thankful to our loving, gracious Father. I can testify that our Creator Lord is wonderful, faithful, gracious, loving, holy and just! Our Heavenly Father loves us so much that He sent His only beloved Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! I can testify that Jesus is the Lamb of God, the Light of the World, the Bread of Life. I can testify that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever! I can testify that Jesus is Lord!

Although I have been blessed greatly by the good Lord over the years (over my entire life actually - one time I was living out on the streets, one time I was labeled autistic and couldn't speak, and one time I was deeply in debt - to mention just three times that the good Lord has blessed me), I will not be donating at this time. I ask that you would be patient please, and ask again in maybe seventy-five, or seventy-six, weeks. I don't have much money or assets (compared to rich people, or compared to middle class people, but compared to people living on less than $2 a day I probably have a lot). Greetings on this glorious day! I hope and pray that you and the loved ones are in good health, and are getting along. Good health is such a blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord! How is your spirit on this glorious day? Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights! I am writing to you on this glorious day to ask for your help. Please help transform the United States by instituting a "Clean Up the U.S.A." Act that would "clinicize" drugs (basically the drug laws would remain the same outside of these clinics, but the clinics would have the right to treat people medically for the purpose of "cleaning" the person up), and put in place a national recycle program that would spur litter clean up nationwide. Some people call for the legalization of drugs, but that position is not justifiable in the eyes of the good Lord. Also, just staying with the status quo is not justifiable in the eyes of the good Lord! There is a way to help those that are addicted/abusing/using, or in need of help, and that would be to help start clinics throughout the nation (say a clinic for every 150,000 people - or 2000 nationally) that would help people get "clean from drugs", and this would include both alcohol and tobacco products (there are about 500,000 tobacco related deaths a year in the U.S.A.). As an incentive for people that need to get clean to enter a program, the cost of treatment would be cheaper than the cost of the illegal drugs, or in the case of alcohol or tobacco, treatment would be cheaper than the cost of alcohol or tobacco. To further increase the incentive for those using tobacco products, consider increasing the taxes on tobacco products and also adding a refundable recycle deposit (as some states do now with soda cans/bottles). Since the Act would be a nationwide clean up act, the law would provide for adding a refundable recycle deposit on soda, waters, candy wrappers, etc, that would encourage people to get their refunds back and not to litter.
For instance, the cigarette tax would keep increasing every few weeks, and the refundable recycle deposit would increase every other tax increase. At the start of the program, the cigarette tax would be at $16.54/pack (this would not include the cost of the cigarettes, which would be another $6, or $7, or $8, or ...), and the refundable recycle deposit would be at $4.90/pack (the empty pack along with the cigarette butts would have to be returned to get the refund). The tax and refund structure for a pack of cigarettes could be as follows:

The programs would be offered to those convicted of drug offenses, and to the general public. Even businesses could offer their workers a chance to use the programs (consider how much businesses lose each year due to those addicted/abusing/using drugs - the law could include an amnesty provision for those workers that enter a program within the first month or two from being fired). The general public could enter a program voluntarily, with HIPPO privacy. With about 2000 clinics nationally, the public would have a choice of which program they would go to. The cost of the program to start might be somewhere between $2.4 - $8 billion (and the the cost of continuing the program would be paid for by the cigarette taxes), but the estimated savings probably would be from $40 - $120 (or more!) billion (not to mention that this would have a devastating effect on those pushing and/or distributing illegal drugs). Another component to the law could be rewards offered to the trial, and conviction, of law enforcement (and those in the justice department) individuals convicted of being bribed by drug pushers or distributors.
The "Clean Up the U.S.A." Act would be a giant step forward in the War on Drugs, and a step forward in cleaning up litter (especially cigarette butts, cans, plastic bottles, and candy wrappers). People in need of help would receive help, and the rest of the nation would be better off (less medical costs, increased productivity nationwide, and more taxes received - in the short run probably, but we as a "Cleaner" nation would be far better off!).
The Holy Scriptures tell us about how our Creator Lord created us humans in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should protect and support life, and how our Creator Lord loves us so much that He sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life! The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken! Please help protect and support life by proposing the "Clean Up the U.S.A." Act!
