Why not create a group of 38 (G38) and a group of 55 (G55)???

Why not have a G38 and then a G55??? Right now (Sept. 2024) there is an economic and political forum made up of the world’s most advanced economies (the group of seven G7) and a G20 (the group of twenty). G7 are heads of state and government from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom, and the United States (the European Union is also a non-enumerated member of the G7). G20 are heads of state and government from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, and the European Union. For the G38, the following countries could be added: Brazil, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Cuba, Ireland, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Nigeria, Egypt, Austria, Singapore, and Bangladesh. For the G55, the following countries could be added: Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Denmark, Iran, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Columbia, Romania, Chile, Czech, Finland, Iraq, Portugal, New Zealand, Peru, and Qatar. Now these countries could help out the country of Sudan, by providing cash payments, of say $51/month to 15 - 17 millions of Sudanese people, and also provide some food assistance in the amount of $51/month to 15 - 17 million people.for a cost of 14.688 billion. The share of the cost would be supplied as such: United States: $6,722,029,456 China: $4,739,220,360 Japan $979,711,365 Germany $942,906.839 India $783,810,326 United Kingdom $711,9007,059 France $644,378,703 Russia $518,764,457 Canada $495,475,361 Italy $465,510,759 Brazil $444,594,083 Australia $387,939,889 South Korea $385,585,065 Mexico $327,452,654 Spain $323,590,451 Indonesia $305,434,780 Saudi Arabia $256,589,747 Netherlands $252,980,866 Turkey $229,490,558 Switzerland $187,022,583 Poland $159,345,910 Argentina $145,860,401 Sweden $135,733,266 Norway $133,611,246 Belgium $133,392,702 Ireland $122,009,244 Israel $120,346,284 United Arab Emirates $117,518,356 Thailand $114,695,152 Nigeria $110,537,689 Egypt $110,389,980 Austria $109,151,656 Singapore $108,083,984 Bangladesh $106,558,558 Vietnam $94,657,217 Malaysia $94,079,291 South Africa $93,978,332 Philippines $93,611,094 Denmark $91,554,939 Iran $89,966,541 Pakistan $87,185,407 Hong Kong $83,319,943 Columbia $79,638,329 Romania $69,756,566 Chile $69,701,702 Czech $67,362,831 Finland $65,024,665 Iraq $61,170,768 Portugal $58,337,326 New Zealand $57,246,496 Peru $56,180,917 Qatar $54,945,391 Kazakhstan $51,084,774 Greece $50,724,256 Algeria $44,437,051
