Dear Mr. Joseph C. Minch,

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made - let us rejoice and be glad in it!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along!  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Also, please remember the poor, and the working poor, today!!!  I was contacted by a Mr. Joe Peluso from the NJ Div. of Taxation about the request for a refund for excess taxes paid to the State of New Jersey, with the Div. of Taxation, on 2/5/13 in the afternoon and was told that he was working on the request form A-3730. I want to thank you for all your help in the process and hope, and pray, that the good Lord will grant you much wisdom and understanding in your work as a "public servant".

Again, thank you very much for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day!  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!!!
