Dear Mr. Joe Peluso,
Greetings on this glorious day!!! I hope that you and the loved ones are
well. I received refund checks for tax
years 1997 – 2011 and had questions on some of them. I called on 2/19/13, and you stated that I should write to you about it. It appears that I was receiving more than I
should on six checks, and on tax year 2011, I was receiving less than I
should. I also have written Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei about the checks..
I believe that
the following checks for the corresponding tax years were in error:
$571.24
for tax year 1999
$515.29
for tax year 2000
$471.96
for tax year 2001
$1,051.54
for tax year 2002
$984.35
for tax year 2003
$921.36
for tax year 2004
$72.47
for tax year 2011
All of the above checks are either $40 or $50 too much,
except for tax year 2011. For tax year
2011, I paid the State of New Jersey $500 (check #4347), but only got $72.47
back.
