Re: in pursuit of justice …. Still seeking justice
Dear Helen Carew,
Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made! I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health. Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator lord. I am sorry to bother you again about this matter, but I’d recently received word from a Mr. Joe Peluso from the NJ Div. of Taxation, and Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei from the Div. of Taxation stating that my request for a corp. tax refund was going ahead and was approved. Today I received checks in the mail for tax years 1997 – 2011 and, I believe, there are errors on seven of them (tax years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2011). Six of the checks are errors against the State of New Jersey, and are in my favor, by either $40, or $50. The last check, for tax year 2011, is against me and are in the State of New Jersey‘s favor. For the tax year 2011, I paid the State $500 (my check # 4347), but only got $72.47 back. I’d phoned Mr. Joe Peluso after I’d discovered the problems, and before I'd explained the problems he stated that I should write to him (which I've done – please see a similar letter I hope to send to Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei also).
Thank you very much for all your help. Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones greatly!
Sincerely,
Ken

Re: tax refund request form A-3730 for
tax years 1997 – 2011/fax sent to Mr. Joe Peluso on 2/19/13 @ 1-609-633-2681Dear Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei,
Hello!!! I hope that you and the loved ones are well. I received refund checks for tax years 1997 – 2011 and had questions on some of them. It appears that I was receiving more than I should on six checks, and on tax year 2011, I was receiving less than I should. I contacted Mr. Joe Peluso by phone on 2/19/13, and he advised me to write to him. A similar letter is going out to him also.
I believe that the following checks for the corresponding tax years were in error:
$571.24 for tax year 1999
$515.29 for tax year 2000
$471.96 for tax year 2001
$1,051.54 for tax year 2002
$984.35 for tax year 2003
$921.36 for tax year 2004
$72.47 for tax year 2011
All of the above checks are either $40 or $50 too much except for tax year 2011. For tax year 2011 I paid the State of New Jersey $500 (check #4347), and only got $72.47 back.
Thanks for all your help. Hope you have a joyous and peaceful day. May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!!!
Sincerely,
Ken

Re: tax refund
request form A-3730 for tax years 1997 – 2011/fax sent to Mr. Joe Peluso on 2/19/13
@ 1-609-633-2681
Dear Deputy Director Michael R. Ermilio,
Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made!!! I hope that you and the loved ones are
in good health and are getting along! I received refund checks for tax
years 1997 – 2011 and had questions on some of them. I
called on 2/19/13, and Mr. Joe Peluso stated that I should write to him
about it (which I did). It appears that I was receiving more than I
should on six checks, and on tax year 2011, I was receiving less than I
should. I
also have written Mr. Joe Peluso and Assistant Director Michele
Bartolomei about the checks, and hope to write to him and her again.
I believe that
the following checks for the corresponding tax years were in error:
$571.24
for tax year 1999 ..... should be $531.24
$515.29
for tax year 2000 ..... should be $475.29
$471.96
for tax year 2001 ..... should be $431.96
$1,051.54
for tax year 2002 ..... should be $1,001.54
$984.35
for tax year 2003 .....should be $934.35
$921.36
for tax year 2004 ..... should be $871.36
$72.47
for tax year 2011 ..... should be $500.00
All of the above checks are either $40 or $50 too much,
except for tax year 2011. For
tax year
2011, I'd paid the State of New Jersey $500 (check #4347), but only got
$72.47
back. Also, as stated previously, I had trouble with a check that the
NJ Div. of Revenue had issued because it was issued in the old
terminated corporation name (with my name below the corp. name and after
attn:), and the bank refused to deposit it, and it had to be sent back
and a new check had to be issued in my name, and that is why I had
requested (to Assistant Director Michele Bartolomei and to Mr. Joe Peluso) that any
and all checks had to be issued in my name. I did not attempt to cash
or deposit any of the most recent checks sent to me by the Div. of
Taxation, but did notice part of the old terminated corp. name on the
checks along with my name listed below the corp. name.
Thanks for all
your help. Hope you have a joyous and
peaceful day. May the good Lord, our
Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!
Sincerely,
Ken Miller
