re:  Please, please help a poor working fellow receive justice!!!

Dear Senator Robert Menendez,

Greetings on this glorious day!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health!  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Also, please remember the poor, and the working poor, today!!!  I am sorry to bother you about this again, but I am still seeking justice, and will continue to seek justice, and have written to Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa, Helen Carew, and to U.S. Congressman Scott Garrett, and have filed a request for a refund for excess taxes paid to the State of New Jersey, with the Div. of Taxation (form A-3730).  I hope, the good Lord willing, to write also to U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg about the disheartening responses from "public servants" and that the process has been taking over a year now, and the response from "public servants" over the last two months has been almost non-existent!  Please note that now I have telephone service - thanks be to our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord!  I am still awaiting the reissuing of a $415.00 check from the NJ Div. of Revenue (I had sent back the original check on 12/6/12, a check issued in the old corp. name that has been nonexistent since 9/1/97).  Aren't we our brothers' keepers?

Thank you very much for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day!  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!!!

Sincerely,

Ken Miller
