To whom it may concern,

     Greetings!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please see below a listing of on-line payments, dates, and amount for each payment to the State of New Jersey for taxes, penalties, fees, and interest paid to the State of New Jersey for the corp. Some Choices Are Evil – There is the Way, Inc.  The corporation was a foreign, non-profit corp. that was terminated in the Commonwealth of Virginia on 9/1/97.

     Also, please see a copy of a check for $415.00 and a letter from Diane Primerana explaining that it was a refund from the State of New Jersey for the overpayment on annual reports from 1998 to 2012.  I had asked her if the figure was correct, but I did not receive a response back from her as of today.  Also, please see the copy of a letter from Mr. Joseph C. Minch stating that the refund claim form, A-3703, must be filed if the company wishes to file for a refund.  Please see a copy of the Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence and Certificate of Fact that the corp. Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. was terminated on 9/1/97.  Also, please see a copy of the Certificate of Authority from the State of New Jersey stating that the corp. was a foreign, non-profit corp.  Also, please see the copy of the Certificate Relative of Withdrawal from the State of New Jersey.  I am seeking the refund of all monies paid to the State of New Jersey (taxes, fees, penalties, and interest) that I was not liable for.
