Dear Congressman Scott Garrett,

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made!  I hope all is well!  Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Please look over a recent letter that will be sent out to the NJ Div. of Revenue, the good Lord willing, and other info. recently received (10/16) from both the NJ Div. of Taxation, and the NJ Div. of Revenue.  I am still without phone service (for the immediate future because of the money being very tight).

To whom it may concern,

Greetings!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  I received your letter dated 10/11/12 about the withdrawal of a foreign, non-profit corporation (Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.).  Please note the recent info. I'd received from the NJ Div. of Taxation- stating that there was an overage in the amount of $72.47 sitting in the 2011 corporate business tax return period.  Since you at the NJ Div. of Revenue confirmed that the corp. was a foreign, non-profit corp., and since I believe that non-profit corporations do not have to pay NJ corp. taxes, and penalties, and interest, and I also believe that foreign, non-profit corps. that were terminated in 1997 do not have to continually file annual reports, nor continually pay fees past 1997, I am seeking the return of all fees that I paid to the NJ Div. of Revenue that I was not legally liable for.  I hope, the Lord willing, to tally all payments made to the NJ Div. of Taxation and NJ Div. of Revenue for all taxes, penalties, fees, and interest that I was not legally liable for, and send it to both the Div. of Taxation and Div. of Revenue soon, so that I may receive refunds as soon as possible.  Please let me know if you are the person to contact at the NJ Div. of Revenue for a complete refund.

Hello!  I hope all is well!  Please remember that humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  Please let me know if you've heard anything about the return of excess back taxes, penalties, and interest that I've been trying to recover.  My telephone had recently broke, so please don't try to reach me by phone.  The "public servants" that I have been trying to reach about the return of excess taxes, penalties, and interest at the NJ Div. of Taxation and the Div. of Revenue have not responded for many months.  Please help me as soon as possible.

Dear Congressman Scott Garrett,

     Greetings!  I hope you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please help me receive justice - the last 8 - 10 months have been long because all the "public servants" that I've contacted haven't been able to me why I shouldn't be protected by the U.S. Constitution and by NJ Statutes.  I have not heard back from Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation since August 8th when I received a statement stating that I owed $427.53 on the first page, but in the back-up paperwork it showed no balance remaining.  According to Lauren Musser I am not entitled to appeal the Div. of Taxation's determination, and the corp. has now been made a non-profit by the Div. of Revenue.  I still believe that I am protected by the U.S. Constitution (Article IV, Section 1 - Full faith and credit) and NJ Statutes, and that the corp. was terminated on 9/1/97, and that the Certificate of Withdrawal should be dated as such.  Are you not on the Constitution Caucus in the House of Representatives?  Shouldn't we citizens of the U.S. be protected by the U.S. Constitution?  I have not heard back from any "public servant" that will address this.
