Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!!!  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!!!  Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood!!!  I am still seeking justice in a process that has been going on for very long now (I cannot afford an attorney at the present), and have asked both Lauren Musser, and Mr. Joseph C. Minch, about the appeal process for appealing the NJ Div. of Taxation's determination, and have not heard from either of them yet (see below).  I have also asked about a discrepancy on the NJ Div. of Taxation's recent info. saying that I owe a certain amount and yet in the back up paperwork it shows that I am all paid up.  Also, I am seeking justice, and will continue to seek justice - am I not protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes?  Aren't NJ residents protected by NJ Statutes?  Specifically NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5 Effect of certificate of authority.

I will continue to persevere, the good Lord willing, and will be asking State and federal officials to help me obtain justice.  Many letters have been unaddressed (unanswered), and I have asked the U.S. Postmaster General to check to see if mail tampering has occurred.  The response of "public servants" in the last 6 - 8 months has been disheartening!!!!

Greetings on this glorious day.  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!!!  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!!!  Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood!!!  I'd received a telephone call the other day from Mr. Joseph C. Minch, and although he didn't get back to me, he did mention an appeal process to appeal the NJ Div. of Taxation's determination.  Please let me know how to appeal the determination from the NJ Div. of Taxation.  I have been living in relative poverty for the last 16 1/2 - 17 years, and have sent all my savings to the NJ Div. of Taxation, an accountant Mr. Stephen N. Froehlich, and two attorneys while trying to withdraw a corporation, Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.  I am not looking for legal advice, nor have I asked anyone for legal advice, except for attorneys and/or an angel or two, but I am seeking justice in a process that has been going on for very long now (I cannot afford an attorney at the present).  I am seeking justice, and will continue to seek justice - am I not protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes?  Aren't NJ residents protected by NJ Statutes?  Please let me know if the fact that the corporation was given a Certificate of Authority as an non-profit corporation makes any difference to the withdrawal/dissolution process.

I will continue to persevere, the good Lord willing, and will be asking State and federal officials to help me obtain justice.  The response of "public servants" in the last 6 - 8 months has been disheartening!!!!
