Dear Lee J. Evans,

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord!!!  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!!!  Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood!!!  I am still seeking justice in a process that has been going on for very long now (I cannot afford an attorney at the present), and have asked both Lauren Musser, and Mr. Joseph C. Minch, about the appeal process for appealing the NJ Div. of Taxation's determination , and have not heard from either of them yet.  I have also asked about a discrepancy on the NJ Div. of Taxation's recent info. saying that I owe a certain amount and yet in the back up paperwork it shows that I am paid up.  Also, I am seeking justice, and will continue to seek justice - am I not protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes?  Aren't NJ residents protected by NJ Statutes?

I will continue to persevere, the good Lord willing, and will be asking State and federal officials to help me obtain justice.  Many letters have been unaddressed (unanswered), and I have asked the U.S. Postmaster General to check to see if mail tampering has occurred.  The response of "public servants" in the last 6 - 8 months has been disheartening!!!!
