Re:  withdrawal of a foreign corporation formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1996.

Dear Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno,

Greetings on this glorious day!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  I attest, in the presence of our loving, gracious, merciful Creator Lord, that the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. was formed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and was terminated to do business in Virginia and elsewhere on September 1, 1997.  Pursuant to NJ Statute Title 14A:13-5, and pursuant to the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 1, its certificate of authority issued by the State of New Jersey is null and void, as of 9/1/12.  Pursuant to NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-9, and 14A:13-12(d), I do by attest, again in the presence of our wonderful, faithful Creator Lord, that no business was conducted in the State of New Jersey (or anywhere else for that matter), and hereby request a Certificate of Withdrawal from the NJ Secretary of New Jersey, dated as of September 1, 1997.  Please note that a Certificate of Withdrawal form C-124P 7/03 was sent previously, dated 7/10/12 and signed 7/11/12.

I appreciate all your help.  Thank you very much.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones with love, joy, peace, and patience!!!

Sincerely,

Ken Miller, de facto President of Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.
Main St. Rm. 103

All glory, honor, praise, and thanks be to our Creator Lord - maker of heaven and earth!!!!

P.S.  Jesus is the Holy One of Israel!!!
