re:  Is the NJ Div. of Taxation bound by the U.S. Constitution and by NJ Statutes?  Aren't I, a U.S. citizen, and a NJ resident, protected by the U.S. Constitution and by NJ Statutes???  Where should I turn for protection, and for justice???

Dear Assemblyman Gary Chiusano,

Hello!!!  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from our loving, gracious, merciful good Lord, our Creator Lord!  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights.  I am very thankful to our wonderful, faithful, perfect Creator Lord for being able to get out of bed, and for the opportunity to write to you.  I am writing to you on this glorious day seeking justice, and to ask where I should turn for protection.  I have been dealing with the NJ Div. of Taxation (I can't afford an attorney) and it seems that they think that they're not bound by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes.  Also, they seem to think that I am not protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes.  Please look over the most recent info. from the NJ Div. of Taxation and help me receive justice (on reverse side).  It's been over a year since I first started thinking of withdrawing/dissolving a corporation, and then saving for a lawyer to help with the process.  It was months until the NJ Div. of Taxation let me know that I should have sent the Commonwealth of Virginia's Notice of Termination of Corporate Existence to the NJ Div. of Revenue instead of to them.  They don't tell me why the U.S. Constitution and certain NJ Statutes make NJ's Certificate of Authority null and void.  Lauren Musser gave me phone numbers for her supervisor, and to the NJ Div. of Revenue, but I don't know if I could really afford to call these numbers at more than $.25 per minute - right now the cheapest way to try and communicate to receive justice is through the mail (and even that is not cheap - every $.45 is important - and according to the NJ Div. of Taxation I still owe $1776.57 (I did send a check for $307.35 on 6/14/12), and I don't make a lot of money, nor do I have a lot of assets (see below for the latest letter to Lauren Musser & Lee J. Evans).

I am sorry to bother you again about the process (something I thought that would take a week, or two, or maybe three) has gone on for over a year, and has wiped out my savings (I am a 56 year old man without any savings for retirement - I don't even have a house, a fancy car, nor a refrigerator).  I am closer to living back on the streets again because of this process - I cannot afford a lawyer, but since I am a working poor person I am not eligible to receive Medicaid or food stamps (i cannot afford to see a doctor, or a specialist, or go to the hospital).   Please help me!!!  If you would be so kind to find out why I am not protected by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes, then I would appreciate it.

I have been blessed by our Creator Lord throughout the process, and throughout my life.  Actually I have been sending the NJ Div. of Taxation a portion of what our awesome, marvelous Creator Lord has been blessing me with.  The Holy Scriptures tell us about our Creator Lord, and how He created us humans, in His image, and how we should value life, and how we should help the poor, and the working poor, and how our Creator Lord loves us that he sent His only begotten Son into this world to die for us sinners, so that we might have eternal life!  The Holy Scriptures are pure, perfect, powerful, profitable for doctrine, and cannot be broken!

Please help a poor working fellow receive justice, and please let me know whom to contact about receiving protection.  Please let me know whether the NJ Div. of Taxation is bound by the U.S. Constitution, and by NJ Statutes.  Also, please let me know if I am protected by the U.S. Constitution and by NJ Statutes.  Thank you very much for all your help!  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day!  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!!!

Sincerely,

Re:  being poor, and what it means.

Dear Lauren Musser, Lee J. Evans, and all other "public servants",

Greetings on this glorious day that the lord has made.  Let us rejoice and be glad in it.  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator lord!  Please remember that we humans are more than flesh and blood.  Also, please remember that we humans are created by our Creator lord, in His image, with inalienable rights!  How is your spirit on this glorious day?  Thank you for letting me know the telephone numbers to Lauren Musser's supervisor, and to the NJ Div. of Revenue.  I am a poor working fellow who cannot afford to make a $2.00 - $3.00 telephone call to either of these numbers.  Please let me know the address at which each of these can be reached.  I am poor fellow who cannot afford a lawyer to try and pursue justice with the "public servants."  Is it any wonder why "public servants' won't answer the question of whether an American Citizen and and a NJ resident is not protected by the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes?  Or am I only protected by the  U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes when it's convenient for them?  I have yet to hear from any "public servant" regarding who is protected by the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes.  Or is it because I am poor that I have yet to receive justice???  Being poor means every $.10 means much - it's almost an equivalent of $3,500 - $4,000 for the rich!!!!

I hope I have shed more light on being poor, and why a phone number is not the least expensive of way of communicating at the moment.  Just an F.Y.I. also - I do not own a computer, nor have access to one day and night - the work done on the blog, and other places, have been done at the public library.

Thank you very much for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!

In hope, peace, and love,

Ken Miller
