re:  letter dated 6/11/12

Dear Mr. Stephen N. Froehlich,

Greetings on this glorious day.  I hope that you and the loved ones are in good health.  Here is the latest copy the first page of what the NJ Div. of Taxation had sent to me, and a copy of a letter from Lee J. Evans (dated 6/14/12).   Again, my sister, who works at a New York tax attorney's office, has been helping me because she believes, and I do too, that due to NJ laws and the U.S. Constitution NJ's Certificate of Authority should be null and void (as of Sept. 1997), and also that the corp. hasn't been in good standing with the State of New Jersey since the late 1990's, so again I shouldn't be liable to pay any taxes past a certain point (1997, I believe).  So far no "public servant" has addressed the justice issue - am I, or am I not, protected by the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes?   I'll continue to seek justice in the matter.

I thank you very much for all your help.  The money is still very tight that's why I'm not sending all of what the NJ Div. of Taxation had sent me.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  may the good lord, our Creator lord, bless you and the loved ones with blessings upon blessings!

Sincerely,

Ken Miller
