Dear Elaine,

Hello!!!  I hope all is well.  Here is the latest info. from the NJ Div. of Taxation.  The process continues to go very slowly.  I haven't heard back from any "public servant" addressing the issue of justice - am I protected by the U.S. Constitution sand NJ Statutes, or not? 

I'll let let you know if I hear back from anyone.  Thanks again for all your help.  Hope that you and the loved ones have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord bless you and the loved ones immensely!
