Dear Mr. Stephen N. Froehlich,

Greetings on this glorious day!  I hope all is well.  The last communication from Lauren Musser at the NJ Div. of Taxation stated that I still owe the NJ Div. of Taxation $2,155.64.  Please let me know how much I owe you for your services.  Right now the money is very tight, and I cannot afford an attorney, an accountant - I can't eve afford to go to a doctor, or a specialist, or to the hospital!  I tried to point out to Lauren Musser that because of the U.S. Constitution Article IV (Full faith and credit clause) and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-5, 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d) the Certificate of Authority on the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc. should be null and void.  Lauren did not say why the U.S. Constitution, and NJ Statutes Title 14A:13-5, 14A:13-9(1), and 14A:13-12(d) should not be obeyed.  She stated that the termination of the corporation by the Commonwealth of Virginia is "irrelevant".  I am trying to find out who her immediate supervisor is so that I could write to that person about the situation, and may have to write to the next person over her supervisor until this is resolved.  I didn't think that when I started saving up for a lawyer in April of 2011 that I'd still be dealing with this.  I still have not heard back from the federal government as to how much I might owe them.

Thanks again for all your help.  Hope that you have a joyous and peaceful day.  May the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you immensely!

Sincerely,

Ken Miller
