re:  letter to Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno - please let me know why this letter was returned to me without a response.

Dear Governor Chris Christie,

Greetings on this glorious day that the Lord has made.  Hope that you and the loved ones are in good health and are getting along.  Good health is such a wonderful blessing from the good Lord, our Creator Lord.  Please remember that we humans are created by our Creator Lord, in His image, with inalienable rights.  I have asked some elected officials to help me to resolve a matter with the New Jersey Division of Taxation that's going on for months now without a response as to whether NJ's Certificate of Authority is still valid for the corporation Some Choices Are Evil - There is the Way, Inc.  I had written a letter to Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno (see other side) asking for her help, but received the original letter back to me without a reply.  I was looking for some assistance, hoping for some help, some service from the Lt. Governor (right now because the money is real tight, I am trying to resolve the situation without an attorney - boy are they expensive), but only got the original letter returned without explanation.  Please let me know why the letter was returned to me without a response from the Lt. Governor.

Right now I am still one of the working poor - a group that is highly neglected in both New Jersey and in the United States, and are treated like second class citizens for the most part (I have been a member of the working poor for most of the last 16 3/4 years).  I am trying to accomplish a just and right resolution to this situation which I have been involved with (I started saving up for a lawyer back in April/May 2011) and now after paying thousands of dollars to an accountant, lawyer, cost of copies and letters asking for clarification or a response from the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Virginia, and the federal government, and to the State of NJ Div. of Taxation, and asking the Div. of Taxation months ago why the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes should not be followed, I still have not received a response back.  The Div. of Taxation states that I owe more money, and to me it's a lot of money (I don't even have a refrigerator, and haven't had access to one since around 1996, and don't get to visit family and friends in a 1993 Honda Civic that much because I can't afford it).  I cannot afford an attorney and am trying to resolve this matter as soon as possible, but have run into a stumbling block.

Please, I'd appreciate any and all help from you Governor Chris Christie.  Please let me know why the letter to Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno asking for assistance was returned to me without a response, and why the Div. of Taxation has not explained why the U.S. Constitution and NJ Statutes should not be followed.  Thanks for all your help!  Hope that you and the loved ones have a wonderful day.  may the good Lord, our Creator Lord, bless you and the loved ones immensely!!!

Sincerely,

Ken Miller
